I have been speaking with the person online through Facebook marketplace. They had the exact dryer that I needed. I made arrangements to go to Stockton which is about an hour and a half from where I live. I arrived at the place and noticed that my drawer was sitting right out in front. I thought it was all ready to load up. The tech said let's test it out before you take it away. He tested the dryer and there was no heat. That sent up a red flag for me. Why would you have me come this far without testing the dryer that I had already selected? He then said it would take 10 minutes to fix the problem. After waiting for 3 minutes I decided against it. Tried giving these people a second try after 7 years! Worst customer service in Stockton. Would be nice if they checked to see if the appliance in my case "Stove" is working before delivering. Total waste of time with them. As a manager I would have given a apology call and offered a replacement stove but nothing was done. Was supposed to get it repaired and delivered 2 days later but they failed to do so. Thought I was doing a good thing by purchasing from a small local business but it is my worst regret by far. Purchased a refrigerator, washer and dryer set. Here were the issues Floors were scratched during delivery (kept quiet about this) Washer and fridge were set up and connected to water line but dryer was placed in the installed position with no vent attached! When I went to use the dryer for the first time it did not spin at all, it just hummed. Contacted their office manager who said they would come look at it. Days later still no phone call. Tried contacting them again at to which point they stopped responding. Here we are a month later and tired of laundromats I paid for an appliance repair which cost $270 for a new dryer motor and blower. In the meantime the fridge has started making a loud buzzing noise off and on... Do not waste your money or time. Will probably be taking a legal route next. read more

I was told that my purchase comes with a one year warranty and they will repair the set up to a year. I took my set in for repairs (multiple times) and they told me I had to pay for the parts. I was under the impression that it was covered within the 1st year of purchases. Then called and was told it would arrive Tuesday. Once again I stayed home to ensure I was there for the delivery and nothing. We had to physically go down there because they leave the phone off of the hook! Finally the refrigerator was delivered on Wednesday, however, once we turned it on we realized the freezer didn't work! We tried to see if we could make it work and nothing. Have been trying to get through and still have not had luck with the phone. Will have to physically go down there again. If I could give zero stars, I would. Picked up a front loading washing machine and dryer combo. $800 newer set. Not even two months later machine stops draining. Simple pump replacement. After two weeks of "tmrrw between 3-6 pm" I finally gave up and went to the parts supply house ordered the pump, which they had in stock, and replaced it myself. YOUTUBE. Less then 2 hours. My wife and I bought washer/dryer and a fridge from here and in the first 2 weeks of owning them, we had problems with everything. The dryer would screech and would smell burnt, the washer would stop randomly and not start it's cycle sometimes. The fridge wasn't making any ice and the freezer wasn't closing correctly. We called them and we told they'd come check it out the next day. No one ever showed up, not a call or nothing. We ended up going 3 times in person after being lied to over and over and they finally came and picked up the washer and dryer. Told us it would be ready in 3 days. Again, no phone call, no update, nothing. We went again and had it delivered after spoke to them in person. The guy that dropped it off damaged our floor and walls and after he set them off, I checked them only to see the washer was leaking everywhere! I went outside to tell him and I kid you not, he took off running a stop sign and all. We spoke to the finance company and they can't refund me anything so now I'm stuck with a washer/dryer that do not work and monthly payments on them. Well I bought a washer and dryer from them about 5 days ago. So far so good. But what I didn't like was they NEVER ANSWER THEIR PHONE. At the time of purchase I told the clerk about them not answering their phones. She assured me that she always answers and gave me her personal cell phone number. They told me my machines would arrive between 2-4. They called at 5 and said they were on their way. So when my husband called me at WORK to tell me the units still hadn't arrived. I called them. They didn't show up or call until 745. Told me they had car troubles. And it wasn't until I started blowing up their phone did they call me to tell me that. Poor customer service. Plus! The sales person assured me the unit I was purchasing was 2 years old. But when I did my research I found out that they were 6 years old. Now that's a big difference. Lying a$&. I have to say, I didn't look at the rating prior to going here. We bought a refurbed fridge. We had it delivered to our home and had it for 2 weeks, when the freezer quit freezing. After which, my husband read the reviews on Yelp and was really nervous about getting them to repair it. We had bought the warranty just in case. So, my husband called and no one called us back. Two days later, I called and was able to get a hold of someone. Their service guy called me back the next day. I told them what was going on. They scheduled an appointment to come and take a look. Our service even having our fridge delivered was great! Well, our tech came out and he identified the problem. He fixed our freezer enough to get us through the week it would take to get our part. This was at no cost to us because we had bought the warranty. When our part came in, our tech came back out and put it in. We were very happy with our service and grateful for their tech, who was an awesome guy! I would recommend them for a good buy on their fridges, just buy the warranty. It worth it! :))) read more

Well I purchased a lg washer and dryer unit which was suppose to be in proper working condition when the units were delivered they both didn't work properly I tried to swap them out then they tried to to upcharge me 200 for a different set that was in same if not worse condition. It started squeaking like nails on chalk. The freaking cat wouldn't even go in there to eat her food. That's how loud it was. I've called numerous times. Several times no answer. Worst experience in my life!! Avoid this place. I'm reporting to the bbb but I'm sure that doesn't matter as they have so many complaints against them. I really tried to give them a chance. We picked out a washer and dryer. They said free same delivery, no one comes for 2days. I call the 3rd day, they get someone to deliver. Guy comes with a different dryer, that has a crack on it. No big deal, it works, but he took our adapter cord on accident. He was barely down the driveway when we called and he forwarded our call. I call the office, emily says he'll be by with it by 430pm. He never shows up . I call the next day. She says he's coming. He never shows up. I call again. She says she'll talk to her boss and call me. Never calls me back. I call today, and as soon as I say my name she has attitude. I just wanted to make sure the cord will be there before I drive out there to get the run around again.
