If you ever find yourself in need of a wildlife removal service, look no further! These are your guys. Unfortunately, a family of raccoons decided to take up residence in my backyard. I called Wildlife Troopers and they came out the same day. Jose was extremely professional and extremely knowledgeable. They captured several critters and removed them in a very humane manner and relocated them. They are reasonably priced and do not take advantage of a difficult situation. I have to say, I am so disappointed in the world first of all, no one is a person of their word. I have a terrible coyote problem as well as bobcats, and Jose sold this company to me, said they could trap my coyotes. The guy Brandon that worked for him said he would come check the traps every day because I didn't like the idea of the live chicks in there Unattended I know they can't get to them but they could have a heart attack and nothing was done. I have pictures the trap was upside down. I said raccoon traps on my farm all the time I do know how to do it. Nothing was done at all they came and set a trap two days work that was it. No one ever came out no one ever did anything. I told them to pick everything up and I was told a week ago Wednesday that I would get a refund he had a review the work they did and now won't answer my calls or my emails or my texts, so I'm not that rich to just over $1600 to someone that did maybe a half hour of work Buyer beware the guy that works for them. Brandon is a really nice kid. I think he knows his stuff but his boss sold him out that's not how I treat my employees, anyway, I would like a refund my neighbor would like a refund nothing was done. I have no cure. I have nothing here and this is not the way I do business. I am a very honest person. I treat people the way I want to be treated so all I can say is rundo not use this company if anyone would like to see the pictures of the cage, I will be happy to put them in here as well Still no response from Jose. Do not use this company...you have been warned. They charged me over $3500 to wildlife proof my house. A ridiculously high price that I only agreed to because they said it had a lifetime warranty as long as they perform a yearly inspection. We had them come out for the yearly inspection and they handed us a bill for over $550 to extend the warranty. I told Jose the manager that is not how his employee explained it to me and he said he's known his guy longer than he's known me so he's going to believe his employee. Also reviewing my original receipt I paid $489 for critter removal but there were no critters to remove. Totally dishonest and unethical. read more

Yes, I have a rat infestation problem. Technician Kyle came out to our residence. Kyle used extreme scare tactics. He also promised to send us a written proposal that day which we never received. While in our garage Kyle stated that we have an additional mold issue with our indoor air handler located in our garage. I just retired as operational manager for one of the largest air conditioning companies in south Florida. I have held this position for the past 14 years. It is against the law in the state of Florida to ever tell a customer that they have a mold issue unless the statement is backed up by a laboratory that did a complete analysis. For some reason I can't find my review so here I go again writing one because I think everyone needs to be informed. In this crazy world, we live in where no one's honest and no one does what they say they're doing I think that everyone needs to be informed, if I can give a zero rating I would they spoke very nicely on the phone told them about my coyote and my bobcat problem and they told me they could help .I live on a farm. I already had a cat that was eaten by a coyote, so I was kind of desperate Anyway so it starts ....my neighbor and I gave them $1800 and with three people standing outside including the guy that works for them were told they would come and check my traps every day. I didn't like the idea of putting chicks out there even though they couldn't get to them. I felt sorry for the chicks, so this was in our agreement, then I find out they came out here two times and then no one showed up there was always an excuse then I was told they do not come out every day etc. etc. so in the beginning they were in default of their contract and I asked them let's just forget about it pick up the cage and just refund me the money. Of course they picked it up and I was told two weeks ago that I would have a phone call on Wednesday after he reviewed that was Jose reviewed my account there's nothing to review, lol it didn't work out they didn't do what they said they were going to do so I want a refund I know my rights I have attorneys in my family and basically they defaulted on the contract. I have pictures of the cages as my neighbor checked them and took pictures were upside down, I set traps on my farm all the time for raccoons and possums. I do know how to set a trap. There is no coyote that's going to climb on top of a trap and climb in it so I'd like to wash my hands of these people and I hope no one else gets taken as myself and my neighbor did all I can say is buyer beware don't hire these guys. They have a guy that's working for them named Brandon that is a wonderful kid. I really think he knows his stuff. Unfortunately he's with a bad company I still want my $1600 back And I guess I'm going to just have to go get an attorney anyway which is ridiculous. No one goes by a gentleman's handshake anymore or do what they say. That is why this world is in such a bad place. I'm not asking for anything that is not mine. I'm not that way.
