Ever since an HD employee recommended Supreme Windows, I have used and recommended them to all my clients. Had I known about SW, I never would have used one of those window companies that come to your house to sell you the same thing you can get from SW for half the price...I could have saved 5k and spent 6k instead of 11k. Now I pass what I know on to my clients so they can enjoy new windows without the sticker shock. The waiting time can be long-it was at times during and right after the pandemic, due to material shortage, but that was the same everywhere else. The wait was always worth it. Customer service is excellent, as is the communication. Quotes are thorough and easy to understand: please note that you need to provide the rough opening size, and they will make sure to select the correct window size. Pick-up is simple and everyone is helpful and giving a hand to get you loaded. I do need to mention that the contractor I work with does the installation. I have only ordered the windows, never had SW install them. This is my go-to for anything window-related. read more

I will say the customer service is good but the installation was the worst experience that I've had with a contractor. I purchased my windows a few years ago. During the installation I should have known there was a problem when the installer took several hours installing the windows in my bedroom on an entire house installation. Just a few weeks after installing my wife and I could feel the wind from outside. I called the company and they sent someone to review. Needless to say after several rounds and years of this calling and someone coming to look, I realized that this is apart of the scam. Had a great experience. Joseph worked with us to get everything done at an affordable price. I'm in a condo and had to get the window project approved, which took forever (maybe two months?) Joseph and co. were really patient throughout the process, submitting clarifications when the condo board required them. The installers were prompt and professional. The only hang up was actually delivery of the product from the vendor. The windows came pretty quickly but the sliding door took at least two months, maybe more, to arrive. So if you're in a hurry, I would just be direct about what kind of shipping times you can expect. read more

We had an outstanding experience with Supreme Windows. The windows in our church were very old "steel framed, single pane windows", that were very cold in the winter & hot in the summer, causing our heating & cooling bills to be very high & inefficient. We received price & product quotes from multiple companies, all of whom have "big names" in the window replacement industry. Like their names their prices were high, but Supreme gave us a very fair price quote for window products that look great & carry really good rating for temperature efficiencies. We worked with the Assistant GM, Joseph, who had Dave to do the measurements. We explained to Dave that each window was crowned with stained glass & we definitely wanted to preserve all stained glass, & although all of the of the other companies told us they were not certain they could preserve the stained glass, Dave assured us that Supreme has an "installation crew" that was very experienced & he was very confident that they could preserve the stained glass, & "that they did". James, Dawn & Maurice were the installers & they were amazing. Highly skilled. Very friendly & easy to work with. They preserved every stained glass window "Hallelujah"! They cleaned up as they went from window to window, even dusting & vacuuming the entire sanctuary after they completed the installation. I must repeat that the "installation team were super amazing". Our rating for Joseph, the assistant GM who priced the job for us is A+. Our rating for Dave who did the measurements & assured us that our stained glass windows would be preserved is A+. We rate the product A+ (we've only had it 2 weeks but our building already seems to hold the heat longer & folk have asked that we reduce the thermostat setting because the building was getting to warm). We recently had all of the windows in our house replaced by Supreme Window. Our house was built in 1920 and still had the original, beautiful windows installed over 100 years ago. The original windows were drafty and had begun to really wear, so it was time to replace them. Bryan at Supreme helped us pick the perfect wood windows to replace the originals. In fact, you can hardly tell they are not the originals, aside from the functionality and how clean they are! The windows facing the side and back of the house were replaced with high quality, more economical, vinyl windows that match the esthetic and also work great. The installation team was lovely, very knowledgeable, and fast. They covered our furniture in plastic and left each room exactly the way they found it. I've had windows installed before with Supreme when Bud was there. I set up an appointment with them again to have 16 windows measured for installation in September 2022. David came out & measured the windows. He stated someone would call with the estimate, never got a call or email as David stated. I called twice & was told David was not there. I called again and spoke with David. He said he would email estimate. Still no estimate. If he didn't want the job just say so. There are other window services. I guess I didn't look like I could afford to have that many windows installed. Their loss, someone else's gain. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Waste of time. read more

Supreme is the best! They have quality products, we got trimline aluminum clad wood to replace our old windows with lead paint. They made great recommendations so we could increase the amount of light coming in and finished installation in 1 day. Look at the difference between an older "replacement window" (right side) in our kitchen and the supreme product (left side). We can actually see outside and even use the window as a pass through to the patio now! read more

I placed a order with Supreme Windows they took over four months, then when I got there they couldn't find my windows. Each time I've been there I was over looked while sitting waiting at the counter for someone to say my I help you. When men came in after me they were Immediately addressed while I sat quietly waiting for customer service. I was referred there and the way I was treated was a horrible experience.. they treated me with no respect and I paid full price for my windows. I waited at the counter for over 15 minutes while I watch them service men as they came in and out..disregarded me sitting at the counter. I guess I had to be a white women or man to receive outstanding customer service. They were very rude very dismissive not helpful at all towards me.. I was very heart broken because my Husband just passed away and I needed the help. Then I left there I was crying because if my Husband was with me I would not have been treated like that..I felt like they didn't want me to buy from them. Just had Supreme replace a couple windows in our house. Unfortunately the contractor who built our house put wooden window frames in all of our showers and we had to get them replaced. Supreme replaced our windows helped us choose new tiles to match the original bathroom tiles that go around the frame and re tiled the area around the windows. Window buying is becoming one of the most frustrating experiences for many of the homeowners due to the proliferation of many manufacturers, sizes, types of materials used, etc!. A friend who considered doing business with Supreme Aluminium referred me to this company. I called the company, spoke to Bryan Friedman who told me that they can do the work and the time-frame it will take. I emailed him my windows specifications (measurements, type, etc.) and patio door. He emailed me back within 2 hours the cost per window and door, including the cost of installation. If you've ever tried to buy windows, you know this is odd. Most windows companies prefer to come to your house and demand that both spouses to be at home, cause they want to pressure you make a purchase right there. None of that crap with Supreme. Oh...you don't need windows that contain materials used on the Space Shuttle (Sears home improvements craziness). It is important to know the measurement as it will make the process move faster. I drove to their location and met the owner as Bryan was off on that day. I saw the products and tested them to see what I will be buying. Bryan send their technician to double-check my measurements as a second level of validation. Dave did the measurements after I paid down a 1/3 of the down payment. Finally, the windows came and I was schedule within a week. Now the fun part: Bryan scheduled me with one of their installers- James. James came with him team and they installed 13 windows and a patio door in one day. The installers came back on the second day to do the finishing touches. Throughout the process, the installers cleaned after themselves and vacuumed where they were working. I didn't have to supervise anyone during the time they did their work, I was treated with respect by Bryan and James. More importantly, they treated my house with respect as if it were their own. If you need good quality windows that are reasonably priced, this place is for you. My house looks nice, is warm and I couldn't be happier with the purchase from Supreme Aluminium!!
