    Backyard wedding.

Spacious and well centered in Wine Country. Place has all the amenities you could need. If you want it catered it is an option. There is a full kitchen, but utensils are hit and miss. Tiny bit of TLC would put this place in a higher rating. Note. We did have a family member get hurt b/c the concrete chairs were greatly corroded. So, check all outside furniture with a critical eye.

Our friends rented the manor for 3 nights for their wedding party. It was a very special time. It's a gorgeous facility with beautiful suites. Some of the party loved the game room & played pool for hours. Others loved the hot tub, pool , BBQ & huge lawn. I loved the great room with fireplace and comfy furniture.

Beautiful venue for a large gathering!! We rented the whole manor for a week and had a blast!!! Perfect for large groups. The house is HUGE!!! Grounds are even better. Abby was amazing and helpful. Can't wait to have our next family event here.

I have sat on this review for quit a while. We were the first to rent this manor long term. We had family from out of state and made this a destination wedding weekend. The house is gorgeous, spacious and more than enough room for both our families! When you rent the whole house you are undisturbed but can call if you need anything! The house however could use more TLC. My mother was injured the first day there because of corroded outdoor furniture that crumbled. (The response time was really quick) There was garbage behind the foyer buffet, under the beds needs cleaned as food was found under there, one dishwasher did not work as well as half the stove. (20 people were staying there, we needed the whole stove). Abbey was accommodating, however was not very trusting of us through the whole process. She made a point to tell us every chance she had (v/m, email and in person) "no amplified music" it got a bit condescending. I believe she thought we were a couple of frat boys rather than the professionals we are. When we returned the keys, the cleaning crew (there In full force) were surprised we cleaned the entire house! That's our southern hospitality... All in all, it was a great place to have our ceremony.

Dear Abby, No offense, Mr Wilson, but my wife and I affectionately renamed your facility Abby Manor. How they can make a !Gianormous Mansion! seem so homely and comfortable is beyond me. The driveway is awe-inspiring and the grand entrance is breathtaking, we agree with one of the other posts that we almost don't want to Yelp this one because we would dont want to share this hidden gem with anyone else so when we book we have the run of the Manor and would just prefer to keep it that way and leave this place our little secret but here we are Yelping our little hearts out. We had the best time celebrating my wife's birthday! It's a relief that we no longer have to search all over Temecula when we are going to Wine Country because we found our place. We have stayed at a handful of places down there but Wilson Creek Manor blows them all out of the water. Facility is beautiful the staff is great and keeps the place immaculate and Abby is the best hostess. There is almost no need to even leave the house because of the breakfast and Manor Sunrises, game room, pool, jacuzzi, and evening wine tastings and appetizers. We will be back often and soon. Thanks again Abby for making our time there special. Joshua & Kim

Me and my wife spent the evening here and we enjoyed every moment there. The grounds are beautiful and the manor itself was amazing. The staff there makes you feel like family and very helpful each room has it's own theme. We are definitely going back

Ok, here's the deal. Do you want a fabulous, relaxing; romantic get away? Then book a room here. This place is amazing, the staff is topnotch. From your first contact for booking to your farewell till next time, (because you will come back.) all is absolutly perfect. Nine rooms, all tastefully decorated. LARGE living area for entertaining, Huge game room with big screen, pingpong and pool table (sorry, no pics). Big kitchen, fully equipped. The Manor Hostesses, Abby and Sherrie went over the top to ensure our stay was pleasant. Housekeeping staff, friendly and thorough. This place will feel like home as soon as you enter. One problem....you will not want to leave. It is directly across the road from the Wilson Creek Winery! I'll be back.

I celebrated my 50th with a Wine & Wellness Event at Wilson Creek Manor.. the perfect venue, this was our my bday dinner roast! Thanks Abby

Villa del Vino Guest House! Temecula, CA…read more We recently booked two nights in one of the rooms at their guest house. As this place only allowed check-in at 5PM, we arrived a little after which was already dark. We turned around a few times thinking we had missed the place. There was no light illuminating the front entrance or the number of the location. No lights along the driveway to the guest house either! When we walked into our room, we thought it was nice. However, as we settled down, we found out that the heater was not working. Being a cold evening/night, we couldn't take a shower without the heater working. We turned on the fireplace to try and get some heat. Unfortunately, that didn't work either. Next, we tried the TV, and found that it didn't work either because the remote control was missing, there was no cable and no satellite! The next morning, we called and spoke to Heather. We informed her of all the issues. Instead of apologizing, she made excuses about someone having stolen the remote control, told us there was a floor heater in the room when there wasn't one! She should have made sure everything in the room are in working condition before renting it out. Then she said she will have someone come out to look at the HVAC system but she didn't have the courtesy to tell us when the guy was coming. She also mentioned she was going to get a floor unit delivered to our room. When we came back to the room at 3 PM, the heater was still NOT working and the floor heater was also not delivered. We saw the housekeeper and asked her for a heater as we had requested one from Heather earlier in the morning. She called Heather who said a repair man was coming to fix the heater between 3 and 5 PM. He showed up but after an hour, diagnosed the problem and told us he couldn't not repair it that day because the shop selling the parts was closed. Apparently the HVAC had not been working for some time and the owners didn't even care to repair it before renting out the place. If we had not spoken to the repair man, we would not even know what was going on. Heather did not even have the decency to tell us that the HVAC unit would not be repaired that day nor did she ever bring us the floor heater she promised. We came back from dinner and still NO HEATER!!! No blankets in the room either!! And not a call or word from Heather about the heater or the TV reception! NOTHING! On top of that, the bed was soft and worn out. You sink right into it. After the first night, my back was hurting. We spent two cold nights with no heater, no TV reception and a very uncomfortable bed. We couldn't wait to get out of there! The common areas at both entrances to the guest house were filthy. Bad impression even before you reach your room. The people who run this place do not care about their guests. They don't live on the property. If you need anything you're out of luck!! They need to get their act together. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. Stay away and find another more reputable location. ZERO stars!!

When I look for places to stay, I look for location and a little luxury (that's why they call it vacation, right!?). Que Syrah is positioned on a hill that is surrounded on all sides by vineyards and wineries. You couldn't be closer unless you stayed at an actual winery; but, most of the wineries offering accommodations in Temecula are over-touristy, under-charming and over-priced. I know, I've stayed there. This multi-suite mansion has stunning views from every balcony and patio. It's just the right size for a small destination wedding and could even be used for just the wedding party with more guests at other area hotels. The beds are Tempur-Pedic foam style and are a dream to sleep on. The entire building, rooms included, are decorated with bold, modern colors and furniture which gives the place a homey feel that you can't get at other run-of-the-mill hotels and resorts that opt for cookie cutter spaces and neutral tone accouterments. There's a large hot tub out back, a huge, open kitchen and dining room (perfect for starting out the day), upstairs and downstairs communal lounge areas and even a bar. There were pastries, fruit, Keurig coffee (with Irish cream liquor!), and juice available for free every morning. There's an option for a bottle of wine in your room for an upcharge that was reasonable (and maybe even cheaper than retail for the bottle we got). Every single part of our experience was flawless and comfortable and allowed my guest and I to focus on nothing else, but each other. The owners, Mike and David, are not only accommodating, but pleasant, friendly and endearing. They even provide a cell phone number for any issues that might pop up. Staying here is basically like staying at your (wealthy) friend's house who is EXTREMELY eager to please and has a great sense of style. We loved every second and know you will, too.

Beautiful Resort, Disappointing Front Desk Experience…read more The resort itself is beautiful, with well-maintained grounds, comfortable villas, and a great restaurant. Unfortunately, our experience at check-in completely overshadowed what should have been a wonderful stay. After we had already checked in and paid the required incidental deposit, we were unexpectedly told to pay an additional deposit. When I questioned this, the Front Desk Supervisor, Michael, told us that if we did not pay immediately, our reservation would be canceled, despite the fact that our stay had already been paid for. What was even more disappointing was the way we were treated. Instead of trying to resolve the situation professionally, we were met with a rude and dismissive attitude, with repeated references to "hotel policy" rather than any genuine effort to help. This happened on my husband's birthday, and it completely ruined the beginning of our celebration. The property deserves five stars, but the customer service we received at the front desk was unacceptable. I sincerely hope management addresses this issue, because no guest should be treated this way.

Nice balcony, and actually saw a hot air balloon land in the nearby parking lot! Pool area was decent with lots of lounge chairs and a few cabanas. They do have room service, plenty of parking, on-site spa (did not try), and a wine tasting room (did not try) near the restaurant ... separated from the hotel. The decor in the lobby area is a little dated, but neat and clean -- front desk staff were very friendly.

With small children running around this is a serious safety issue. The lady at the front laughed in my face and insulted me asking where I was from. On top of that they decided to start cutting trees at our campsite while we were camping. Couldn't even access my children after coming back from the bathroom. The workers are now harassing us parking in front of our site to intimidate us. BEWARE. CAMP at your own RISK this place does not care about their guests and will do nothing to ensure safety. UPDATE: Shortly after posting my honest review, campground management informed us that we were no longer welcome because of the review we left. Instead of addressing the serious concerns we raised, they chose to retaliate against paying guests for sharing their honest experience. I would like to add that the front desk lady informed me this was an ongoing problem and it was not just our site that was having aggressive raccoons, in the midst of insulting me. Therefore, the problem couldn't be fixed by moving sites, which would have been a half a day task, at minimum for me being alone with 5 children even if moving could solve the problem. It clearly was not a solution either way with it being a widespread issue. This tells me everything I need to know about how this campground operates. When confronted with legitimate criticism, management's response was not to fix the problems. Their response was to remove the customer. We reported ongoing safety concerns, including persistent raccoons repeatedly entering campsites and approaching campers. Rather than taking meaningful action to address those issues, management decided the problem was the guests who spoke up. If this is how they treat customers who leave an honest review, imagine how they handle complaints that are not made public. I stand by every word of my original review. This update is based on what management told us directly. Other campers deserve to know that leaving an honest, unfavorable review may result in being told they are no longer welcome. Businesses build trust by addressing legitimate concerns, not by punishing customers for speaking honestly. You can decide for yourself whether that is the type of business you want to support.

In fact, if I were to design a vacation family home I would use this floor plane almost exactly! The bedrooms were nicely placed and each had their own full bathrooms. The primary suite had a bathtub and a twin trundle bed which met our family's need for our family with 2 young children. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms were adjacent to the primary and had their own full baths with showers. Each of those bedrooms had Queen sized beds, which I must admit I hope the owner will consider changing at least the middle bedroom (plenty of space to do do) to a King sized bed. The 3rd bedroom might be tight but I would rather have a King sized bed and no night stand (personal preference). Also, the main area noise does carry straight back to the middle bedroom so place your heaviest sleepers in there! A door between the kitchen and the bedrooms would really help that but that would not stop me from renting this lovely home again! Main area and kitchen were nicely appointed and super comfortable. Fireplace worked beautifully! Games were stocked under the bar area. In warmer weather sliding doors could be opened for a huge open entertainment flow. We made breakfasts and lunches no dinners but the kitchen had everything you would need for meal prep( bring extras like foil and spices). Moving downstairs. We had a 2 year old so a door or baby gate up top would be recommended. I was surprised the downstairs floor was concrete. It does show that when I looked back at the photos but I just hadn't noticed. They do have a rug under the sofa/tv area and a fireplace. The area was really completely self contained and perfect for one of our families. Again, a King sized bed would be appreciated in the main bedroom and as the listing stated you HAVE TO ENTER THE 5TH BEDROOM THROUGH THE 4TH BEDROOM. This was perfect for our family with kids but would be a little odd if another couple were staying there. It is a bunkroom so I feel like it would only be used for families with kids so it was perfect! Both these bedrooms had no windows so they were great for sleeping in! Also, the downstairs had it's own heating system so you could completely control the downstairs temp which is not always the case. Big bonus! WIFI was slow when using our devices but the TV did not ever buffer while watching. Downstairs access right out to the firepit which we used to make Smores was perfect. House was SUPER clean upon arrival! I swept up the crumbs we produced after the first day then mopped the upstairs main area (neat freak) and the mop cover did not get full of dirt indicating the floor had been previously cleaned very well! Uber impressed! They do have you remove your trash to containers on property prior to check out but that was understandable and not a problem. Plenty of hot water. Water pressure good. House was not preheated upon arrival but warmed up super fast one HVAC was turned on. Jacuzzi was preheated upon our arrival so no waiting for it to heat. Lots of towels both bath and jacuzzi. This house is remote as stated. Down the end of a paved road. Gate to unlock (maybe install a motion activated light so we could read the lock at night) and then down a dirt road at lease a mile I would say. I personally LOVED the quiet. Someone else might be a bit uncomfortable with that. We left during a rain storm and the dirt road seemed fine. I don't know if that would be a problem had it rained many days or heavier. There are cameras at the entry gate to the property and someone does come EVERY time you leave and make certain the gate is locked. This was a comfort to me as someone is making certain only our party entered. The outdoor front patio could have been cleaner (dirt and leaves blown) but to be fair it was Fall and you are in the wilderness. Plenty of outdoor parking behind house. House is about 20 minutes from Old Town where we dined every night when not attending wedding festivities 5 minutes away at Galway Downs. I would highly recommend this property.
