I was on contract with this company for a few years. Choose not to renew this year and had another company come out and do a free inspection. I have MULITPLE areas with termites, swarmers (IDK, that's what he called them) in the attic and I can see with my own eyes the outside damage (now that they've been pointed out) and have pictures of them. Fumigation. $4k+ I cannot recommend enough that you DO NOT use this company. read more

Had my home fumigated in March and a follow up inspection shortly after for the fumigation Warranty. It was a quick process they were very professional. They told us everything we needed to know well in advance as well as tips for dealing with SDGE. Would recommend them and use their services again. read more

I've used Willis for almost 10 years. They are professional and show up on time. Great company from scheduling to onsite.

The HOA scheduled a whole condo inspection with this company. They arrive on time but did a very quick walk through of my unit that probably only last 5 minutes. I have to point out where I found the evidence of termite for them otherwise they just walk pass it. I don't think the inspector even write it down on the report for the specific location of the termite. When I asked what is the recommending treatment, they also don't have an answer for me. I have other exterminators inspected my unit before and they all did better job than Willis Exterminators. I do not recommend this company. read more

Unfortunately, I cannot share the same positive experience. A family member purchased a condo and we were assisting since we lived around the corner. While names will remain anonymous for hopes of personal improvement and customer service training, Willis Exterminators called my wife stating the condo was locked and the team could not do their job. Their representative demanded my wife go over and unlock the door as the key was NOT under the matt as we stated. Thinking the worst and someone stole the key, my wife quickly ran over there and to her astonishment, the door was open, the crew was inside and it was the OTHER unit that was locked and owners non-responsive. I'm very find with miscommunication and mistakes, however, the tone and demand from this company prior to gathering all the facts of the situation was not professional. read more

Willis Exterminators is neglectful, disrespectful, and dishonest. My HOA set up an inspection and I was asked to leave a key because I had to work and was not given options for when they could come to do the inspection. I returned home to find my door lock damaged and I had to call a locksmith to fix it. Then I found mud and dirt all over my floors and carpets, rugs kicked all over the floor, and closet doors left open. When I contacted the company the owner said he is the one who was in my unit. Wow, the owner has zero respect for my home and property. He also is refusing to pay for any of the damages he caused in my home! This company cannot be trusted and denied any responsibility for what they did. Then the owner had the nerve to say that the lock didn't work because of salt in the air and then lied about what the locksmith reported. Mr. Willis is negligent and unprofessional. read more

I wanted to take the time to write this review after an awful and very scary experience with Willis Exterminators today. It seems my HOA has enlisted them for annual inspection. There were three men, including the owner Mike, who showed up today. I was not aware of this since it seems they had contact only for the previous owner of the property and I am the current owner. I was told later that flyers and calls go out announcing this appointment. I received none of them. Today they arrived, did not ring my very obvious Ring door bell and just came through the gate that leads to my home. All three of them. My dog thankfully was startled and began to bark. There was NO introduction, no business card, no hand shake and worst of all no request for permission to enter my home. They were simply wearing Willis tee shirts. They all came barreling in, one straight into my bedroom and said we are looking for terminates. I was completely overwhelmed. I finally stopped one of them and said I'm sorry what is going. Who are you, do you have a card and what exactly are you doing today? Mike, the owner was clearly annoyed, rudely handed me a business card finally, and when I said I was feeling overwhelmed he scoffed at me and said this is typical. I realize we have a HOA, I realize there is some sort of permission to inspect but for courtesy and safety one would certainly expect more when three men come into a home with a woman home alone. I am truly appalled not only by this "typical" behavior but worse, when I respectfully brought to their attention my concerns they had no regard whatsoever. Sadly I'm sure I don't have a choice in using this business with the HOA but I would HIGHLY recommend that no one with a choice EVER does. I will be certain my husband is present the next time I am forced to deal with these people. Just plain awful. read more

Willis Exterminators does termite repair right! Keith, Mike Paulette, Michelle and the rest of the team do excellent work! When we bought our house the did the fumigation and termite repair work needed at close of escrow. Their prices were extremely reasonable, beating several other bids, and the quality of their workmanship was top notch! I know they also do pest maintenance for Condo associations and are the best in the area for that kind of repair work as well. Willis exterminators recently did an excellent job of repairing our custom built patio cover. They skillfully removed and replaced all of the pieces of rotten or termite damaged wood. The patio cover now looks as good as new. My husband and I highly recommend their work. read more

On the plus side, they are very nice people. However, they need to work on their communication and organization. They said they would be at our house on Friday morning. But called on Friday and said they needed to move to the afternoon. No problem. But they didn't arrive until the evening so I waited around all afternoon for nothing. They said the house would be available for reentry at 3 PM on Monday. I was at the house 1-3:15 PM and the tents were still on and nobody was there. I called and didn't get a reply till Tuesday saying they came after I left and the house was ready for reentry by 4 PM. I get that things happen and schedules change, but a) don't lie about it and tell me that you were there when you weren't and b) communicate. If you are going to be later than you stated, call and tell us so we are not waiting around for you. Very disappointing because they were a referral and seem like nice people. read more

We were concerned about letting these guys into our home without adult supervision. However, they said that everyone had to leave because of the chemicals. Sure enough, when we came home, we discovered that they had broken our toilet while climbing into our attic and they didn't even have the decency to leave a note. If they can't even be trusted to admit a simple mistake like this, I don't think they can be trusted to apply dangerous chemicals in peoples' homes. read more

It absolutely sucks that I have to lose a half day of work for Willis Exterminators to do a 5 minute walk thru on my condo. Since they would only give me a 2 hour range of when they will be there, and it is in the middle of the morning (9-11am). When I called to ask for some assistance or options, they gave me none, other than it will cost me $45 if I do not meet their schedule! read more

This company has been doing inspections of our home since we first experienced having termites over 20 years ago. Michelle and Paulette are the friendly voices on the telephone. Most recently Mike and Keith have done our inspections. Talk about quality; we have always received friendly, punctual and unobtrusive service. And the bug problem is solved!
