The layout continually had to be adjusted due to poor measurement application. Even after the plan was complete, several cabinets were incorrectly made and significant workarounds implemented. We like the look of our wood plank tile, but it will never been sound. Several loose tiles have been replaced and more is needed. I don't think it will ever be 100%. Getting tiles replaced is like pulling teeth, uncomfortable and painful.

He helped us choose beautiful solid-wood cabinets from Nations Cabinets (made in the USA) that matched our vision exactly. They look high-end, the finish is gorgeous, the doors and drawers are smooth, and everything feels sturdy and well-built--nothing cheap or flimsy. The cabinets arrived fully built and ready to install. A few small pieces were missing, but they rushed the replacements so our project wouldn't be delayed. Rich even came in person to oversee delivery and unpacking, which gave us a lot of confidence. Jim also took multiple follow-up calls from us about timing--we had a hard deadline--and he was always calm, courteous, and reassuring. They delivered exactly when they said they would. When I reached out to the customer service, they sent a generic email, basically sorry you received damaged goods. We unfortunately could not wait another two weeks for replacement cabinets and had to make these work or it would have cost us more than the cabinets. I paid $1800 for 6 cabinets for the laundry room. I'm so glad I waited to order the kitchen cabinets. I will not order from RTA again. Their quality review at packing is nonexistent.
