Tried this out to try a more "local" spot, but my carry out order took 30+ mins longer than I was told it would. I get being a little slow but 30 minutes is a big difference. Inconvenient, but oh well. The real reason I decided to leave a review is because on top of that, I ordered one set of wings "extra wet" (extra sauce) & they had no sauce at all. Honestly my entire experience here was completely underwhelming. It was actually very disappointing because I had always heard people raving about this place time and time again. The food was decent except for the fact that I waited over half an hour for a salad and the garlic bread that came with it was completely cold. Disgusting. The waitress was probably one of the most unprofessional servers I have ever encountered. Miss Hul!a. She had no apron, no name tag, didn't introduce herself, nasty attitude, and came to check on the table probably every 20 minutes. She didn't drop off her own food or drinks. If I had a table waiting over a half an hour for their food then I would go check on it or get a manager involved. Of course it's not the managers fault if a server is NOT providing the greatest service, but you would think that she would take the time to go and make sure that her tables were actually doing okay. As well as she refilled my Dr Pepper with a sweet tea. Don't just assume maybe double check next time. Also don't just walk by the table make eye contact and not stop by. Another tip - don't leave another tables dirty dishes at your table, especially before you drop off the check. That is disgusting. Overall, the service was egregious. We were just waiting for the check to be dropped off so that we could get the hell out of there. read more

The service and foods are good but the online menu still lacks the vegan foods, such as "Impossible" Burger. That is why I'm extremely disappointed that I cannot find the "Impossible" Burger on the current online menu when I was about to order for my takeout. We will NEVER!!!!!!!!!!!' come back to this place. we were on the waiting list for an hour and a half and when i went to check on the table the hostess was like, oh sorry for the wait we can seat you now. Like they skipped us and i just happen to get seated because i went to check on our wait. We finally got seated and we placed our orders and everyone else order came except the one person that actually ordered wings. Wings is in there name and it took the longest to come out, when those wings came out everyone at the table was already done eating and the waitress said sorry they have been sitting in the window the whole time. So the wings were cold and soggy and the wings that were ordered were not even the wings that were brought to us and the sever never checked on us not one time. Needless to say if you have a family and are looking for good service and good wait times this place is not the restaurant for you. you can expect at least to be there 2-3 hours before you actually get your food from the time you arrive. Went to Wild Wing Cafe last night for dinner with the wife. Upon arriving we were told there was around a 30 minute wait and that was about on point. Upon being seated we were greeted by our waitress and placed an order for drinks and an appetizer. Upon arrival of our appetizer we tried to get silverware, that never came. Finally our food came and once again we asked for silverware, which to eat a meal seems like a reasonable request. After several minutes tthe waitress returned and advised that they did not have any clean silverware, and asked would we be ok with plasticware. While this was not what you would expect expect, we agreed and again waited. After another 5 minutes or so the waitresss returns with actual silverware for us. By this point our food was quite cold, but based upon how long we had been there we ended up eating it. One would think that a restaurant that had been open for the length of time that this one has been wouLd be capable of having clean silverware for guest to eat. We were unable to get to ask the waitress tto send over the manager or I would have taken thIs up with them, but overall we just wanted to get out of there. This was not our first time at this location, but based upon this night it maybe our last. read more

We've been here 3 times since it opened a few months ago. All the food we've ordered has been delish. Our drinks have been made well. Our service is lacking significantly every time...but the servers are very friendly, it just seems like they're swamped and this can make the duration of the meal pretty lengthy. As far as the food goes, we've had two of the salads (awesome), the wings (average), sandwiches/wraps (good), nachos (good) and the queso (awesome). We sat at the bar one time and the bartenders were extremely busy but very friendly and helpful! The outdoor area is nice and we like that they're open late. We'll be back!! read more

The short black manager lady(didn't catch her name) was very rude. My first time going and they burned my entire meal and actually served it to me as if it were acceptable. My boyfriend was not satisfied with his fiesta chicken wrap either. He said there was barely any meat, mostly just rice and peppers. I asked the manager to exchange my meal for something else because I didn't like it and it was burnt. She gave me attitide with eye rolls and everything. Then she proceeded to interrogate me as if she couldn't see that the food was burnt and I barely ate any of it. She did give me free fries with my new meal, but they didn't even give me all the nuggets I ordered and it seemed like they gave me the smallest pieces of chicken they could find, compared to what I saw on other people's plates. It was a terrible first experience, but I must say the second meal I got was really good. Fries were good and the chicken is of good quality. Would say I'd never go back just because of that manager's demeanor but the food overpowered my decision to return in the future. read more

Every time we go the waitresses make you feel like your a bother. I asked for mayo and about 15 minutes later she comes back and says do you still want that mayo? Usually when you ask for something it shouldn't take this long so of course I told her no. I would rather eat hot food than wait on something that might not ever come. Horrible customer service. Wish we had more options in this area hence the reason they stay busy because it's not the service. Food is good if you can deal with the service. read more

I went to eat for lunch yesterday for the first time. I went there with co-workers who said that this was a good place to eat. I mentioned that the reviews were very mixed, leaning toward the bottom of the scale. Our server, Rian, heard me tell about this and said that he would change my ideas about the reviews. I ordered the bacon egg cheeseburger and tater tots and a tea to drink. We got there just before 11:00, and had a small wait to be seated. I am so excited that Warner Robins finally opened a Wild Wing Cafe! I've been reading some of the negative comments, and I don't feel that most of them are fair. This restaurant just opened, its been ridiculously busy, and the staff is doing their best to accommodate everyone. We've been about 6 times, and the only time we had an issue, it was handled very well. My husband's food sat while mine was still cooking. The waitress insisted that we let them bring him some new food. The kitchen manager even came out and apologized. Their wings are without a doubt the best in town, and we love their chicken feathers and fried mushrooms! They have a great beer selection as well. First time at this location but we frequent the Macon location weekly. I didn't have high expectations because I knew it would be rough initially since the restaurant just opened. The staff was very friendly; however the food left a lot to be desired. Our steel town spuds had a dollop of ranch, barely any cheese, about 5 pieces of bacon and the fries themselves were very dry and over cooked. I asked the server where was the bacon and he improvised and said they were running low on bacon lol. My wing order was incorrect; they bought me two different flavors and the flavor I didn't ask for was cold. The manager came over to speak to me, asked what I needed and then bought out the wrong order again 10 minutes later. My son's spinach dip was hot but full of grease. Needless to say, my family will go back to the Macon restaurant until this location gets more seasoned. I gave two stars due to the customer service. read more
