3.25 My family loves this place and I keep trying to love it. I'm a big fan of Mediterranean Food, so I'm not sure why I'm not totally on board. For reference, this is a mainly carryout no frills restaurant. There were, however, a number of people waiting on takeout tonight. The cashier specialist who also assisted with food orders was very nice and responsive. She apologized that prices had risen more than reflected on the online menu.., No surprise! I picked up our carryout order tonight in torrential rains, but that didn't influence my review as I had already been soaked in the crazy weather we've had in the Toledo, Ohio/Bedford MI area in the last couple of days. Upon unpacking everything, we vhad a large hummus, a large gyro sub, and a large chicken shawarma entree with rice and tszaziki sauce on the side. The hummus with extra pita bread was good. Without the pita bread, it was too salty for my taste on its own. I'm super sensitive to salt, so keep that in mind, as you may love it! The gyro sub sandwich was a hit! My mom is thrilled to have delicious leftovers. My chicken shawarma entree' was overall good, though a bit salty for my taste. I realize that I'm more sensitive to salt than most, so I would say this was overall good and much better with the pita bread. Check out pictures below... The prices/value are relatively good at this spot. Somehow, for me, it's not crave-worthy, though others in my family feel that it it! Okay, so I was rly craving wings so decided to come here. I checked yelp and everyone seemed to be recommending the garlic parmedan wings. I'm thinking this sounds rly unique and good, so I order 20 wings to share between a friend and I. It's very savory and the fried chicken is pretty crispy/hard, but actually kinda plain....? The first bite started good, but as I keep eating the taste just gets boring quickly and in the middle of it I just can't bring myself to finish because of how bland it was. It just tasted like plain oil and garlic together. I think it would have helped it there was like an extra kick of spicy or sweet to it, but it just got rly old. I've never been unable to finish wings on my plate until now and my friend also agreed it was bad and couldn't finish it. That said service is good, staff friendly, and prices cheap. With a name like Wings and Things (which we really enjoyed saying around the office with a twang...picture "wings n thangs being said over and over as we ordered and then waited for our food to arrive) we weren't 100% sure what to expect. One of my coworkers asked if I'd been there and then started raving about the salad with chicken, so when it came time to pick a spot for lunch that day this seemed like a no-brainer. Their online ordering is super straightforward, the delivery charge is minimal, and our food arrived hot and fresh and exactly when expected. Also, we were shocked when we saw the total for 4 people's lunches, plus drinks, and apps. I would say very reasonably priced and we definitely got a lot of food. I had the fattoush with chicken and ordered hummus and pita to share. My other coworkers had chicken gyro, fries and, of course, wings. We were all super happy with our food. Made our boring lunch meeting a lot more tolerable and we all agreed this would be a place we'd hit up again for lunch. I had the small salad and it fed me for two lunches with some hummus on the side. So good it reminded of homemade fattoush one of my Iraqi friends makes for me. Wings were not bad. They're definitely a good size. I hate when I order wings and they're the size of a quarter. The jumbo wings here live up to the name. They would be better if there was a little bit more flavor or seasoning. I wouldn't put it at the top of list for best wings but they're not the worst. We also ordered a basic cheeseburger which was good. Again, could definitely use more seasoning for flavor but it was decent and it's a pretty good size. Now, the fish & chips and chicken fingers were all over cooked, dry and disgusting. It's insulting that I had to pay for such horrible food. If I ever go back to this place it would only be for the wings and burger but considering that neither of those were good enough to build a desire to return I doubt I will. I am shocked because I saw the good reviews. Maybe I ordered the wrong things(?). If you eat here just stick with the wings. read more

Not sure if a 4, but def better than a 3.5. Had the jumbo hot wings (without breading) all were big enough to be considered jumbo, sauce was good, but was disappointed you couldnt combine sauces, ??!!! The gyro was above average and considering everyone sells them now, average is pretty wide spectrum, i would say they are in the top 25%. Dont recommend eating in, unless your only other choice is your car. It has the warmth and atmosphere of a greyhound station, without the inviting cast of characters. 3 stars because it is good food. The kitchen appears clean, the gentlemen who work there are also very presentable. The reason I did not give 5 stars is because it is quite slow service. I always order online so maybe I'll try calling next time but my most recent online order was placed an hour before I got my food. (It estimated 20 minutes, I know from the past to give it at least a half hour but ordered my fried food well done so gave them 45 minutes and still had to wait another 15 min when I went to pick it up.). I recommend requesting anything fried is cooked well done, I think sometimes they are trying to fly through orders so fast they don't take the time to cook it well and the food ends up being soggy and soft. When it's ordered well done it's perfect, though! And I highly recommend the boneless wings! read more

We've ordered from here many times but today was the pits!! Naked bbq wings were burnt could not even take meat off bones. Skin tasted like bones. French fries were cold and all stuck together in greasy balls (both containers) & I was asked if I wanted my grape leaves hot or cold, & I said "WARM" will b great...nah, they were out of refrigerator cold!! I called to tell them and basically they said "too bad!" No sorry we'll replace them or nothing!! I have lots of friends and neighbors that go there, ( I live 2 blocks away).
