This Willow Glen location has a bunch of pre made meals too from burritos to lasagna to little snack boxes. And a salad bar which I always need to get. Secondly, the order was expected at 12:15pm, and wasn't ready as she was still working on it past 12:50. This made me miss key important parts of my event, the guests arrivals, and late in picking up other catered items which got cold. I got no phone call or text letting me know the order was going to be late and it ruined a key portion of my event.

I observed a clear case of cross-contamination between non-halal and halal meat handling. A staff member handled pork and then proceeded to serve halal meat using the same gloves, without changing them. The same worker also placed a bag of pork directly on the counter used for halal items. This is not a minor oversight--it reflects a serious lapse in basic halal food handling standards. I raised this with the manager, but unfortunately did not receive the level of assurance or accountability I expected, especially given the severity of the issue. Management needs to take this matter seriously, as it is deeply concerning to the Muslim community. The placement of non-halal meat in close proximity to halal meat should not be considered acceptable in the first place. Based on this experience, I'm giving a 1-star rating.

They have a super cute little farm stand selling produce, jams, syrups, and a few knickknacks. The staff are friendly and welcoming. Cosentino's also offers classes and events among the fruit trees and flower gardens. I went for a beginner's watercolor class on a warm spring afternoon. Shaded by fruit trees, about 20 of us sat at a long table decorated with fresh-cut ranunculus flowers and learned to paint tulips (very badly in my case!) from a local artist. It was a really sweet way to spend a couple of hours and remember back when orchards were the life blood of the Santa Clara Valley. The farm features heirloom fruit varieties and picks them ripe, so I'll definitely go back in the summer for stone fruits and berries. It was a little early in the season for a good selection when I went.

I really appreciated how generous they were with samples, you can explore different flavors before deciding what to buy. I tried the hazelnut chocolate and loved it. They also had a wide variety to choose from, like Dubai chocolate, truffle milk, truffle caramel, and some nicely packaged gift sets with mixed flavors.
