David was wonderful, communicated when he was on his way, arrived on time, walked through the place, and talked me through what he was going to do. He showed me some places to caulk up before his next visit so the roaches can't create nests again. We had removed our dishwasher so he could put poison behind and he laid bait on the dishwasher, which was outside, too. He was thorough and came back for a follow up. During the follow-up he sprayed the outside laundry shed, too. He called after the follow-up with a few details and noted that we could caulk the place where the outside air conditioner box connected with the apartment. The cherry on top for the super quoting/account process was that Ryan met Me in person to go over details and answer my questions. Due to this and many other positive Vester related reasons I signed up in April This year. Ryan set me up with Peter for the actual inspection and he was great! The inspection was in fact complimentary and he took the time to answer questions and offer tips to minimize ways pests could invade my home (seriously those tips are ways we would pay them less). With Peter and Ryan I feel taken care of heard and not just a number/unit on a spreadsheet. So we finally bit the bullet and called someone who removes wildlife. Joey came out and explained exactly how gophers operate, and set traps, then said the process was that for one price he would come four times, a week apart, and check the traps and see what they get. As it turned out they only caught two gophers, but that seems to have done the trick. I did not want him to toss God's creatures in the trash, so he put the dead gophers back in the ground for me. And then he put castor oil around, to repel them. He said I should continue doing that. So he gave me a way to continue to repel them on my own, which is good. Joey was very personable, and seems to know EVERYTHING about the wild critters that make their way into suburban back yards. I would call them again if we have problems again. Well done.
