I am absolutely appalled by the service I received today. This business advertises same-day service, yet when I brought in my bridesmaid dress to be pressed for the next day, the experience was a nightmare. After a price quote was given, I realized the pickup time wouldn't work for my schedule and politely decided to retract the request. At that moment, the employee's demeanor shifted instantly. She threw my dress across the counter and refused to help me put it back in its protective sleeve. When I asked for help, she told me she 'didn't have to' because a transaction wasn't made and that it was 'my problem.' As I gathered my things to leave, she profusely yelled at me until I was out the door. If you advertise quick service but can't handle a simple scheduling conflict without a temper tantrum, you shouldn't be in business. read more

I dropped off my husbands suit a few days ago for a wedding we're going to, and the shirt came back from them with a stain on it, the pants smell awful, and the jacket has an orange stain on it. I would not recommend coming here honestly. it was our first time using them and his suit came back worse than when we dropped it off. read more

I usually don't go to this cleaner because I see the horrible reviews it has, but it's the closest one to home so i decided to try it out for convenience of location. I took one item in a fluffy jacket that was new with the tags and I told the lady I just need it dry cleaned. She was honest up front and told me it would be about $30. I was like $30 for one jacket?! My regular place in Murrieta charges $6! Since I was dropping it off for someone else I asked if they wanted me to leave it here because of the price, they agreed so I left it. I came back for it a week later and it still had hair and fuzz on it. I pointed it out to the worker and she took them off but for $30 I shouldn't have even seen them on there in the first place. On top of that they don't do military discount unless it's $50+. That's crazy to me. This place is way too expensive and you dont receive your moneys worth in my experience. I'll keep driving further just to go to my regular cleaner that gives me my military discount and great prices with great service and great end product. This place does none of those things. Save your money and go somewhere else. read more

I cannot believe this place has managed to stay open for as long as it has.... Not only did they return my tommy B shirts, dirty, they are worse than when I drop them off..... The owner is conveniently never there and seems to be out of town every time I've tried to get some kind of compensation..... and the employees, seem have a poor understanding of the English language anytime I ask for the phone number of the owner.... If you value your clothes at all, take them any place but there. read more

I dropped off my tuxedo shirt for cleaning. The shirt was unbuttoned. The Tuxedo studs were left in. I assumed the studs would be removed before cleaning and reinserted. When I picked up my shirt there were no studs. When I asked the lady about it she said there were no studs. I insisted there were studs and she either find them, or replace them or pay for new ones, or refund my cleaning fee. She was rude and would do none of that, insisting there were no studs, and she remembered me dropping off the shirt. She called the manager by Phone and after discussing with her manager she said she would check the cameras and call me by the end of week. She did call me and said either there was no video or she couldn't verify the video and that the manager took the order, not her. All very confusing. Again, she was rude and refused to provide good customer service. I went back the next day to talk to the manager, who I was told would be there in the am. When I did go in, the manager was not there, just the rude assistant. Without speaking, she threw a small plastic bag on the counter. There were five studs in the pack. I asked if they were my original studs. She said no and turned away from me. I walked out with the studs. A very rude person and absolutely no customer service ability. read more

I'm so disappointed and feel absolutely taken advantage of. My husband dropped off four dresses on my behalf to be dry cleaned. Basic work dresses and one maxi dress. They charged $58.49!!! I bought these dresses from SHEIN/Amazon. The amount she charged was more than I paid for all of them put together. Owner claims they're formal dresses (wedding, prom, etc..). They are nowhere near formal dresses. This business price gouges and it's just plain WRONG. I will never take my clothes here again... I will use my usual dry cleaner by my job. Took my clothes here - I realized my sons jeans had shrunk and we're not dry cleaned properly as all my other clothes was. I called and spoke to an employee she asked me to bring them in right away. I showed her the jeans and she insisted that they did look odd to her. She pulled a measuring tape out to measure them- she's like oh they did shrink by two inches. The owner does all the cleaning from what I was told by his employee. Not even an apology from the owner that he messed up. Instead Paul the owner ruined my son 501 Jeans. He tried to say my son had mud on them so he "dry washed them" . That was a lie for him to cover up his mistake . I have called multiple times for the owner to call me back - no calls back , I've been given the run around from His employees to resolve this issue. As convenient as this place is for me to use I no longer use this s establishment. Why? Several reasons. 1. Uniforms were not ready on the scheduled day of pick up. I didn't think it was an issue as o would pick up the next when the open. I frequent Starbucks around the time the cleaners open at 7:00 am. 2. At 7:25 a.m., I could see staff milling around inside. 20 minutes later they open the door and make a joke, to myself and 4-5 other customers, that ALL the staff ran late that day. Hahaha 3. I explained to the heavily-pierced, tattooed clerk who smelled of alcohol and cigarettes, that their tardiness likely made me late for work due to the morning traffic. (As most know, getting out of the area 30 minutes later than your normal routine, will put you behind schedule.) 4. Her response? She said they will open when they want to and if I or any other customer doesn't like it, we can take our "Fuckin" uniforms elsewhere. 5. Southwest side of the county is a hub for daily commuters, such as military, public safety, and educators. I don't believe it's a big ask to open at the posted time, especially when the items were promised the day before. 6. I left a message the next for the owner/manager to call me ref my experience, which I never received. 7. Crazy thing happened the day. My neighbor shared a remarkable similar experience with me. Although colorful F- words were not used or the type of cleaning he was there to pick up, he received the same message: We will open when we want. Don't like it? Go somewhere else!" 8. Upon hearing of this, I was compelled to share my experience so other customers are informed of this unprofessional business. 9. I visit WC often. The owner is kind and professional. I know my clothes will always come back clean, fresh, and nicely pressed. They've never broken any buttons on my husband's dress shirts. When I get my comforters cleaned, they always come back looking like new and packaged nicely. I also appreciate the fast turn around and text notification the minute my clothes are ready. The business is reliable enough for dry cleaning, but falls short when it comes to alterations. On two, separate occasions I submitted a sleeveless T-shirt and BDU pants for alteration. The BDU pants were a simple order; the waist-line needed to be taken in by 3". When I received the pants back, the only alteration made to them was that their internal elastic band was relaxed, making them even wider. No material was removed. In the second case, I walked in wearing the T-shirt and asked them to reduce the waist by approximately 2" on each side. The seamstress measuring me proceeded to argue w/ me until after the third time of telling her that I wanted my specifications, she agreed to the alteration. When I retrieved the shirt, I didn't immediately wear it; having just worn it and measured it, I'm certain she didn't alter it at all. read more

I dropped a thigh length dress off to be dry cleaned with no stains on it. The price was going to be $12 for this. Which I already thought was steep. However, when I picked it up there were stains all over the front of the dress which I pointed out. They told me to come back in a couple of days which I did, they were intending on charging me full price which I requested a discount. The person behind the cash register said no I asked to speak to the manager. She came from the back and needed to ask me three times whether I wanted a discount and when I said yes, she laughed at me asked how much of a discount. I said I thought it was poor professionalism not to offer a discount when I had to drive to the dry cleaner twice for one item, and that it was more typical for the business to offer a discount not for the patron to have to bargain for a dollar amount. She said 8% is given to regular customers. I have been a customer since I moved here 17 years ago. She gave me my dollar. Mind you, it isn't the dollar amount that bothered me, so much as it being the right thing to do. She did not apologize for the inconvenience, but instead made me feel like I was wrong for suggesting it. For that reason alone (not the price point, the stains that were incurred during the treatment at the dry cleaner, the inconvenience, or the delay) I will not be patronizing this place again and I recommend you not either. read more

We bring our Navy uniforms, AFJROTC uniforms and my fancy dresses heeeeere. I never have a problem. Dirt, pen marks, blood (dont ask) always get cleaned off. And the press marks are actually straight! It's conveniently located by our favorite stater bros (#1 butcher counter in town) so it's easy to just pop over. You can even prepay for a discount. I bring my king size comforter here to be cleaned and it always comes out looking great. I had just bought a new comforter that didn't come in a plastic case so I wanted to have it cleaned first. I brought both the old and new comforters in. They both looked great and were ready on time. And....the day I brought in the 2 king size comforters, which took me 2 trips from the car to bring them in, it was a hot day, and the young lady who took my order gave me a nice cold bottle of water. When I came back to pick up the comforters, they asked if I needed help carrying them to my car. Since they were folded in super nice plastic bags, I was able to carry them both to my car. Took curtains in to be pleated and all they did was iron them flat. Then had the nerve to charge the pleated price and act like he didn't understand what the problem was. Then didn't want to correct his error and kept saying it was a lot of work to pleat them. He then wanted to charge me more for the work he was supposed to do in the first place. He wouldn't even give a discount for his mistake. Instead said it was both of our faults. Bad business and do not waste your time or garments with this cleaner. Unreal! I dropped off a comforter and comforter cover. I was told they would be done Wednesday. I came Saturday to pickup. I watched the woman walk to the back, pull my comforter and cover out of a pile of other comforters on the floor, wad it up, put both in the same bag, walk back to the front and try to charge me $60 claiming they were cleaned! I pulled both out of the bag and found the same stains on both and more wrinkled then when I brought them in! She wouldn't admit to having not cleaned them. Instead she stood there and ARGUED with me that they were CLEAN! Beyond horrible! Never will I bring anything there again..it wasn't even trying to slip something by me. July 15, 2014 I can not believe that we fly out on vacation today and this Dry Cleaners has lost the pants that they had for over a week to for hemming. My husband went back on three different days and they kept saying they needed more time and that they should be back soon. Now today no one knows where the pants are and we have an incomplete suit for this wedding we are attending and we fly out today!!! Their customer service was horrible!!! UGHHHHHH Follow Up: July 29th we returned from vacation and decided to try them again, and finally they found my husbands pants. They offered no apology and charged us as if nothing. Today, 8/5/14 my husband went to put on the pants only to find out that not only did they hem the pants but they took in the crotch and waist. Never going to them AGAIN! I will be stopping by this afternoon for a full reimbursement if not it's off to small claims court. read more
