I paid over $100 for them to replace the posts and the first time I wore them, one pair broke. Within an hour, that $100 repair went down the drain with my faith in humans to do the right thing. It wasn't even a week from the time I picked up his shoddy work. When I tried to bring it back, not only did he give me attitude, but he wanted to charge me. He even said he remembered when I came in with my male friend when we spent hundreds of dollars. He said he was willing to throw in the labor but wanted me to buy a new earring back and post which was not even gold. And he wanted to charge me $50 for a metal, (NOT gold) post and earring back. How many earring backs have you lost in your life? It wasn't just his greed that annoyed me, it was his total and utter disrespect of me as a human. I find men like this treat women very differently when there's another man with me. I wouldn't trust these folks. Plus he obviously doesn't respect older women. Steer clear.

I went to the store yesterday and said I was here for a watch repair and watch battery replacement and they told me they don't do either of those things and told me to go elsewhere. I feel like it's because I was wearing sweatpants, but I don't need a nice outfit for watch repair. They were somewhat rude about it but mostly this review is here in case you are considering watch repair or battery replacement definitely go elsewhere since according to the staff that's not what they do. They should absolutely take that lie down from the yelp page if that's the case.

I generally do not write reviews; however, I was so impressed with the service and the engagement ring I bought that I had to give credit where credit is due. I recently was in the market to get an engagement ring. It seemed like everyone I knew had their own jeweler who I was recommended to. I decided to go with Wilson because the friend who recommended him to me is married to someone who is also in the jewelry business and that is who he goes to for everything, so I figured it was a safe bet. From the start, Wilson gave great advice. He wasn't pushy at all. He didn't come across as the type of jeweler who was just trying to get you to buy something as soon as possible so they can make a buck. I actually went to Wilson's and communicated with him via email about 2 months before I decided on making the purchase. Not once did he try to pressure me into buying anything. I eventually decided to go with a custom design. Wilson had previously told me that he can design anything, all he needed was a picture. Once the ring was completed, and I saw it for the first time, I was in utter amazement. My new fiance, as of about a month ago at the time of this writing, still gets compliments and is still in awe every time she looks at it to this day! The pricing was good. I'm sure I could have gone just about anywhere and would have gotten the same pricing after intense haggling. The main thing that made Wilson stand out from the other jewelry places I went to is that he was honest and straight forward. He doesn't haggle. The price he tells you is the price he intends to sell it to you. He answered all my questions and gave great advice. There was no pressure at all. If there is anyone out there that isn't sure where to go, I highly recommend going to Wilson's. read more

I shopped for an engagement ring at Wilson's, and it was an absolutely exceptional experience. I came in with only sparse knowledge of how buying a diamond works, and Wilson patiently walked me through the entire process and let me know everything I should be looking for. Once I was oriented and gave Wilson my preferences, he came back within a week with an assortment of diamonds, all of which would have made perfect rings. Alas, I could only pick one (though I'm sure my fiance would not have complained had I picked up two . . . ). When it came to helping me pick out the one, I never felt like Wilson was just trying to make the sale or pushing me to go with the most expensive diamond. He wanted me to pick what was right for my fiance. In the end, it all worked out. She said yes, and she absolutely loves the ring. Ring-buying is a very important and nerveracking experience, and you need a jeweler you can trust and who will properly guide you through the experience. Wilson is certainly that type of jeweler. My fiance and I were referred to Wilson through friend's of ours. It was an incredible experience working with Wilson and his family! When we first arrived, we had no idea what we were doing and had no knowledge of engagement rings or diamonds. Wilson took his time on a busy Saturday to go over all the different information my fiance and I would need to know when selecting the right diamond. Wilson ended up finding the perfect diamond for me. However, I am a very picky person so Wilson explained that he could custom design my ring to look however I wanted it to. I ended up coming up with the style I liked and Wilson came up with a beautiful design of exactly what I wanted. My ring turned out more beautiful than I could have ever imagined and I am so grateful we went with Wilson and I was able to get exactly what I wanted. The moment Wilson welcomed me into his store, i felt right at home. His warm and kind demeanor makes you feel as if he is family who wants nothing more than to help you find that special piece of jewelry. Simply the best in the business! After wandering around to quite a few business and diamond exchanges, I took the advice of my brother in-law and went in to see Wilson. I told Wilson my budget showed him a picture of the ring I was looking for. He said while he doesn't have that exact style he can make one just like it. So after Wilson gave me a quick diamond 101 class i picked the diamonds I wanted and left it in his capable hands. What Wilson has created was absolutely amazing, far better than the picture I showed him. the quality and craftsmanship is second to none. It's not everyday you embark on a journey for the right stone for a ring, however that journey ended when I walked into Wilson's Jewelry. The reception was warm and inviting. We discussed what I was looking for and I was presented with multiple options, while those were great, it wasn't the right fit just yet. He was patient with me and understanding that finding the right stone was important. After a few more options were delivered, looking through the loop, I finally found the one! Like an artist, he patiently went to work setting the stone into a setting that I provided. The end result was breathtaking and I am glad to know that I went to the right place! We flew into LA to look for her diamond ring, we decided to go into Wilson's Jewelry Inc. So happy we did! He was very honest and helpful. I was impressed that he allowed us to try and identify different diamonds to see if we could tell the differences in color and inclusions. The store did not have the one we were looking for, so he had some brought in to fit our requests. We selected from three diamonds, we got the ONE she wanted. Greeted by both Wilson and his wife, they immediately made us feel comfortable without any high pressure sales pitch. The most impressive aspects of Wilson were his knowledge and experience. He patiently allows so much time to discuss stones, comparative settings and metals, various options, prices ... and then as needed designs and creates the setting to your very specific wishes. Nonetheless, Wilson contacted me personally and asked in painstaking detail to find out what I really wanted in the ring. Wilson and wife are the absolute best! The process was easy and simple. My girlfriend and I made a visit to look at rings one day. Eli knew exactly what I meant when I asked for a beautifully symmetric diamonds and not crushed ice. We vibed right away. He has great taste and knows what a beautiful diamond looks like from an ugly one. Because let me tell you, there are a lot of ugly diamonds out there and there are many brokers who will try to convince you that they're pretty! I also really appreciated that he didn't ask what my budget was like so many other places. He focused on finding me not one, but two perfectly matched pairs of diamonds for studs. All of the other places wouldn't show me more than one pair. And you know what? I took both pairs because they were both so perfect I couldn't let them go! Other places told me it was impossible to find 2 old mine cushion cut matching diamonds but Eli did it. And he did it in like 2 days! He called me and kept me updated. When he showed me the diamonds he was super patient as I studied each one. There was never, at any point any sales pressure. But the merchandise wasn't primarily silver and the photos didn't match the inside of the store. The store is relatively small and what's on display is fairly limited. As I said, I had expected mostly silver jewelry and found a fair amount of gold and a fairly limited amount of silver. Stepani wasn't exactly helpful. And when I pulled my phone out to take a picture, I thought she said it was OK to take pictures, but she apparently said the opposite. My mistake. I was hoping to show a picture of some actual silver jewelry to a friend. So, yeah, extremely underwhelming and not exactly welcoming.
