Watch your receipts!! This business gives you a receipt when you drop of your clothing then charges you a different price when you pick up. They don't give you your original receipt back and when you question the amount they say they charged you for wrong items when you dropped off cleaning!! I'm so happy with our neighborhood cleaners. I've been coming here for about 2 years and they never disappoint. The owners are super friendly and always do a good job on my husband's shirts or whatever else needs dry cleaning. We've even brought in some comforters and they always come back clean fresh smelling, and packaged really well. Customer service is top notch. Paul always greets me by name, and on super hot days offers me a bottle of water. I also appreciate that I get a text message when my clothes are done. It seems to be always a day ahead. Dropped off a coat here to get dry cleaned on Tuesday. They said it'd be ready by Thursday. I said okay since I wasn't in a rush to get it back. Got a coupon in the mail that they didn't accept when I tried to pay because it wasn't prepaid but when dropping off I was never asked to pay. Got my coat back a day earlier, checked it and it still had a couple stains on there and still smelled the same. Feels like it wasn't even cleaned. For the price I paid I expected better. Placed my wife's purse in for cleaning, returned 6 weeks later (2 weeks to clean) and as I asked the owner for my items she threatened me with a stapler and screamed and yelled, "I don't trust you, you never turned in a purse." This continued for several minutes. Mind you, this is right after she tells the female customer ahead of me, " I trust you." This woman screamed, yelled and threatened me in such a disgusting and unprofessional manner that I left and phoned the Riverside County Sheriff's office. I informed them of the incident and we agreed that I should return later and deal with a different customer service person. I did, and come to find out the purse was hanging there the entire time. If I can give zero stars......I would. Ever since I moved to the area, I have been coming here giving them my business. Been ultra loyal to them as there are numerous other dry cleaners here but I always choose them. What has me all wound up is the owner of the place. Normally, I never deal with her because she isn't there but her employees were always friendly to me. So the story begins. My good friend had passed away from a car wreck and I had brought my suit to this place a week before his funeral. The day of the funeral, I came in to pick up my suit and was told that they couldn't find it. Serious? The funeral was starting in about two hours and they couldn't find my suit. I got upset and told the owner that this is totally unacceptable. She proceeded to give me a scolding about how I should watch my tone of voice. Hello? How was I supposed to sound when I had just lost a good friend and now I couldn't even get properly dressed for his funeral. After telling me off, she went back and found my suit all wrapped up in the "To Clean" bin. I asked if she could hurry up and clean it ASAP so I can get moving. She said no because the guy who does the cleaning won't be back for another half hour. Needless to say, I got irate. What is she doing in a business if she couldn't do it herself. I explained to her about the funeral and basically got a blank look from her. We went back and forth arguing about my situation in which she got really nasty. Then a customer came in and she gave me a smile and said to me, "Sir, what would you like me to do?" What fakeness on her part. Ultimately, I got my suit cleaned after a employee back there heard us and felt apologetic. When I came back to get my suit a half hour later, the owner had left and the employee apologized profusely for the owner's actions. I will never ever come back to this place as that owner didn't value my loyalty but more importantly doesn't value the concept of customers are always right, and in this case, I really was. read more

I was picking up my uniform that I dropped off to have a pen mark removed and when I get there the mark is still there not even touched. Not to big of a deal, mistakes happen but, when I asked why the pen marks are still there and he tells me I should have been careful with my pen in the first place that's a problem. read more

This cleaners is under new ownership. Everything that I loved about this cleaners left with the old owners. The first time I came there they ruined a $300 jacket of mine. When I confronted them about it they blatantly lied and said the damage was already there. I gave them another opportunity and this time they ruined two pair of my pants. SUPER nice people and great ownership and extremely reliable! Because I do a lot of traveling for business every time time I need something done asap for last minute travel they always deliver by going out of their way to get my stuff done. They've done press only while I've waited, had dry cleaning done in under 2 hours and have never lost or not delivered my stuff on time. 5 stars all the way, best cleaners in town by far. I took a pair of jeans in with a zipper that had split and asked them to replace it. It cost me $14 and took a week. I got the pants, put them on, and the zipper split again. Come to find they didn't replace it, they just tried to hook it back together. Never going there again for any service. read more

Never ever again. Never had a problem until today. Dropped off items yesterday for pick up today after 5...called numerous times throughout the day to make sure they would be ready...no answer. Go to pick up the items about 5...there was an unforeseen accident, I completely understand. But instead of contacting customers that are expecting their items to be ready, they sent the items to Corona and wouldn't be available for pick up until after 6. Explain that one to your sergeant. Again...I understand accidents happen, but give your customers the choice of having the items sent to an other location for a later pick up or picking up your items yourself to be taken somewhere else. They can't say they didn't have my number...that's what they ask for when I pick up my items. read more

My wife needed her clothes for work. She arrived at 6:15 and the guy was walking out the back door, she banged on the window and he just left. A man came behind her and he said "are they closed?" she said apparently, he said that $#@&%! he said he'd be there until 7 (which is the time they close). The owner, an asian woman, tried to charge me more than my ticket indicated upon picking my items up, stating that I wasn't charged the right price when I dropped my items off. I told her I was paying her what my ticket indicated and no more. After we argued back and forth a bit, she said she would accept the price on the ticket but only this time. I dropped off my husbands work clothes as I do every Friday last week. I was told pick up would be Monday after 4pm. I showed up Monday at 345 and was told they were running behind and could I come back closer to 7pm. I returned at 645 only to be told that they didn't even have the clothes there because the machine was broken.why wasn't I told that at 345 when I came the first time to get my clothes? I was then told the clothes were sent to Corona for cleaning and I could pick them up Tuesday morning after 7am. I returned Tuesday afternoon paid for the clothes only to find out once I got home I was missing a shirt. I then had to return today, Wednesday to get my last item of clothing. Really, three trips it took me to get my things. Never once was I told sorry or even offered a discount for my inconvenience. My fiancee and I have been using this cleaners for around 5yrs. or so. I had recently stopped for a couple months because I noticed the price's had gone sky high. But a sign in the window said that they was having a sale at 40% off. So I brought it to the attention of a new clerk there. She informed me that she could do nothing about it since she did not have the code to change an invoice..how "convenient". On the other hand, the other place I have been going to in the meantime has been doing a really bad job of things. And I have never had a problem at Winchester so there's that. Unfortunately my fiancee says that every time she use's them for her alteration needs something go's wrong. And doesn't want to wait for the other shoe to drop. I just picked up two dresses I needed dry cleaned, one for my bridal shower, and one for my "going away" for my wedding. Two very important occasions! I was in promply at 730a.m. to have a patch sewn onto my military uniform....asked if i could have it back today and it was like talking to the cleaning lady on Family Guy..."oh nooo....no can have it today....monday ok, but today....nnoooooo". Took in a comforter to get dry cleaned only. Not washed. Told them I only wanted dry cleaning and to please not wash it. Got it back and the batting was all bunched up and half the thickness, the fabric was wrinkled, it smelled like perfume, and the tags were soft. It got washed! I took it back and the said they washed it like I asked. When I told them I asked for dry cleaning only they told me that is what they did. They said leave it for a few more days and the would fluff it up by steaming it. I returned a few days later and it was just hanging in the back untouched. The asked me what was wrong with it. I told them it looks like they washed it and then they gave me a story about how it was stitched and wasn't designed to be washed. I said that's why I wanted it dry cleaned and they said that's what they did. They said to come back again and they would fluff it up. Again? I went back and they told me there was nothing they could do and that I should take it back to Macy's. I said they ruined it and Macy's doesn't carry it any more. They told me to get my money back then. I told them I can't because it's over a year old. The guy there told me to get over it and that it was just a comforter. He then told me he was done wasting his time and that I needed to leave. I said something needed to be done and he just said I'm done and walked away. I stood there in disbelief as other people in line watched him treat me horribly. He then came back and said he was going to call the cops. What the hell? Never go to this place. Ever. If they knew this kind of comforter was an issue they never should have taken on the job. Shame on them!!! Also... Why is the latest positive review from a Brenda? Took my uniforms here for about one year and never really had any issues. The uniforms never really came back clean but were acceptable. The last time I took it in the entire uniform was shrunk several inches. They refused to accept that it was there fault and would not help. The uniform cost almost $200 so I'm just trying to warn everybody. I would recommend Capri Cleaners in Murrieta. Uniforms come back much cleaner and are not shrunk. read more

Today was the first time i met this older Asian female who was at the front counter. Oh my goodness she was rude as heck! I will drive all the way to Hemet to give my business to a friendly operated cleaners just to avoid this place. If you use this facility, make sure you go when Lourdes and Jonathan are there. Don't do it. Just don't. I continued to use them out of convenience but I'll drive out of my way to not give them my business. They had a tendency to be late which is okay when its just a few work shirts for my SO and only because its not a far drive but they took two months to launder a purse (over a month more than I was told) and I was sure it wasn't seeing it again as they send it out to be cleaned. I was annoyed when i came back on two occasions to be sent back empty handed. If its not ready, call me. I'm not a pain in the butt, however I am a customer willing to pay for good service. When it arrived I was charged the full $40 I was initially quoted. I don't look for discounts as I am in the service industry and see that happen all to often but I asserted myself and asked if I was really supposed to pay the full amount for something that took and additional 5 1/2 weeks (not days, weeks). Their response, I kid you not, was , "Pretty much." I could have sewn myself a knock off in less time. Oh, and they've started charging you for not unbuttoning your shirts. :/ read more

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!! They ruined my $300.00 work clothes, (karate gi), and the owner, Mr. Lee, YELLED at ME upon bringing it in and asking for an kind of resolution or reimbursement. He implied that I didn't know what I was talking about and that my gi was not that much money. He then tried to insist that it was already destroyed before I brought it in, which I can prove that it is NOT true. It went from being in beautiful condition, a vibrant, solid black, to being faded and gray...on top of that they shrunk it SO badly that it does not fit me any more!!! PLEASE DO NOT take anything there, especially something of value!!! I really wish I had read reviews on this place before this happened!!! I am still in the process of trying to have this made right. Based on principal and customer service alone I do not recommend this place. Based on their work, they should be shut down!!!!! I have never written any kind of review before, especially a negative one, but my prayer is that this may help even ONE person avoid dealing with such a horrible business!!! read more
