It was cold, creamy, sweet, and packed with flavor. The pineapple and coconut worked perfectly together, and the ice cream in the middle was a very nice surprise. Honestly, it disappeared way faster than I planned. Great first visit, great flavor, and definitely a solid spot when you need something cold and sweet. Until next time!

The first few bites were actually really good, but toward the end I started noticing these little gummy bits throughout it. There were so many that it kind of caught me off guard and took away from the overall experience. As other reviews have mentioned, the cashier at the front didn't come across as very friendly and had a RBF. She had a pretty serious demeanor and gave the impression that she didn't really want to be there. It's not a huge deal and I understand I'm not at like some Michelin star place, but I do think the customer service could be improved. One thing I also noticed was that the customer who ordered behind us received their items before we did, which was a little annoying. I'm not sure I'd go out of my way to come back, but if I'm in the area again, I'd be willing to give some of the other menu items a try.

So I stop by my bro Steven's place and ask him where's a good coffee spot around here?…read more A's game is on and this man throws me a fastball right down the middle and absolutely sends it over the fence with The Tree House Cafe didn't even hesitate. Just gave me the address and said "street parking bro... good luck." Pull up and this place looks like your childhood friend's house that grew up, got a little money, found peace and turned into a café . Super cozy, cool vibe and honestly just has personality to it. Walked in and instantly greeted by Elena and let me tell you... Elena wasn't taking orders she was basically an offensive coordinator drawing up plays for breakfast lol . I told her it was my first time and she goes "I got you." That's all I needed to hear. She hooked me up with the Berry Blossom Milk Tea, Ultra Violet iced coffee, blueberry muffin and the breakfast burrito with bacon and avocado. Now the drinks? Solid. That Ultra Violet coffee had lavender, caramel and honey all entering the chat at once like they were forming the Avengers . Somehow it worked. Then came the burrito... now listen... at first I'm sitting there like "alright everybody calm down it's just a breakfast burrito." WRONG. This thing came out throwing hands immediately eggs, potatoes, bacon, avocado all packed into this perfectly toasted tortilla. Then the salsa showed up like a surprise guest star and took the whole thing to another level. I almost looked around for somebody's grandma in the back yelling "make sure that boy leaves full!" Sat outside watching the A's game, drinking coffee, enjoying the breeze and honestly it was the perfect Sunday reset. Steve my brother... you absolutely crushed this recommendation

It wasn't busy much since there wasn't a line but a few tables were waiting for their food before us. I had the BLTA and it was DELICIOUS. I love the bread it comes with. The top is a bit crispier and the bottom bum is softer. The sandwich was fresh. I love the taste, still thinking of the next time I'll return to eat it. Water is in a dispenser inside and doesn't come with ice. You will need to let the front cashier know if you want ice. I feel like they should just put ice in the dispenser. Love the outside, great to have kids running around. The wait for our food took about 15 minutes I think, not too bad. I would return here, I really love the BLTA sandwich.

The Black Sesame French Toast was fantastic! We also got the Date-Orange Latte and the Salted Honey Lavender Latte, both tasted great! Our three drinks took less than 10 minutes, and I think the French Toast took exactly ten minutes. Not long at all, and it was busy when we were there(11am). My order was to-go, and they were all perfectly packaged! I so appreciate the front girl answering all my silly questions, the efficiency of the team, getting to watch the man in the kitchen do his work, and the clean and inviting presence of the place. My daughter brought in her baby milk and spilt some, only for one of the guys to clean it up quickly. I so appreciate you guys!! There was a challenge, as I also spoke with the front girl about, but parking is competitive. All the parking spots were taken. Some parking spots were reserved for the neighboring businesses, so I found parking on the roadside. Is it possible to expand the parking lot? It's tough to give patronage to this great business with this challenge. I suppose it's a good problem to have when many people want to come here ;)

I look up some reviews lots of comments about nice atmosphere and staff. Which I have to say is very accurate. So I happily went in and to my delight I saw that they serve pour over. Are they using... a cup?!? They're just dumping a cup of hot water over the coffee grounds. I sit down. What do I do? What do I do? Ok it can't be too bad can it? The very polite barista walked over and handed me the coffee. I walked out. Took a sip and literally spit it out. It tasted watered down and too strong at the same time. How does one commit such an act? I will definitely avoid this shop moving forward.

One thing I especially appreciated is how they treat pets. It's clear they care, every dog that came in got a treat, which was a really nice touch. The coffee is excellent, not over-roasted like in a lot of places. While you're waiting in line, they even offer samples, which is awesome. I had a latte with regular milk and was very happy with it. As for the food, the bacon and onion croissant really stood out, very tasty ( though I imagine it would be even better warm ). The caramel apple cheesecake was also incredible, delicious and not overly sweet, even though the name might make you think otherwise. Overall, if you get a chance to stop by for breakfast, you definitely won't regret it. Thank you!

As typical with Temple Coffee, the quality of the drinks are top notch and really is the gold standard in Sacramento. It's perfectly serviceable for a cafe, but the ambiance isn't on par when you compare them. The service, however, was superb. I found the baristas there to be very friendly and warm. One of the standout features of this spot is definitely the outdoor patio. It's beautiful, thoughtfully designed, and such a relaxing place to spend time.
