DO NOT BUY FROM WINDOW NATION. Shame on me for not reading the reviews before signing a contract. Window Nation buys goodwill with campy local advertising. Hey they did Tony Kornheiser's windows and he loves them -- they must be great right? On top of that, their salesman was smooth and had a good hustle. I work in sales, so I respected it and looked past what in retrospect should have been some red flags. One of his main pitches was that I was paying for premium customer service -- family owned company; integrity; yadda yadda -- all BS. The gist of the story is that when I contracted with WN in November, I was very clear about the fact that I was about to embark on major home renovation, so the install would have to be several months later. They were cool with it, came out and did a measurement and we waited for the construction to begin. In December I was on an email with my contractor and a rep from WN (not the sales guy Wayne, who had since left the company) but rather the "customer fulfillment Manager) -- everyone had been introduced. We didn't hear anything, but whatever. Not a big deal, I suppose. On March 18 my contractor sent the WN rep an email saying we were ready to receive delivery of the windows. We didn't get a response for two and a half weeks after multiple email follow-ups and phone calls. Now I get it -- COVID turned everyone on their ass. But the lack of ANY communication was maddening. Not a single email to say "sorry, we're in crisis mode, but let's talk tomorrow or tonight or whatever." Just crickets. They finally respond in early April. I dont remember the exact term, but basically say that my order had been "suspended" due to inactivity and they had to start fresh. Why? (1) WN knew this was the plan all along and (2) IF they were going to suspend my order, why not reach out with a phone call or email or anything??? It takes another 10 days to get my order fully updated (they had to re-run the financing; apparently that had been lost as well) and finally last week they tell me the "good" news that my windows are in production and will be ready mid-may. That slows down my renovation schedule by multiple weeks and costs me thousands of dollars (availability of labor, cost of rental home) and more time. I even got an email from them a couple weeks ago letting me know that I'd be contacted by a third party survey company, and if for any reason I couldn't give them top marks to let them know. I respond to the email that I wouldn't be doing so and they didn't even respond! And then this morning I reached out the customer fulfillment manager and the quality assurance guy and haven't heard a peep -- not so much as a "I got your email or message and want to help; will reach out later." Based on reading other reviews I am beyond terrified at how the actual install is going to go; I'm worried about damage to the house and their speed as fixing any problems. Harley, Aaron, ANYONE at Window Nation with the power to fix things -- if you are reading this, call me and figure out a way to make this right. You have my info. I have never seen that bad customer experience. I wish I have checked reviews before hiring them. They brought the door that was a wrong size. They only measured it once when they told that they will measure it twice. Looks like they did a wrong measurement and of course could install the door. I have been waiting for more a month since and no concrete response. They dont even bother to tell me when they will replace the doors. In addition i replaced the windows. one window is not closing normally and they suppose to come and check and no-one came. Will never have business with them again. read more

I would give them a No star if I could. We just finished having our front door installed and I have to say looking at the door makes me extremely angry. When the salesman came and sat in our house for two hours he showed us a picture of what the door would look like and that is not what we got. The door we wanted was to match what was currently on the house in color and style. Bright red traditional cross and prayer book door with half length white sidelights. First of all, the salesman took copious notes & photos and worked up a virtual picture of what we wanted, prefect. But he would leave nothing to document what we agreed on with us. Thus we had nothing to use to confirm future discussions were what we originally agreed to. Secondly it took two more visits and repeated back and forth phone to sort out a fundamental error of the salesman's in which he wrote up the order for the door and sidelights too large for our house!! In addition during his two-hour visit he kept insisting our door was a dark barn red (mostly brown) and we kept correcting him that no it was a bright fire engine red. Long story short what was installed is a dark barn red (mostly brown) door with full-length sidelights. My husband did confirm that in the repeated back and forth emails Window Nation did change the sidelights from the half-length we requested to full length. Why? And why did Window Nation change the door color from the bright red that we wanted?? We endured a two-hours sales pitch, repeated visits, phone calls, and emails only to get a door, which is not what we asked for. At this point it would be extremely hard for Window Nation to fix Window Nation's error in sidelight style. But the color of the door should be fixed immediately. Two minutes after sending the above email to Window Nation they called and basically said no you are welcome to paint it any color you want. read more

DO NOT USE WINDOW NATION! We have never worked with a more incompetent company from management all the way down to their installers. We hired Window Nation to replace 49 windows in our home, and 47 of the windows were installed incorrectly! Many of the windows were installed UPSIDE DOWN! You would think a window company would know how to install windows! Well, not this one. They have made at least eight different attempts to fix the multiple issues that their installers caused. During this process we have experienced broken glass, scratched glass, upside down window installation, leaking windows, whistling windows, water damaged trim work, mold, damaged screens, wood rot, and MORE. After all these problems over the last six months, we still have issues. Window Nation demanded full payment before the job was complete! Use this company at your own peril! read more

The sales and installation teams were helpful and professional, but the follow-up staff had a high turnover and were difficult to reach regarding post-install issues. One year later, all was resolved to satisfaction but it was a lengthy process. Our son chose another company for his window replacements. That pretty much says it all. Such a long (1 year) and disappointing journey with WN. I signed a contract and paid for 6 windows in May 2021. The windows did not arrive until December 2021. During that 7 month period NO ONE from WN updated me either by phone, text, or email. I called periodically and was always told the same obvious remark, "They are on order". There was no clear idea when they would arrive. Finally I was scheduled for an install on Dec. 13, 2021. So excited. All the windows were the wrong color!!! I was told that the orders are not checked so it was not discovered until the installer arrived at my home. The installer called and spoke to someone and I was told I would receive a call and the call NEVER came. I reached out to the salesman and he stated he no longer worked at WN. I reached out to Dan Dasilva, who stated I would be compensated and never heard from him again despite numerous calls, emails, and texts. He no longer works for WN. At no time did anyone call to apologize and reassure me. 2nd install date scheduled for Feb. 21, 2022. 5 windows installed and the 6th window was damaged and could not be used. Same situation as last time. No one cared. Window was reordered and scheduled for installation on April 4, 2022. The window was again not checked but brought to my home and did not have the 8x5 grid. Fail again. Finally installed on May 12, 2022. The first installers worked on speed and not meticulous and neat. The final installer was skilled. The ONLY person that apologized and returned calls was Andy Brown. I asked about my compensation and he referred me to Matt Fallon. Mr. Fallon declined my request for 13% off the install, stating that it was 20% of the total. Math is a challenge for him, instead offering me 4%. The call became heated and he further stated that if I took the $300 and gave a bad review he'd "put legal on me". Imagine that. This was repeated a few times. Unbelievable. Scorched earth customer service. The worst ever. I chose not to take it as he was adamant about legal and I instead kept my right to share an honest and accurate review, just the facts. The Window Nation salesperson came and spent initial 20 minutes disparaging other products and other companies. When he learned I was planning on making a decision in 10 days, after soliciting estimates from a couple of other companies and conducting a full energy audit next week, he informed me that "it is company policy not to provide written estimates" and that "the price I give you is good for only today". Further he did not measure or even look at more than 1 of the 9 windows (they are different sizes) and quoted a price of $1,200 per window. This price is significantly higher than all of the quotes I have received thus far - all of which came from competitors willing to provide written and reasonably time-bound estimates, which sell better rated windows, and with much higher service reviews. Be warned. Don't waste your time. read more

Does the high pressure dog and pony show sale pitch with a BS made up price at the end. Will come out to your home, do an elaborate presentation including a heat lamp, show you a few samples, and claim nobody else makes windows like them. Then the real show begins! Through some dark magic, they pull a price out of thin air they call the retail price. They will then give you whatever "promotion" they are running that month - which will generally take about 1/3 off of the price. Next, they will do some more dark magic and come up with a today only price (roughly about 5-10% more off list). The fun part is they will pressure you even more by saying if you quality for other discounts like military you can only get those if you sign today. Are they selling a decent product? Yeah. Are they the only ones doing this snake-oily high pressure today only BS, no. But my advice is to avoid them and anyone else who does. They want to force you into today's only price because they want to get you to sign now before you find a better deal. I guarantee you it isn't the best price. We went else where and found a company that didn't play those games. We got an honest quote that clearly listed out prices of each window (no promotional BS) that had no time limit attached to it. And guess what? It was 4k cheaper than the Window Nation "today only" price quote for the same windows. Good companies that don't try to con you into a "deal" do exist. If you're reading this, then you're considering purchasing windows from window nation. I know they may be a little cheaper than other companies, but do yourself a favor and RUN, pick another company, any other company to replace your windows. Our experience with Window Nation was nothing short of terrible all the way through. Window Nation employees and installers were incompetent, sloppy, and rude. We contracted with WN to replace our homes old lead paint windows, at first everything went ok, the company measured the windows, confirmed lead paint, and began the order with the factory. That's when things started to go downhill, we were told the window order would be delayed due to supply chain issues, (okay fair enough), once the windows finally came in, they sent out an install team on a weekend, and that's where things really went off the rails. The installation team didn't adhere to safety protocols for removal of lead-based windows (stipulated in the contract), in fact they didn't even try. Halfway through the install, I was shocked to see the state of our house, dust and paint chips everywhere, drop cloths, when used, were put down haphazardly, our living room rug was half covered with dust and other trash, some rooms nothing was bothered to be covered at all. We found dust and chips everywhere after the install with only a cursory attempt at cleaning. As soon as I saw the way the windows were being put in, I let the installers know I was unhappy with the way things were being done, little changed the rest of the day, by the end of the day I realized all the plaster damage the installation had caused to our walls, but it was concern for our family's health from the lead chips which was topmost of mind. I don't know if since the install happened on a weekend, the installers weren't the A team, or because this was likely a two-day job rushed into a one day install, but it was a total mess and unacceptable. Other examples of generally sloppy work included dried glue left on the windows, and a couple screens with rips in them installed= zero quality control. The next day brought new surprises, our yard was disgusting, littered with glass shards (some quite sizeable), drill bits, tape, nails, bits of the old windows, metal, even a full can of caulk. Took two hours of cleaning up glass on our driveway (where the installers trucks had parked), I was able to pull our car in. Months later, we're still finding pieces of refuse especially glass in our yard near the house, suspect this will be a while before it's all gone, if ever. The reason? Window Nation didn't put down tarps or plastic to catch refuse, and were either too lazy or rushed to clean up after the new windows were in. The state our place was left was infuriating. Months of discussions with WN representatives about our disappointment with the install were equally frustrating, calls and emails went unanswered for days and weeks, we were told such and such a person was "pinged" and had 48 hours to respond, which would naturally come and go without anyone being in touch. Twice, Window Nation representatives accidentally sent us paperwork for other clients to sign with their private information included, the incompetence was astounding and concerning. After nearly five months of intermittently talking with one WN manager, we were told after calling following a two-week period of silence, they had left the company. No one told us, we were back to square one, with a new representative who feigned ignorance of their colleague's lack of progress over five months although they also admitted to overseeing them. We wanted to be happy with the work Window Nation completed on our home, we appreciate some of the places they advertise, and the price was reasonable compared to other firms. However, the process from ordering through customer service was horrific. Our experience with the installation was so terrible, I would never in good conscience suggest someone contract with WN for their project. Look elsewhere. read more

Called to ask what the lead time is on their windows and they refused to tell me - said I have to have someone come into my home first. I told them I just wanted to know an estimate on how long it will take to get windows installed - a rough estimate would have been fine, but they were very pushy about getting into my home. I asked to speak to a supervisor and after a very long hold, was hung up on. Way too pushy to do business with. They must want to hide something. read more

We got different quotes from companies including Pella. Window Nation was by far the worst. The sales rep stayed in our house from 9 am until 2:30 pm. They are very pushy and do not give you time to think about it. You are pretty much put in the situation you have to close at the moment or have 72 hrs to cancel after you sign. We canceled the next morning after doing more research on the company and we had to jump through many hoops to get it done. We were told by the salesman we could cancel with a call! Lies! We were told by contract we had to deliver the cancellation notice to the showroom in Lorton. Showroom has been closed for months during business hours! There was no one to hand deliver the cancellation notice. I put it under the door so they don't say they did not receive it. Then, I had to call many more times to let them know that. Then, after more than 2 months we still haven't received our check deposit back. They never processed it in their system and is LOST. Their manager is saying they can not find it and that it was more likely destroyed. Best way to describe them is crooks, liars, careless, and irresponsible. Stay away!! read more

Window Nation has been less than responsive to a broken window. All I need is an estimate to replace the window they installed three years ago. I have given them everything they have asked for to help the process. I was told it would take 2 weeks. At three weeks I called and someone took information. A week and a half later still waiting. I have calls in and told it could take 48 hours to get back to me. I will not be recommending them. 3 years ago they replaced all my windows and sliding glass doors. I would never recommend window nation as a company to do business with. My parents had their windows throughout their home installed by window nation recently, one of the windows ended up developing a large crack across it spontaneously. My father has called numerous times, sent numerous emails since last year December 4, 2021 it is now February 15, 2022 and my parents window has still not been replaced. My father has even spoken to the manager Marshall, including myself on my father's behalf because nothing has been done regarding this matter, still here we are March approaching and no one cares enough to fix this issue. My parents are elderly and they live in a area where it has been snowing causing a power outage in their community and cold temperatures in the 20s; I explained this to the manager Marshall. The manager then made an empty promise to correct this problem my parents are facing. The manager Marshall instead of him taking initiative in getting someone out to my parents home to replace the window he instead refuses to answer my fathers calls, telling his employees that he will call my father back and with no surprise refuses to call him back to let him know when someone is coming to replace his window. What a scam of a company. I've never seen such a unprofessional company and piss poor customer service, "Window Nation" say they take pride in their service, yet they rather let my elderly parents remain in a bedroom with a cracked window, with freezing temperatures outside. Window nation installed new windows in our entire house about six years ago. We use one room in our basement a lot and open and close the windows in that room frequently. Within the period of our five-year warranty, the window we opened and closed quit working. The balance broke. We had that window repaired a total of three times before our warranty expired. Now the other window in that room has stopped working as well. We haven't called window nation about it yet, but it's obvious that their windows cannot stand up to frequent use. read more

Several months ago, we had Window Nation replace all the windows and a patio door on our home. While the installation went without a hitch, they forgot to bring a front screen for one of the front windows. We were informed that a representative would follow up with us to find out the status of the missing screen. Three months later, we have yet to receive a call back about the status of the missing screen even though we've been calling either every week or once a week for someone to give us an update on the status. We also have another patio door that we've requested to be installed. The patio door is in and available for install for the past three weeks and no call to schedule the installation. read more

The worst experience I've ever had with work on my home, or for that matter, any professional organization I've ever dealt with. Over the past 5 years, we've almost totally redesigned and refurbished our home, so we've worked with a lot of folks and these are by far the worst. Their prices are very high, and their service and communication is horrible. Highlights/Lowlights: -I purchased 3 windows in May to replace some damage on 3 of the 4 in the front of my home -The July 2nd installation was done by a contractor to window nation. They damaged my drywall and installed one of the three new windows with scratches on it -The 3 windows didn't match my 4th existing window (as I had been told they would), so I had to order a 4th new window -I immediately emailed my issues to Window Nation- no one called back for more than a week when I followed up -I continued to follow-up into August, asking when my drywall would be fixed and when they'd replace the scratched "new" window -In August, they tried to replace the scratched window but the one they brought to my house wouldn't fit, so they needed to order another and try again -8/20- folks from Window Nation come to my home to evaluate what's going in -10/16 is set for service to fix everything, no one shows up -11/4 a very competent individual came to my come to fix things- drywall is fixed and a 4th window is installed; however, yet again, the window to replace the scratched window from the 7/2 install doesn't fit- so need another appointment -So I'm now waiting again on another appointment - this will be the 8th visit for work that could've been done in one or two visits, and should've definitely been completed within 90 days (we are almost past 6 months at this point) -One other amusing thing- when you sing up for service, you get an email from a guy who says if you are going to give them any rating other than 4 out of 4 stars, he'd like to hear from you to try and resolve the issue. I called so many times and the guy is never there- they just send you to someone else- nice touch! This company has extremely poor customer service in terms of communications and follow-up. I'm guessing this is because they have pretty bad internal communication and a lack of any centralized project management (I continually get the impression that the folks I'm talking to in customer service had no line into the folks ordering windows, installing windows, troubleshooting, etc). They did a terrible job on the installation, leaving gaps around my windows that I could stick my fingers through. We realized they had re-used the old j-channel - from windows that were 30 years old! Who does that? We told the installer about the gaps and, as he was leaving our house, he told us those gaps were "not his problem." After threatening legal action, they finally came back out and all they did was CAULK the windows. They made no attempt to correct their faulty installation. For the price we paid, I am furious. We have waited months and months for parts to come in, one time we waited almost a year with nothing more than an apology after apology from this company. The wondow has been "repaired" yet we still wake up to it covered in moisture top to bottom every single morning. This is not acceptable or normal and are now being told we are outside the repair warranty period. We have been getting repairs since the beginning and this company has made us wait months on end in between appointments. Do not use this company! Customer service is the worst. They confirmed and canceled multiple times on the same date. I spoke to them multiple times about the permit and inspection and was told multiple times the contractor would handle it all. When he claimed the job was complete, I asked what about the inspection "it clearly reads must have inspection " on the permit. He packed up and left before we could do a walk around. Village wants them now to take out all 5 windows for inspection. Plus I am missing trim. I called again and explained to window nation it must be inspected. Next day they wanted the finance company to release the funds. I can not have any other company touch this job or it will void my warranty. And I am missing trim. So the job is not complete!!! Afte three months of calling them for my warranty and getting nowhere, I just decided to get my $150 back and close this unpleasant chapter. $150 was the amount they collected on the first call I made to tell them that two of my window panes showed signs of condensation and under their warranty they were supposed to replaced them. Guess what, even getting my $150 back is going to be a tooth pulling exercise. They told me three weeks ago that my $150 was going to be reimbursed and when I called them yesterday to see where the money was they said wait till next next week. next next week? After we finalized our order, it has all been downhill. There has been a terrible lack of customer service by certain individuals on your sales team. Initially, we were impressed by the presentation regarding your products. With three young sons in an older home, we knew that we needed to upgrade the windows in our sons' bedrooms. Our older two sons have special needs and allergies. Our middle son also has asthma. So, despite the fact that this is a major investment for us, we decided to move forward at this time with window replacement. While initially we intended to do the work in two phases, we reconsidered quickly after we executed our first contract with your sales person Chris on 10/9/19. Given the promising terms, seemingly high quality product and the logistics involved with this type of home renovation, we contacted Chris and asked to expand the order to include all the windows in the home. One would think that doubling an order to increase the purchase price would provide sufficient incentive for a minimal level of communication and at least basic documentation regarding the transaction. Also, we expected to see final paperwork reflecting the entire purchase following the change order on 10/27/19. As a working parents, we expected that someone in your sales team would help follow up so we didn't have to keep sending emails asking for them to do the basic requirements of their jobs. Unfortunately, we have spent the last month following up to ensure that the entire amount of the purchase is covered by the financing agreement (despite Chris' email representations, it wasn't - so that error was finally corrected last week). And, only today, we have finally received via email product specifications for all the windows in the order. Given all of the back and forth, we are really concerned about the installation and the quality of the windows. We'd appreciate some reassurance. We'd also appreciate an acknowledgement that this is an unacceptable level of communication and customer service prior to installation. We based our purchase based on your ratings with the Better Business Bureau, Angie's List and Window & Door. We hope that we get some kind of response from you soon and that the remaining aspects of this transaction reflect both a high quality product and good customer service. At the present time, we feel the 1-star rating is deserved. It is also disappointing that it takes a yelp review to get any kind of meaningful response from your company. Installers removed all nine windows being replaced, exposing the interior of my house for hours to both bugs and the elements while they lumbered along installing. Only one spoke broken English. They arrived late each day and hustled to leave early. Quality of the product is inferior to even the cheaper, 'off the rack' windows I had prior. Air leak is significant. The crew that came was amazing. Gabino was the foreman. He was great to work with. They installed 21 windows and a sliding door in 1 day. The quality of work was amazing. I received the project details and paid the up front $$ in June 2020, and measurements two different times. So, I was told installation would start this month (August 2020), then I talked with someone else on the same day and was told installation will not be until October. Never had windows done before so I guess I should have expected some hiccups. We had 15 windows installed. The first quote left out 5 windows. That may have been a communication issiu on my end. That was resolved quickly, with W.N. picking up the tab for two of the windows. Install was a different matter. On the second window install, one of the three fell out and shattered. We now have a window facing the street with plywood. The chief installer was honest and apologized. Stuff happens. What bugged me the most was the lack of checking if every window would open or close before the installers left, also the windows had RTV and finger prints all over them - I was told that this is from the mfg of the windows - no big deal, but I paid as much as a new car for this product, so I expected a shiny ride. The foreman came out and ordered replacement parts for those that were not up to his standards, he was very responsive. But, the bottom line is I have to take another partial day off for the busted window replacement. I will clean up the RTV on the windows myself. Aside from that, they appear to be of high quality (fingers crossed). If you get sliders, run them back and forth several times before you freak out if they don't close at first. The seals are very tight, which provides some extra insulation, but makes closing them a little more difficult to close if you are accustom to crank casement windows. My review will go up to 3 stars, or maybe a 4 depending on the delivery of the broken window and response to the issues addressed by the foreman of the job. This company takes advantage of widows, women and the elderly. If you see them shut your door. The snake salesman that sold me those over priced 6k bay window and lied on the contact, and then sold me the same exact window I already had in my kitchen. Again, I asked for a garden window and he wrote up my same window and refuse to admit he made the mistake. I have reported them to the BBB, filed a consumer complaint with the AG office and my Atty sent out a letter. I've called 7 on my side to investigate them as well. I had the sales representative come to my home for a consultation and I felt pressured when it came down to pricing and although I repeatedly let him know I would be checking with other companies he kept pushing and prodding on why you should close today. Do not bother getting a quote from this company. They will not come to you to meet. They expect you to buy a product that you never see or anything explain about that makes there product better then others or even worth buying. They expect you to buy from them without them reviewing there company or why you should buy from them. They want you to give them measurements. They don't come to you. They use what you tell them and satellites to give you price. Heck, most of my windows you can not see using a satellite. There whole sales system is, give them measurements, they use Google earth and how many windows. Then you get a quote. Quote for what? What kind of window? Single, double, triple, thickness, type of frame, gas, etc? They tell you nothing. Just buy blindly. That's there scam. Totally unacceptable. You can't even get a price for 4 windows and a price on 10 windows. You have to pick one. Total waste of time. How any company expects to sell something without demo it first is crazy stupid. The whole process has been nothing but trouble...I have never been so frustrated in my entire life... The two day job was done in one day...22 windows by a father, son and friend.... They bragged about setting a new record. Upon inspection the next day as it was dark and late when they left, the had left the windows filthy dirty, gauged newly painted window sills and left dirt that was unimaginable a s they did not tent the removal of lead based windows as proposed according to regulations. Then to top it off they came with NO screens. 2 weeks later they show up with the screens which of none of them fit the windows... Here we are another 2 weeks later and the screens are here only to be missing some and 3 are damaged... I am at the end of my row and want my old windows back...... They got 1 star because 0 want an option!!@@! read more

I have been shopping around for window estimates and this company is 5 star. When I called into the office, the receptionist was delightful. She took all my information and scheduled an appointment at the convenience of my schedule. My saleslady was Montina and she was fabulous! She was running late, but the office called to let me know about 45 minutes before. It had started snowing the morning of my appointment. I also think the company would be wise to give a window, instead of a time slot. When Montina arrived she was warm and personable. She showed me different options for windows for my home. She also educated me on the materials they use and the install process. I had four other quotes and this was the ONLY company to talk about materials and install process. She was positive, nice, and a good listener. She was not pushy about the sale and never made me feel rushed or pushed into anything. I have gone through Window Nation to replace my homes windows. The customer from the project manager/sales rep (front the house) has been great. The customer service and installation departments (back of the house) have been awful. My windows were to be installed end of May - beginning of June (this was the timeline I was given). Mid-May I started to inquire for an update on my windows. I was contacted by a scheduler May 18th. I was told my windows are in but not the capping. He was going to reach out to the vendor. A week later he called with no update about the capping but wanted to proceed with scheduling my window install towards the end of June. I advised that would not work as I was informed my windows would be installed end of May to beginning of June and I have other contractors lined up right after window install during the mid to end of June timeframe. I then spoke to a manager who apologized and said she would call the vendor the next day and would get back to me. She said she thought the capping is delayed due to the color I chose. I said I was under the impression it was a standard color and no one told me the color was a special order or it would cause delays. I expressed frustration for the lack of transparency with my order. It has been over a week since I spoke to the manager despite repetitive calls to her. I have also tried your customer service email with no response to my multiple inquiries as was as another contact my project manager/sales rep gave and no response. I am a very frustrated customer who is spending a lot of money to replace windows in my home. The lack of response from various points of contact is beyond awful and unacceptable. And the little information I have gotten to date is pretty much useless. I really need an update on my order and what can be done to get these windows installed by mid-June. I'm not looking for the generic I'm sorry response or generic # that has been posted on previous reviews. I need to speak to someone that actually has authority to do something to resolve this issue and can actually be accountable for communicating with the customer. read more
