If I had one word to say to describe Dr. Thomas it would be - "magician" Dr. Thomas is the best Chiropractor is Southern California with no exceptions. I have been to Chiropractors that charge $150 and have plenty of celebrity patients along with a plethora of Acupuncturist and massage therapist - none of them can render the type of magic available that Dr. Thomas performs. First off, Dr. Thomas is NOT your average chiropractor and does NOT believe the spine is a "cure-all" for any ailment a person may be experiencing. He can explain his own medical philosophies far better than I can but his knowledge of the body goes far deeper than any chiropractor I've meant. I have have had three remarkably dehabilitating injuries in my Life. 1. A dislocated patella via marshal arts, 2. Spinal injuries from car accidents. and 3. A massively broken leg, ankle, and knee due to an assault. Dr. Thomas not only helped me rehabilitate from all three of these injuries but he also helped dodge two major surgeries that are a gamble to have regardless of age or athletic build - 1, My dislocated patella- 2, My spinal injuries from car accidents and 3) My massive broken leg from an accident (double dib fib fracture). With my dislocated patella my orthopedic said surgery was inevitable. At the age 19 that was a gloomy outlook on my future as a marshal artist. Dr. Thomas worked with me on a very intensive level so that I could rehab my knee and avoid the surgery. To this day (I'm now 31) I have had no more injuries to my left knee or didn't feel like it would have been "better" to have the surgery. With my back (avoiding a back surgery) Dr. Thomas has not only helped me on therapeutic level with the pain in my lower back but also is phenomenal at explaining complex medical jargon that would typically be too esoteric for the "average-joe" to understand. He has a gift for explaining the mechanics and functions of the human body and is a chiropractor that wants you to NOT come back to office - because your injury has improved or healed! Thirdly, with my shattered leg Dr. Thomas helped me rehabilitate from a complete "double dib/fib" fracture. Not only did he help me understand the injury and describe what the x-rays and surgery did to my leg but he introduced to some exclusive CBD products that initially I had doubted do the severity of pain from the break and post-surgery. I was terrified when I had the surgery because I am a recovered pain-killer addict so pills like vicodin, and perocet are NOT an option for me to be on. After my surgery I left the hospital AMA (against medical advice) because they put me on a dilaudid drip which is a one way ticket to a rejuvenated addcition and life threatening for a recovered addict like me. I called Dr. Thomas to ask if he had any advice on this dilemma and he mentioned an exclusive CBD product that rivaled the pain relief to synthetic opiate pain killers. This one thing I would consider to be the most important due to my struggle with pain killers in the past even with having 7 years of recovery behind me. In some ways people view going to a Dr. as just a financial expense so it'd be better to save the money. - However with Dr. Thomas it was not only worth the money but it saved my quality of an active lifestyle. I still have full mobility, I can still do athletic things like hiking and marshal arts that define me as a person. Most importantly, I feel I owe Dr. Thomas a huge part of my recovery from pain killers, the thought of being on pain killers for any length of time is terrifying to a recovered addict like me. This is only the tip of the iceberg as to why I think Dr. Thomas and his staff are the very, very very best. Whether its Vanessa, Lindsey (who also gives incredible massages), or Araya working you can be confident you will be taken care of with the absolute care and attention to your ailment and/or injury. Dr. Thomas is THE ABSOLUTE BEST at what he does. His heart, soul and talent in chiropractic ability is absolutely incredible. I would recommend this office to everyone. His patience has no end and he will answer each and every question you could possibly have. He treats you as if you were his only patient and has all the time in the world for you. My first visit several years ago was a very positive one and I have been going to him ever since, for both basic adjustments and also whenever I have had specific issues.
