This mall has so many jewelry stores, it's crazy! there's even a barber shop for men on first floor which was different. There's a JC Penny here and like walking around bring back old memories of stores I grew up with with Spenser, Sweet Factory store for sour patch kids candy, Hallmark, and life uniforms. I felt their food court had a strange layout as on first floor all their sweets where there and 2 main food places sushi and newly open Mexican in the mall. I know outside has the yummy BJs and Fusion Buffet. Yes, nice mall to visit and they have a Macys here with the perfume dept working the floor very hard. Perfume is quite expensive!

When we came out they were even worse, no toilet paper in ANY stall, with paper all over the floor. When I arrived at my theatre seat, thankfully I had wet wipes in my bag and I was able to wipe down all the visible sticky mess along the seat. I get it, record crowds were watching this movie, but at least clean up VISIBLE yuckiness on the seats. We paid $27/tix and for 3 it was over a $100 experience with popcorn and drinks. (Ridiculous to charge $10 for a regular fountain soda!) What tipped the scale was the cockroaches scurrying around, YUCK! Last time I'll be going to that theatre.e

There's a good mix of restaurants, clothing, and jewelry shops, most of which are high quality brands and the mall constantly stays fresh and vibrant although I do wish they had more restrooms outside of the ones below Industrious. Some weekends they have a maker fare or live music, but most of the time the fountain is just central to the comfortable seating area, that during the winter gets some decor for the holidays. All in all, I really do love this area and still find myself coming back year after year.

Security makes a big deal if you wander from The Willows to Veranda - don't do that. Thats a no no... just like sitting on the furniture at Macys. That lady will yell at you and tell you to sit on the chairs next to the toilets.

It was a like a big picnic for the community. It had an electric vibe. The live music was great. There were food tents lined up with different cuisines and other vendors. I decided to stop by the Asian Snow Ice tent and ordered their Mango icee. It was refreshing. I will be back.

Service was ok. waited in line for what felt like 8 tomorrows. only two cash registers open but all the cash register number lights were on. The Manager on Duty clearly saw the check-out line was already snaking around the corner and she pretended to not notice. not sure how this store works but I was always under the impression Managers also help out with check-out when needed. ‍maybe I'm naive to continue to still think this. but if that's the case and Management doesn't help out at cash wrap when the line is consistently building to check-out,... that's a horrible plan of management and good way to lose customers bc Lord knows no one wants to be standing in long line waiting for forever and 6mos to pay for their merch KNOWING there's only to cash registers open and all three are doing returns and repurchases at the very same time. great knowing and seeing the manager on site just walked up and down the cash wrap pretending to look busy and then staring at the check-out line for a few seconds and then go back to pacing. other than that, a new cash register opened and the young man who was our cashier was very kind and very thorough with his customer service! Also, FRANK, the "security guy" at the door was very personable & helpful! It was a wonderful first visit to Concord, TJMaxx!!! Thanks, guys!! It's a rare occurrence these days!
