Very pretty and peaceful park. Great for young kids. There is a bridge over a creek where I saw multiple kids playing in the water. There's a grassy area where you can kick a soccer ball. I like this park because it's serene (even though there were a lot of people and kids), and it has a rope playground that the kids really enjoy!

I have always enjoyed this park. It is a little hidden gem which is near "downtown" Saratoga. There is plenty of shade, a play structure, a nice lawn to picnic or play on, and a volleyball court. Parking at the park itself is very limited and shared with the neighboring hotel but there is another parking lot across the street.

A small park, with a unique ropes based play structures the kids will absolutely love! The green space is around one football field sized, with shaded areas. There are bbq pits and benches you can reserve. The creek runs along the entrance, you can go down and the kids can wet their feet - very cool. There are also some horseshoe pits, and a stage area. Couple of different parking areas, and road parking, available.

This park is under the constructions , but there is still some places you can walk around, and have your relaxations if you need to.

    View from the picnic bench.

A very nice, clean park! The playground offers a variety of equipments for young kids including hammocks, see-saws, and a bridge. Public restrooms are a few feet away, and a hidden trail can be found behind the trees. There is also a small picnic area with a BBQ pit. The sound of the nearby creek makes it a relaxing spot to just chill. Go early morning (around 6 a.m.) for meditation and some solace.

Our family has been to this park a number of times. It is located very near downtown Saratoga. There is a large grassy area, a really nice play area for the kids, bathrooms, and a creek that flows through the edge of the park. All the times we have been there it has been clean and not too crowded. There is also a section with picnic tables and a volleyball court. It's not a large park but it's got a lot to offer. The only downside is that it has a very small parking lot so you may have to park on the street or in a nearby parking lot. There is a warning sign about the bacteria levels in the creek so be careful if the little ones interact with the water.

Very intimate yet big park that I would not have find if I was not looking for the main entrance of the Inn of Saratoga. I have been in that town many times and never knew about this beautiful park with tons of possibilities for picnics, playing, or just watching the water running along the creek (now that the past heavy rains have brought life to it). It has a nice entrance with indication that you are ready to enter in a park. Notice that there is wheelchair friendly which is a plus for many. At the back of the park you will find one of these super fun metal colorful structures to play. It is also very pleasant to contemplate the creek from the hotel just nearby, from their terrace, beautiful.

Such a pretty park one block from the main street of downtown Saratoga. There's a bridge over a creek and the water is flowing pretty good today. Nice big lawn area for the little ones to run around, there are fun looking play structures, an amphitheater, picnic tables , bbq grills , restrooms. Nice park for all ages.

Though there are a few different trials to choose from, they all end up crossing at one point or another. Even if you do all of them, they aren't too long and the hike tends to be fairly short. The area is pretty hilly, so most trails have a good elevation gain. Aside from the hiking, you can stroll the garden and picnic in the grass in front of the villa. They have some art installations around the grass and in the garden that are fun to look at. They also have concerts here, there is a stage outside, but I've only ever seen one inside the concert hall. They're usually smaller names and smaller shows.

There are endless amounts of trails that you can look towards -- some roll around in a circle, and some lead all the way to Sanborn County Park. While many people say these trails go nowhere, they do lead to the opening of trails that lead into the Santa Cruz Mountains. The only improvement that I would give to this park is the narrowness of some of the trails that we had to encounter -- and while there were spectacular views of the South Bay, what was lackluster and disappointing was the fact that there were barely any labels that were telling us where we were going. The bridges were a very good view of how close or how far we were from the very beginning of the entrance of the park, however, so that was a very good sign. If you're looking for a park that challenges you as much as going to Almaden Quicksilver Park, but without driving so far, then the Saratoga Quarry Park is just for you. I'll definitely be back to challenge myself to climb these hiking paths more.

Since it's a County Park, there is a $6 entry fee, though you can also park outside of the park and still enjoy the trials. The outside parking is quite far from the actual entrance, so I wouldn't park there if you're trying to enjoy the picnic or main grounds. There are a couple of easier short trails, and then some longer steep trails, but not a ton in between. Parts of the park are ADA accessible, including the deck in the circle of trees. There are a good number of picnic tables and picnic areas, with many of the picnic tables having charcoal grills at them. I was here on a warm winter day and some were in use, but most were open. The Good: * It seems like they've upgraded their parking situation quite a bit, as they have several large lots. * Restrooms in aforementioned parking lots * RV camping year-round (check website) * Hike-in Campsites (check website) * Open picnic tables and reservable areas * Leashed dogs okay on certain trails (check signage) * Equestrian trails okay (check map) * Biking (check maps) * Good place to see salamanders thanks to the lake * 22 miles of trails The Meh: * $6 entrance fee * We did a nearly five-mile loop (look up San Andrea & Madrone Loop on AllTrails), and I just found the trails to be pretty mundane and not nearly as exciting as other parks we've visited recently. The Ugly: * Why do they have to have the parking machine at the entrance of the park? This just causes traffic to back up unnecessarily as everyone has to stop, get out, pay, get back in their car, and then drive off. Seems like a silly place to put them, but what do I know? ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ Conclusion: Not a bad park overall (probably 3.5*) but just didn't have that "can't wait to come back" feeling that I usually get after a nice hike.
