The water heater never got to the set temperature of 129°, it would only get to 102°, which I don't feel sanitizes my dishes and clothes. Fast forward to less than 2 weeks later and the water heater stopped heating entirely again! I reached out to Jeff on Thursday (6/25) and still haven't heard a word from him. Thankfully, I have Antonio's contact info, as he actually is responsive and responds within minutes. My issue is I reported it not heating last Thursday, this go round, the part has to be ordered and they don't know how long it will be before it gets here. Mother Modern Plumbing will be the only plumbing service that I'll ever call again. I had been dealing with a shower and washing machine drain stoppage for a while. The first thing I noticed when I called was a quality of true kindness.. Gabby took that call and she was great.
