If I could give this sham of a place zero stars I would. After two no shows at the promised time I gave the tow yard a call and basically was told no one was available and hung up on. You think after two and a half hours a professional business would have the decency to kick the call back to AAA. So then I came to see the reviews for this place. Common theme of leaving people stranded. I filed a complaint with AAA noting the numerous complaints here and the unethical tactics. AAA doesn't get a free pass either, they should see that calls by the same business are not being handled in a timely manner. They shouldn't have AAA business!!! Honestly, where to start when it comes to this above and beyond experience... I'll start by saying when I called AAA I had two other tow companies never show up. 6hours later and after a 3rd and final call to AAA I was connected to Rody who was beaming with great energy, even through the phone. He understood that the other tow companies couldn't find me and had me send him my location via iPhone (I love the progressiveness). Upon doing so, I was connected to Rafid who kept in contact with me until he found me as it was starting to get dark and I was literally in the middle of nowhere on a two lane road, stuck. When Rafid got to me, he instantly got to work got me loaded up and we started our two hour drive back to San Diego. He was very personable and kind. Truthfully, I'd give 100stars if I could. They left us sitting in Yucaipa stranded for 5 hours. Kept telling us they should have someone there after 25 min after 4 hours the driver called and was very rude to my wife and then without telling us turned down our tow and gave it to a driver from another company who called after a half hour and said was on his way. I requested a tow for my car that wouldn't start even after we tried to jump start it. Fernando came out from Wind N Sea Towing and he looked around my fuse box, battery, and battery cables and found my cables under the black plastic covering were corroded. Fernando then unhooked the terminals, unhooked the cables, cleaned them out as best he could reconnected them and started my car right up with a quick jump. He also gave suggestions on how to clean the corroded cables or replace them for better results in the future. Then since we had another vehicle that we needed towed at the same location he quickly accommodated so we wouldn't have to go through the entire process again. He was fast, friendly, and very knowledgeable. A LIFESAVER! Thanks Fernando for going above and beyond and thanks to the team at dispatch for accommodating our last minute requests. This tow service was assigned a call through AAA. They left my husband stranded for over four hours and kept delaying their arrival time. There were no significant incidences in the local area or on the major freeways that would have kept them busy. He watched as two times , vehicles from this company, passed him completely, and never stopped. They kept adjusting their ETA and stalling. After nearly 4 1/2 hours, my husband was able to make other arrangements to get him home. My husband is a heart, patient, and had this company been truthful from the beginning, he would not have had to sit in the 95° heat for those 4 1/2 hours waiting while they kept pretending they were going to show up. read more

Our dog must have hit the door lock button while the car was running and we were locking the house door. It was 100° outside and the key to the car was in the ignition. I called AAA which contacted wind n Sea towing in Perris. I then called wind N sea myself and explained our dog was locked in the running car. They said they would be there in just a few minutes and boy were they. I believe it only took about 10 minutes for them to get to my home and unlock our Jeep. I was so grateful to get my dog out of the car. Wind n Sea Towing came through for us today ! We contacted AAA to schedule a tow for our Dodge Ram truck. The first company that picked it up said it would be a two hour wait. That company decided they couldn't do it and Wind n Sea picked up the job and was here in a flash! The truck driver Allan was great. He took his time loading the truck and was very thorough. He even called when he got to the shop to make sure he was at the correct place. Do not get your car towed by this company, they will scam you and steal from you. The owner is known for scamming by the third party tow trucks that work for them. They will put words in your your mouth in order to make you pay the most possible fees ! He advised that he would order another tow truck so that my car could be towed to the local shop. It is now 6:20 and my new eta is 7:30 pm. I am sitting in the dark in a bad neighborhood. My husband called Wind and Sea towing, and they were extremely rude and unprofessional. My husband is now driving to my location to change the tire himself.
