He emailed me a few times but every time I had a small change, it was another few days/week to get new pricing info. Finally, we visited another door place where we got instant quotes for what we needed, ordered the doors and we were ready to go in one visit. Our contractor loves these guys so we called them again when it was time for our interior door selections. Bill told me he was not interested in doing business with us because he went out of his way to get "too many quotes" for our entry doors. Really? Isn't that how someone is supposed to make a decision on things? Perhaps we are not the kind of people that he is used to working with- our pockets were not deep enough & our decisions not quick enough. Thanks but no thanks!

It's frustrating working with this company trying to get estimates from them. They asked me to send an email with pictures and measurements which I did. I never got a respond from them whether they received it or not. Called back 2 days later to check. They said they got the email and we're working on getting a rough estimate to me. Once we approve the estimate, they will come out to do their own measurements. Waited another 2-3 days and didn't hear anything. Called them back but it went to voicemail. Then I got a text as seen on photos. They said they were closed that day but will get estimate to me by tomorrow. Tomorrow came, never got the estimate texted them back, got another text saying they were working on it and will send by the end of the day. Texted back at the end of the day and didn't get a respond and now it's the weekend. I found them on Yelp and saw that they had a good amount of Yelp reviews and rating so I reached out to them but I never would expect for them to take so long to give an estimate. This is extremely frustrating because of these false promises! You need to do better as a company!

My pocket doors are gorgeous in spite of several errors made by the people installing -it's a specialty item, they built it perfectly, but I now realize the importance of the other half of it - installation is still not exactly right and has been a point of frustration which tarnishes a little bit the joy I have for my awesome doors.

We paid $130 for kickplates and never got them. Andrew the owner said an email he would refund us and never did. They also never installed the dummy door handled because whoops again, they failed to order doors with a hole for the handle.
