Bought a car, and received 3 coupons 10 dollars off of an oil change. They only took one at a time despite nothing on the coupon indicating 1 per visit. I accepted this at the time. The main problem was because the mechanic said "we want you to come back" the coupon is only valid on my next visit. Instead of paying 20 dollars I paid 50. They only told me about the coupon being applied on the next visit after they had already changed the oil. Weak. read more

My family and I just recently moved to TC and one of the many to-do's was finding a reliable place to have our family vehicle serviced. We've had a bad experience in the past, events where a bad oil change put our vehicle in the shop for a few days...so we're kind of picky. Williams Fast Lube was great. Even though there was a line (about 4 cars in front of each bay), they line moved fast and I was in quickly. It was my first visit, and I didn't have any coupons or discounts, so the tech was gracious to give me a paper that had a coupon and allowed me to use it on this visit! At the time, I was having a little issue with the cap on my radiator, too, and while there, the guys were able to identify the problem and though it took several tries, they didn't stop until they were able to resolve the issue and get the cap in working order (I know...it's only a cap, how hard can it be? I felt better when it took three techs to figure it out, too. I didn't feel quite as dumb as I did in my garage when I couldn't get it fixed!) These guys are good. They are quick. The work space is clean, they are super friendly and your vehicle will thank you. read more

Williams is a great value for a couple reasons. First, always using Williams lets them to build up computerized maintenance history. Neither they nor owners need to wonder whether and when routine maintenance was done/is needed again; it's on their computer. Saves them trouble of suggesting service because they don't know when it was done last, and owners wondering if it is actually time for it to be done. Second reason: their techs routinely, thoroughly check cars while performing ordinary maintenance. Helps them alert owners to problems which would otherwise be missed by a someone who just does the requested service. Example: while doing routine oil change, Williams techs carefully examined engine compartment, found mouse nest which, in time, could have interfered with engine operation. No charge to find and remove it, but saved me repair bill I'd have otherwise paid some day. read more

I had such a great experience! The team was so helpful and kind! I needed help figuring out what I needed to do to maintain my car outside of oil changes - some of the extra stuff that I probably should have done before I put 60k miles on it. I am so thankful they knew exactly how to help! I was especially grateful they changed my cabin air filter. It was disgusting, completely filthy and had acorns all over in it. They were not pushy and they were so clear about pricing. They did so much for me in such a short amount of time and explained everything along the way! Do not take your car here. I had my oil changed yesterday today my car no longer drives. The quick lube attendant convinced me to do a coolant flush on a car with 200,000 miles on it. Which after talking to mechanic is a big big no. With no prior issues, no over heating, no hard starts, no idling issues, today the car won't start and the oil looks like a 711 cappuccino. Every mechanic I know points the finger right at this fast lubes sleazy offer to do a coolant flysh because it makes him more $. Its hard to believe that a car that had no signs of a head gasket going... gets an oil change and a coolant flysh and less than 50 miles later its no longer driveable. Be very careful here. This place is no a respectable company. It has poor poor customer service and willingness to do right by their wrong. Please beware of where you put your cars faith in. These people do not care about customers. Only what makes money read more

Would not recommend getting an oil change at Williams Quick Lube, or any service for that matter. The staff having a very loud conversation about a mistake that was made and the response of "I feel bad for the person that got that oil change, all their seals are going to be shot now," was a huge red flag but I decided to go back and give them a second chance. Everything seemed to go well, all I needed was a routine oil change. Within seconds of leaving and pulling out onto the main road my car begins to make a very loud and very atrocious slapping sound. I immediately went back, where they looked under the car and instructed me to pull into the bay slowly. I do as instructed when you can hear the undercarriage begin scraping the raised concrete ledge. They had not put the rock shield liner back on correctly. They "fixed" the problem and refunded me partially ($20) and I went on my way, only to realize upon arriving home that the liner was not only Not bolted back on completely STILL but the liner is now destroyed and the few bolts put in the liner were all random sizes and lengths. I have tried to contact Williams regarding this issue. I was told a higher up would be in touch to solve the problem. After a week I receive an email stating they "assume" it's been taken care of. I reply back to let them know it has NOT been taken care of or even addressed. Still no response to this day. I do NOT recommend this fast lube to anyone that wants honest and trustworthy work done to their car. You'll end up with added expenses and damages to your vehicle and your service clearly doesn't matter much if they can't even contact back an unhappy customer. read more

This place is a joke. They made me move twice had two other cars go in before myself. When I was originally the first car in line. Only to have the guy come out and tell me it was going to be a little bit. Then I go in talk to the manager and the guy is a dick!!! What a joke hope you enjoyed loosing business to Express Oil on Garfield at least they took the time to vacuum my car and change my headlight. I highly recommend Williams Fast Lube. If you haven't been there in awhile they are now under new management (James McClellan) and you should definitely give them a try again....you will NOT be disappointed. I always get my oil changed regularly and I don't know how but I totally forgot and my oil light came on in my car. I was running late but knew I needed to get it done ASAP so I ended up arriving basically about closing time. I really hate it when people do that crap. I apologized to the employee (Joe Gardner) and he told me there was absolutely no reason to apologize and that he was more than happy to take care of me. He had the best attitude. Super friendly. Super helpful. Didn't rush even though it was closing time. Checked everything out and he even told me about services they provided for free like topping off your windshield wiper fluid or putting air in your tires. You don't even have to wait in line for that. You just pull up to the other side of the garage and they take care of you. They never pressured me to purchase anything extra. I definitely will be going back. The location is convenient but more importantly I felt the service provided was top notch. They actually care about their customers. read more

Today I needed to quickly stop to get the air checked in my tires and some washer fluid. The tech Ryan said we can check all your fluid for free. Sure I said thanks! So he proceeded to check my fluids then came up and told me that my power steering fluid was dirty and supposed to be clear and I should get it changed. I said oh really? How long does that take? When do you close? He said it takes 5-10 minutes do you want to do that? I said ok go ahead. I didn't ask how much it costs...( my mistake) but thought it only takes 5 minutes so it's probably 30.00 or so. So then he said to me I can put in a fuel additive for only a dollar. Great I said that's fine. So he finished up and proceeded to tell me I owed $102!!!! Wow I said it would have been nice to know it was that expensive before I did it. He said oh the dealership would charge you $160. So I paid... What was I gonna do at this point? So I proceeded to call Serra subarau and ask them about what just happened... Come to find out they charge $80 and it's not a 5-10 minute job. Lesson learned. I then looked at my receipt for the breakdown and holy heck he charged me 29.99 for the $1 additive!!!! So my dear husband met me at Williams fast Lube after work and spoke to the manager who basically said that I agreed to it and the service was provided and when asked about the $1 additive they said it was only a dollar and I was given the discount on the power steering change. Wow very poor customer service. They didn't make it right... They are swindlers and bamboozlers of women who don't know anything about cars! An upstanding place or man would be up front BEFORE doing anything for someone. I'm sure it's commission based and you need to feed your family too but so do I mister and I certainly didn't want or need a $100 power steering fluid change or your bogus $1 additive!! Hubby also went to Williams Kia to talk to their manager and they said they had no control over the fast Lube and the best they could do is give us a free oil change! No thank you!!! I will do all my business at Serra from now on they are at least honest upfront real mechanics and not glorified oil slinging monkeys who are out to swindle every woman they can! Well played... I should start this review by saying their oil changes are just fine and when you find their coupons (which is easy because they are plentiful in various mailers and newspapers) their oil changes are the cheapest in town. And they're quick and give you a free car wash. However, the annoying part about going here is that they will not just give you an oil change. They repeatedly try to force other products and services on you. Oh my gosh, just change my oil with good old fashioned 5W30. I don't need the oil that will make my car soar above the road like an eagle and only costs $7 more. One thing they also like to do is take you down underneath the car and "show you what they're talking about." They have done this with me and my husband to try and convince us to buy some sealant thing they add to the oil. They tried to convince my coworker to get her transmission flushed and her car was only one year old. Because of this, I won't be heading back there soon. Even though I'm female, I am not an idiot when it comes to cars. I'd rather spend the $5 more at one of the other quick lube places. read more
