I've included photos so people can judge the quality for themselves. What bothered me just as much was the response when I called. I asked for a refund and was told no. The manager then defended the sandwiches as consistent with their standards and explained to me that brisket is fatty. I'm aware brisket has fat. That was not the issue. A restaurant can have an off order. What matters is how they handle it. In this case, I was disappointed by both the food and the customer service.

Prices are on the high side for the butcher meats. But I guess you should expect that since they are an artisanal butcher. I did not like the look of some of the meats in the cases. Would we go back?
