I got the sandwich with the turkey and apples. The bread was thick which added to the sandwich. It could've been kicked up a notch if they had some kind of ciabatta bread. My husband got their daily special salad. It had peaches, candied walnuts, and chicken. There was more but I can't recall. He raved about it. The service was amazing. The coffee was great. read more

Finally, Williston has a good breakfast and coffee place! The bacon scrambled egg & VT cheddar cheese comes on a kaiser roll made to order. I haven't ventured too far from the standard BEC, but all of their breakfast and lunch options are under $9.00 making it a very affordable stop. Ordinarily I would have loved to give this place a great review, however, shortly after I became violently ill. I couldn't stop vomiting...the worst food poisoning I've ever gotten. Today was my first visit to the Williston Coffee Shop (and I work here in Williston; shame on me!). So far, I can only review the latte, scone and customer service I experienced. The latte was the perfect strength and temperature and to my taste, was topped with precisely the correct amount of foam. The maple walnut scone was maybe the best scone I've ever eaten (and I'm a pasty chef!): not too sweet, great ratio of nuts, lovely texture and a divine maple icing. As for the customer service, the owner (I assume it was the owner) was friendly but not saccharin, and authentic in his gratitude for my having visited. I will definitely be going back! read more

Good pastries, quality sandwiches and comfortable location. The food choices reflect smart and tasty combinations. The staff are friendly and helpful. Critique: it depends on who is ringing you up (inconsistent) but when you ask for a breakfast sandwich which normally comes with meat to be made with no meat, you don't always get the cost of the meat removed from the total, yet if you order a sandwich with extra meat it always comes with an extra cost. read more

Was not impressed with the latte I received this morning. I've had much better Latte's, even at a place down the Rd. but they just take too long to make it, so I gave this place a try. Too much milk, (yes I know latte's contain more milk than a cappuccino etc.) but I could barely taste any of that lovely bitter coffee/espresso taste. Ended up tasting like watered down coffee instead of a latte. If you're going to be a successful coffee shop, you should have some dang good coffee every time. read more

Update: I thought I would try to support another new cafe in Williston this morning but the were not even open even though their hours stated that they SHOULD be open. stupid me, I should have just stuck with my favorite coffee shop! Love this shop!! I have ordered from here many times, for lunches mostly and brought some coworkers for their delicious sandwiches, along with purchasing a few of their GC at Christmas for some lucky colleagues. But my post today is for the exceptional service my company received when we ordered breakfast, lunch and snacks for some out of town executives that we hosted for 2 days.... First off the food is delicious the pastries are made fresh daily (Josh is amazing ). The sandwich selections are not your run of the mill "sub shop" options, simply delicious and experimental with flavors. Eric Kelley, (owner) delivered everything for 2 days, setup, cleaned up and the classy touch of labeling all baked goods in a picture frame setup by the platters......Impressive , and believe me my boss is not easily impressed. He was thrilled, so was I, and our guests. The leftovers (not many) went to our staff who commented on how delicious and needed the location of this shop!!!! Thank you for everything, we will return In the future for sure !!!!! read more

I just love the Williston Coffeeshop, from the friendly service to the fresh and excellent food! The breakfast sandwiches on soft house made rolls are a great start to the day and the lunch offerings are all delicious. The BLT is fantastic! Coffee and pastries are great. My issue is that I used my corporate card to make a purchase and did not receive an email with my receipt. Needing a receipt for accounting purposes, I called the shop to ask for a copy. They asked for the last four numbers of the card but then said they couldn't locate a purchase anywhere in their system. I informed them that it was on my CC statement but they said there is nothing they can do. This happens from time to time with vendors, and this is the first that I have encountered where I received a brick wall. Will not be returning or using them for future office staff coffee orders. read more

The breakfast sandwiches here are full of fresh ingredients that sit on a house made kaiser roll. These rolls are the best I've tried- taste like they were just pulled out of the oven. I love the egg, tomato, and basil sandwich (but I switch out the garlic mayo for a side of their southwestern sauce to add a kick) and my husband usually tries the "special" breakfast sandwich, whatever it may be. They are always good. We also usually buy a pastry to go and the almond croissant is out of this world good. The food is great but I am giving 4 stars for non-food related issues. One is the varying hours. We live nearby and like to walk over to the Williston Coffee Shop on weekends. More than just a few times (on a Saturday or Sunday morning) we have found that the coffee shop has a note posted on the door saying they are closed for some reason or another. That had been more frequent when they first opened but as the business developed we found the hours very dependable. However, now it appears they are not open on Sunday mornings (we found a note on the door with their new hours). That was a disappointment. The other issue is the inappropriate music played in the coffee shop on more than one occasion. Recently when we were there on a Saturday morning, eating our delicious breakfast sandwiches and drinking coffee, we endured a selection of heavy metal music. One song was called "Hells Bells" by AC/DC, music more appropriate for a different setting, never for relaxed dining. We ate quickly and left with our heads pounding. We will not dine inside again if the music isn't improved, which is unfortunate. Maybe we can only eat there in warmer weather when we can sit outside where the music is not playing. read more

Fresh ingredients, intelligent (and tasty!) flavors, home-made from scratch quality, and friendly employees! Also the best cappuccino I've ever had - made by a guy who really cares about it! I do have one suggestion and one tip... The breakfast sandwiches are delicious but there's a lot of bread compared to what's inside. A smaller bread component would make a big difference. Also, it takes a good 10+ minutes to walk in and get a breakfast sandwich made, which speaks to the freshness which is good, but if you're on your way to work make sure that's in your time budget! read more

Second time coming here. The mocha latte is good. I ordered the maple walnut scone both times and enjoyed it. This time, my daughter ordered the carrot bread. It was dry around the edges but the center was moist. However, it lacked flavor. I won't order that again, but I am willing to try their croissants and other baked goods. read more

Awesome vanilla latte! Seriously strong and flavorful; would definitely get again. Had the tomato & basil breakfast sandwich- wicked tasty and that herb mayo was out of this world good! Found out about Williston Coffee shop by eating their wicked pastries at Scout & Co in Burlington. Their own home turf is hidden in Williston but close to all the big box madness. Their pastries are really top notch and I'm used to awesome pastries (lived in Montreal). And their espresso is very well done, with obvious care and diligence to the science of coffee that only the great coffee shops apply. read more

Went for a second time thinking the 1st was a fluke, it was not. 25 minutes for 3 BLT's and a Portabella melt, and we were the only people in the place. Do not get the lemonade. Not sure what it is, but it is not lemonade. Over priced for the quality and the wait. Staff not friendly or helpful in fixing the mixups that will occur. read more

I only have thirty minutes for lunch, I called 10 minutes before i punched out and it took me 2 minutes to get there, i ended up waiting another 15 minutes once getting there for two sandwiches. That is ridiculous especially when they said on the phone ten minutes. I asked for no onions on one of the sandwiches and they put tons on and so much spicy mustard my co worker couldn't eat it, and there was spicy mustard on my Turkey Apple sandwich as well which is supposed to have maple mustard. The sandwiches overall were just okay, and it took forever to even get it that it ruined my lunch break. Oh right and I didn't mention even though they close at 4 their oven was turned off so we couldn't get hot sandwiches... so you close at 4? but half of your menu isn't available? c'mon guys. I am usually a huge fan of this shop! Its adorable and the staff are always so friendly. I work nearby, so I frequent this shop a couple of times a week. The last couple of times I've ordered take-out though, I've been disappointed. A couple of weeks ago, I got back to work and unwrapped my sandwich to find out I had been given the wrong sandwich, when I called back, they apologized - but didn't offer to make another one for me (I still ate it - and it was very tasty btw). But today when I went back for the first time since - I was also disappointed. My sandwich had literally been thrown together on crumpling bread (literally, the bread had been toasted and was broken into several pieces). There was mayo dressing all over the sandwich - it looked like someone had poured three times the normal amount onto the sandwich, and the tomatoes were barely in the sandwich at all - they had all fallen out. I was super bummed. I'm hoping it was just by chance that these things happened back to back. But it definitely makes me a bit hesitant to order from them anytime soon. read more

Fantastic place all the way around! Friendly staff, clean, and perfectly prepared fresh food. I went to the Williston Coffee Shop for the first time today, and I will definitely be back often. They have vegetarian items which I rarely see in the Burlington area - how refreshing! I had the portabello melt that was perfectly made and absolutely delicious! The mocha latte was beautifully prepared and tasted like a mocha should, not too sweet. And the chocolate chip cookie was out of this world! I'm so glad I stopped by. read more
