**Buyers should be cautious**…read more I inquired about a 2006 hummer H2 with 114,000 miles. The going rate on these is between $10,000 and $20,000 depending on mileage condition options, etc. I spoke to Joe on the phone in the morning. Really smooth talking salesman very polite. I even said to myself this guy is fantastic for this kind of position. He said the car was beautiful two owner exceptionally well maintained nothing wrong with the thing. I said I'm five hours away. Let me look at my schedule. Let me see if I can come down today. I called them back a couple hours later I said hi Joe thinking about coming down. I have 1 million things to do today. Buying this car today is a logistical nightmare but I can deal with the nightmare on my end what I can't do is waste my time though. If I'm going to drive five hours round-trip to see this car I need to make sure there's no lights, no paint work, and the car is beautiful minus normal wear and tear. He said "I think that's a fair description. There is normal wear and tear and a couple bubbles in the paint." I said "bubbles in the paint?" And immediately the vibe flipped. The professional, respectful, smooth, talking salesman went out the door and in a sarcastic, passive aggressive, person took over. He said."if you want a new one you can go buy the new electric one that nobody wants for $150,000. I can send you some photos of the rust if you want." I said "yes please." he said "OK great I'll text you some pictures of the blemishes in the paint" but it was very clearly sarcastic. He followed up with about a half a dozen pictures of rust one area looked like it had been stuffed with some filler and previously painted with a tape line and no attempted blending. I understand it's 20 year-old Truck for $15,000. But I was willing to pay a little premium for something that was rust free and super nice condition and this one was in worse condition than some of the ones I've seen. The combination of the condition issues, plus the bipolar go home and kick the dog energy is a nonstarter for me.

I should have read the reviews. Bought a classic car with roof racks, end of April. It was shipped…read morepretty quickly. Was told it drives great. It's an old car, but a dependable one, if it's maintained. Thankfully, the body is good. When it arrived, no roof rack, which had been written in the contract. I had to drive it 2 blocks to my home, from the delivery vehicle. Could barely move the shifter to drive it. Had a clanking in the back right, and there was a grinding metal sound in the engine area. The headlights wouldn't turn on. So I drove in the dark. I asked AI, and it said do not drive it to the mechanic, but tow it. Well, just got the deposit for parts and it was $2000. I did ask them to do a head to toe, everything, and believe me, it needed it. I have received false hopes from them saying that the roof rack was being sent by mail. I called and spoke to someone who told me they would mail them. I sent a brief, polite email. Nobody responded. I called another day and that person told me "Joe and Chris are at an auction". I texted the owner, Joe, "Hi Joe, where are the roof racks?" Joe, replied to me by text stating, "check your mail". The audacity. Anyways, in the end, it is a beautiful looking car, and the mechanic promised they would make the insides beautiful as well again; like new. Unless it's a car you want because you really really want that vehicle, and have money to spare to fix it, I don't suggest using this dealership. The reviews speak for themselves. Just like the others, Joe can seem very authentic. I won't bother annoying them with messages or phone calls again, because after reading the reviews a bit too late, I know how he will respond. Avoid. Liars, thieves, and I pray that karma visits all of them for lying to so many people. Peace out.
