As a patient, I expect a higher level of professionalism and commitment to care. From day one they told me that I was getting anesthesia and the day off the procedure I needed to stay at the hospital for one hour after my procedure and them I was free to go home. That's it. The day before they told me I needed someone to sit with me for 24 hours after the procedure. Then Ginny gave me 7 minutes to call someone to find to do that. 7 minutes. While telling me that dr jensens time was valuable. And mine? I been waiting 5 months for this day. 18 teeth needing extracted. The day before they also told me not to eat it drink the day off surgery. So I ate and drank till midnight as instructed. Got too the hospital and they cancelled cause I are and drank the before and instructed that it was not enough time to have day l digested. 5 months for this very much needed procedure. Cancelled because of a lady that poops cinimmon and apple turds and feeds them to her patients at work. Won't reschedule because I didn't follow their directions for the procedure I was given half way in the day before the surgery. They said I should've known all of that info already.. Yes I should've known if the oral surgeon and his goons would've told me one day in the three months I was waiting for my day to come instead of a half a day before. Piss poor business practices, piss poor staff, and they wouldn't even tell me over the phone that they refused me for reschedule due to their piss poor practices over the phone or in person so they sent a letter. A letter. I give them no star as but the reviews make me give them at least one. They need to be evaluated by someone..the bbb maybe for so the bad reviews and their poor planned bad practice tactics. Sad but they are the one if few that takes Medicaid also. When she asked him to explain the source of his stress, he declined to give details and gave the usual response, "It's a family issue". When he asked how long the stress would have an affect on his oral hygiene, her response, "Unit you get rid of your family".

I was referred to Forsyth Periodontal to treat my perio issues. I had seen a different provider…read morethat gave me a ridiculous quote and was very rude. This was not the case with Forsyth. The front desk staff was kind and efficient. Took care of my paperwork and got my dental card scanned. Then the dental assistant took me back to do an assessment and took additional xrays. She was kind and detailed in everything she was doing. She even brought me out a warm blanket since they keep the office cold. I met with Dr. Suttle and he was amazing. He was very detailed with my issues, discussed how they approach things conservatively initially. They have a 4 part approach to their care before they determine if more advanced treatment is needed. Your first visit is with your dental hygienist who spends an hour with you teaching you tips and tricks to do at home to maximize care. The next 2 appointments are your deep cleaning. It has a new name now but I forgot it. They clean one side at a time. And then 6 weeks after your deep cleaning, you have another assessment to determine next steps. They do require out of pocket up front at the first visit but they will assist you with the paperwork for you to submit to your dental insurance for possible reimbursement. They are also extremely affordable compared to others in the area. I highly recommend this office if you are having issues that require more advance treatment.

So this is my second extraction/implant experience and it was fantastic. First: understand that none of this is pleasant. But when I say fantastic I mean no issues: from walking into the office for the check, to care getting the X-rays and scheduling, to getting my pre med for sedation (two lorazepams = no more anxiety! Hazah!) and them wheeling me in from the car with my husband driving of course, the experience and quality of care is wonderful. I would minus a star because I can't eat anything crunchy until my stitch is removed, but that's my problem from past Jen not caring for her teeth. I feel like my pain was well managed, my anxiety was well seen and cared for. I hope you don't need him, but Dr. Pierce is top of the line. Very caring and good doctor with great assistance!
