I had another friend come up to me and say 'what's up with that bartender? He's so rude'. That's when I knew it wasn't just me. I've been in the service industry for 10+ years and I understand the pressures and annoyance of people but if you can't at the very least be cordial to your customers then it's probably the wrong industry for you.
