We found Jessica on Instagram and fell in love with our now cooper. He's a mini bernadoodle Aussie mix. Since the start of the whole process of adopting our Australian Mountain doodle, it was shady. I felt only got like two photos, And we asked for the papers and we never received them. We were expecting a dog with two blue eyes. We got a dog with one blue eye, and one green eye, besides the point . and she was really quick about collecting the money and all that good stuff however [[HIGHLIGHT]]she didn't explain anything to us about the temperament of the dog or making sure the dog was specifically paired with the correct family for the energy levels that this dog Came with[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] she told me that the Bernie's would mellow out the dog however, the dog is a spastic we love her very much. She was actually very aggressive as a puppy, and we were hoping that it would eventually go away with training, but it never went away. She never temperament tested the dog and now we have the Callie at 12 months old and having to rehome her because She's completely insane. I don't know if it's from her poodle mothers or the dogs that she breeds these dogs with I don't know if she's a backyard breeder or what but this is very traumatic for our entire family having to re home home Callie . We spent a lot of money to get her flight nanny, etc. we never expected to have such a nightmare situation in a Dog !!! we were just hoping for a normal dog. I do not trust this lady. I would never recommend by any Puppy from this lady whatsoever And it really saddens me to write to have to do this. [[HIGHLIGHT]]She is no help. she has no empathy. I am so sad I have to leave this review. It is RARE that I leave a negative review. March 2026 we heard about a "Guardianship opportunity" from a very close person (I will not disclose who.) I was told to contact Jessica, so I found her on Instagram, and asked for more information. [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were given the runaround on when and where to pick up this mini bernedoodle.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]We were told Jessica would meet us on VARIOUS occasions to give us some treats, her paperwork, and her vaccination record. Fast forward to June 2026, we've still never even met Jessica.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We are in Weber county currently, and drove all the way to an address in Park City to pick the puppy up. We told Jessica we would be there around 3 PM to pick her up. At about 12:50 PM, she was asking where we were, if we were close, and whoever had possession of the dog had been expecting us earlier. We agreed on 3 PM??? [[HIGHLIGHT]]Our texts were almost always answered immediately, but there was a large lack in communication. Our questions weren't answered, we would receive "I'm out of town, I'll get that information to you later!" To which I would have to text her hours, even days later to remind her.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] We asked on 3 separate occasions to surrender the dog back to her. We were always met with an excuse. "My dog just had puppies!" I don't understand. PER our signed contract, it states we were allowed to surrender her back at any given time, for any given reason. That was not the case. This puppy was also FERAL. She was aggressive. With steady professional training, nothing changed. When the company renting to us informed us we would be evicted if we couldn't get vaccination records, I let Jessica know. The first vaccines that had been sent to us via a photo in a text had no information on what dog it was given to. This time around, we were given vaccination records for a COMPLETELY DIFFERENT DOG with it's name crossed out, and ours written next to it. This was NOT the birth name of our dog. At this point we were fed up. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I told her to come get the dog or we needed to meet within the next 24 hours. Still no resolution. She finally asked if I could find somewhere for the dog to go. I asked "permanently or temporarily??" And she said either.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Because we had no other choice, we rehomed her. We found the best possible woman to take her online. Our dog was comfortable and happy with her, so we allowed her to take her. A few weeks go by, and I receive my first text from Jessica that wasn't a response to something I had asked. She wanted to know how the dog was. I informed her we had rehomed her and she freaked out a little saying she needed the person's info, and were they okay with her being a guardian dog. I told her I considered the contract null and void when she told us to just find someone. I have not heard back from her since this interaction a few days back. Had I known other families had this exact experience based off their online reviews on google, facebook, and yelp, I would have steered far clear. MAKE SURE to scan that contract, have your lawyers look it over (I am SO glad we had ours look it over.) And make sure you keep everything in writing. This was a frustrating and heartbreaking experience for my family. I am so sad that a "breeder" would allow any of this to happen. Not ethical in my opinion. On a walk I had the pleasure of meeting a Ford, a 6 month old bernadoodle from Willowway. Based on meeting this beautiful dog and hearing from the family about his great temperament and disposition, I was convinced to learn more about willowway. I added my name to the perspective family list and when the time came [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jessica helped me pick the right puppy for us.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Our bernedoodle Sullivan has been an amazing addition to our family. I appreciate that Willowway works with a smaller number of litters and felt the puppies were well cared for. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Jessica even helped arrange transportation to help Sullivan get to us across the country.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] He came well socialized and with a beautiful disposition. EVERYONE comments on how good his temperament is and ofcourse how stunning. We sometimes travel for longer rv trips and he just sits and snuggles the whole time. I truly could not have asked for a better dog for our family. Im also not surprised though because I had been following willow way doodles on instagram for quite some time before we were ready to get Ford. A theme I noticed is that alot of people who were tagging their puppies they got from Willow Way were a year later returning to adopt another puppy from Jessica. And funny enough we will end up being one of those families as we are already talking about bring ford home a willow way sister. If you are looking for a dog that is not only a gorgeous dog but also has an amazing personality and temperament look no further than willow way! I would NOT recommend this breeder. I agree 100% with the fact that no papers are supplied with the dogs. She gives her own vaccinations-supposedly- but would only supply a photo text of the information. Anyone could fill out a sheet with Vaccination dates. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I feel like I was taken by this woman.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] Yes, she did discount the dog but only to move her because she had another litter due any day. If you are having a puppy delivered or receiving a discount because they haven't been able to sell, don't expect to get your questions answered or to receive papers or pics. This is nothing but a glorified puppy mill and if I had to guess, they breed unregistered dogs. Therefore, cant provide what you are asking. Good looking dogs, but I recommend finding a breeder who cares about their dogs and customers. read more
