I was given a copy of the report. The first stay was on the 1st floor and the 2nd stay was on the 2nd floor, which had no elevator. The price for what I got was Ridiculous. We had to call for room service since they didn't automatically come during our stay, and the pool towel supply runs out fast. Definitely bring your own towels for the beach and pool. These problems are far below Marriott's standards. This would have been a sub par experience at a Motel 6. Finally there was a large photo of J Willard Marriott in the lobby and I feel it would be respectful to take his picture out of this dump of a motel pretending to be a Marriott.

Its outdated that the rooms looks so old. This hotel needs a lot of renovation. If you walk into the lobby they make it so classy like all other marriot hotels but its a trick. You walk into their rooms then you see what I mean. They offer free breakfast from 6am to 9am but the stuff they serve are tasteless except their orange juice. We got some bagel and breakfast sandwich, its just taste like you don't wanna eat it. I don't think well stay in this hotel ever again.
