HORRIBLE SERVICE!! I called AAA for roadside assistance yesterday around 830am after my truck broke down, AAA said they would arrive within 1hr or 1 in ahalf. They never reached out to me with in that time, so I called them directly to get an ETA, they told me it would be another 45 mins,..I waited for another 1hr then I got a text from AAA saying the the were going to find another company that can assistance me and would show within another 45mins. I called AAA back and ask what was the reason,they told me they canceled and did not give a reason, I ended up waiting for a company called DAVIS TRUCKING out of San Bernardino which was very quick and had so much better service than wind and sea,this place had me and my wife waiting over 4hour for a simple tow, worst experience I have ever had with a tow company and I have been driving professionally for over 20 yrs. And I believe this is the 1st bad review I have ever given. Avoid this place at any cost!! Very unprofessional and inconsiderate company and I will be letting everybody I know to avoid them also...ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!!! read more

I got a flat tire and called AAA for a tow. They dispatched this company. When the driver Anthony arrived he immediately informs me that my truck was not covered by AAA for towing even though AAA has towed this exact vehicle in the past. Driver said that his truck would not tow it and that is was dangerous. He then said that he would tow it but would have to charge me because there was a lot of labor involved with getting this truck ready for tow. He said he would have to remove the rear tires because it was a dually. The same type of tow truck towed this vehicle 5 months ago and no such work needed to be done. He then again tried to extort me for $850 and said that his truck could miraculously now be able to tow my truck. This company and driver have no integrity. I DO NOT recommend this company. I will be filing a complaint with AAA and the BBB. read more

Ezequiel, the towing driver, was fabulous! He arrived relatively quickly. He picked up the SUV effortlessly and installed my elderly mother and me inside the air conditioned cab with care. He chatted with us all the way to our home, more than eighty-five miles, and made sure that we were able to disembark safely. I don't think that we could have had a better experience than what we were provided by this business and our towing driver! Rene, the manager/owner, is responsive and courteous. I give this company a five star they made everything so easy do to the fact I was stressed out Over my car breaking down at a wedding . I called AAA they said they'll send someone at 8pm no one ever came. I called 10 pm because I was still waiting no company wanted to pick up my car, do to the fact it need to be towed 86mile. Finally they called Wind n sea and they responded less than five minutes and came within 20 after the fact I was waiting 4 hrs already . They should of called this company from the start . Me and my brother had called at 5:00pm to get a tow to our house (2-3 miles away) after his car was acting up. After waiting the hour they told us to, there was no one there, we called and got a 40 minute rescedule. Waited... another rescedule. Waited... and another rescedule. During these rescedules we always got the same answer to "when will you be here" the answer was always "in 30 minutes, the driver is coming to you now, he is nearby". Clearly this answer was a lie to keep us waiting untill they have finished all there other tows that would cost more and make the company more profit. The company has 0 care for the customers and rather care about the money. They will make you wait if your tow isnt as long or as costly than others. So if you are stuck nearby your location, look for another tow company, as this one clearly only cares for the tows that will make them more money. Joke of a company. read more

If i could give 0 stars i would give negative. I got into an accident yesterday and the guy told me legally he can not tow the car to my house. He told me my car would be in CALIMESA, CA and that the next day i can go and pick it up without any problems. We asked 3 times if i was going to be charged because Im 22 and have no money and just can not pay. I have been calling since the morning and now it will be $995 to take my car out not including them towing it to me. I called AAA to say what the heck is going on, they said nothing they can do. Wind n Sea made a report that my car was leaking and that is why it can not go to my house but that is not what i was told. I was lied to 3 times. First on the reason why i can't have my car at home, 2nd on that i would not be charged, & 3rd my car is not 1 hour farther than stated. It is 40 miles out of my way. I've been stressed all day how can they do this to me. I lost my job and this was just a horrible time and now i have to find $1000 so it doesn't go up every day. Thank you very much for ruining my whole day and i'm going to be paying all of this back for months if i'm lucky enough. Years probably. Wind & Sea Towing in Perris is one of the worst most horrible, rude, company and service I have ever dealt with. They don't deserve any stars. AAA contacted them for a tow for our vehicle. I was told by Roadie from Wind & Sea that It would not be covered by AAA and would cost out of pocket over $200. I contacted AAA and was told that they cover it. I then talked to Roadie to clarify that my AAA does cover the tow. Roadie would not listen to anything I tried to explain to him. He was literally screaming, yelling, and talking over me by phone and not allowing me to speak. He then hung up on me. I contacted AAA in tears and reported the behavior by Roadie at Wind & Sea Towing. I told AAA I never want to be referred to Wind & Sea Towing again and would be reporting this incident to BBB. Living out by Lake Mathews means the closest gas station is 8 miles away. Having an old and fickle car means the instruments aren't always acturate and this is the 3rd time I've had to call AAA for fuel. They came the first time at 5am, and the tech was super friendly and polite. The second time I called AAA some other towing company showed up without gas but offered to tow us to a gas station even though we can't ride in the cab with them, which makes absolutely no sense. After hours of going back and forth with Triple-A I remembered the company from my first call, WIND N SEA, and I called them directly. They were super accommodating and happy to help and we're out there in about 20 minutes. AT 3AM! Now as I sit, out of gas AGAIN lol, I am happy to know these guys are on the way to save me. You guys are my heros!! Side note: the two brothers on your team are great kids that give me hope for our society. I wish more younger people were like them. read more

Had this company come out through AAA... for a blow out rear tire on my brother van...they show up 30 mins late and said the van won't fit the truck he's driving... so the lazy drive "said he call his dispatch to get a flatbed... after 2 hours on the side of a busy road.. no one show up... MY GL320 quit on the 215 in Sun City. Wind and see did a great job for us. We have AAA. AAA's phone queue is terrible! They kept handing us off to different operators, bungling and on hold, then to other states. Maybe because we are from Utah? Maybe because they don't use any GPS? However, after the fifth person they figured out which end was up, they dispatched Wind and Sea. Augustine from Wind and Sea was excellent. Very capable, cordial and experienced. I can't say enough great things about my experience. I just got home from having a flat. Called AAA and they had Wind and Sea come to rescue me. Brandon was top notch! Very professional. Where I was located was very dangerous and he made sure I was safe and comfortable. He could have used assistants but the company wasn't able to send another (which placed him in danger but he did his job and amazingly) CHP showed up which made me feel better for him having to be right in the freeway lane. I can't say enough about this man. This company has an amazing employee on their hands.I hope they compensate their drivers well. If I would have had Cash I would have given it all to him. I only gave them one star because I can't leave none. I needed my 1964 mustang towed home because it was not able to be fixed at the mechanics and I called AAA, who sent the call to Wind n Sea. They refused to tow my car! With no valid reason. They never even showed up. And for 5 hours I went back and forth to where AAA kept trying to get them to decline the pick up because they were the towing company that took first calls in that area so they had to decline it for it to get rerouted to another company but the guy at Wind & Sea told me flat out that he would make sure my car didn't get towed. And his reason? Because he thought I was restoring it. Nope. Just trying to get it running. But regardless as to WHY I needed it towed, AAA guaranteed them to get paid and they swore they weren't going to get paid. Horrible customer service, liars, just all around nasty people. In February 2022 I was involved in an accident on the 10 freeway in Beaumont California. As a disabled driver it is sometimes difficult for me to find a tow company that is willing to let me stay in my vehicle while they tow me to my location. The driver, Cody, was quick to jump into action and inform me that tow drivers are allowed to do this in circumstances in which a passenger is not able to get into the cab of a tow truck.. in the past I was told this was a an issue and it was left stranded by other tow companies. I highly recommend these guys when you are in need and in the future they will be my go-to tow company when I am in an emergency. Thank you guys for such a great service read more

After waiting 4 1/2 hours I canceled the tow. The manager from wind n sea called and tried to blame it all on AAA (you can't bull shit a bull shitter) The ONLY reason I agreed to have this company tow my truck is because of my driver ABLE!!! Antonio is very unprofessional. I waited for about 4 hours for him to arrive to my location for towing of my vehicle. When he arrived he was in a bad mood, looked like he didnt want to do the job. I was being nice and explained what was going on with my car. He then stated 7 miles were covered and the other 3 i would have to pay which i was completely fine with. He then said $30 and i said perfect, then my brother in law asks in spanish if he said $30 and i said yes then he said in Spanish well thats fair $30 sounds good for 3 miles, ANTONIO GOT VERY DEFENSIVE AND STARTS SQUARING UP AND SCREAMS AT MY BROTHER INLAW ASKING WHAT HE SAID.. 4 TIMES TO BE EXACT HE SCREAMS "WHAT DID YOU SAY?" THEN PROCEEDS TO SAY "SAY IT MY FACE". I then tell antonio to calm down that all he asked was how much he was charging and that its was ok cuz he didnt want me driving my car in this condition. ANTONIO WAS RACIST AND SAID HE DIDNT CARE THAT HE DIDNT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH AND THAT HE SHOULD SPEAK ENGLISH AROUND HIM. AAA said they would be there in 45 min Twice I was notified they had arrived Twice the driver was nearby and then went to another call. (The eventual driver let me in on what happened) I called Wind and sea 3 times. The first two times I was told the driver was near me and would call in a couple minutes. Each time I waited over 5 minutes to call back. The third time, I was yelled at aggressive by a dispatcher named Brodie. He threatened to cancel and leave me out in the cold if I didn't just wait patiently. From the call to AAA, to arrival, it was nearly 2 hours.
