    New windows

I love my new windows. The installers were professional and cleaned up well. This was the best price I could find for windows and I can't imagine what more we could have gotten from another company. We did the whole house 20+ windows. I do wish they would have tried to upsell me, I would have spent more to have all of the windows double hung but only did that to the upstairs ones. I will be recommending this company to everyone so buy now before their prices increase!

We had a fantastic experience with Window Source of DFW. Based on Nextdoor (judge us if you must but home service recs on that platform are almost always on point), we asked them to come by to look at our failed patio door. That conversation led to looking at windows in the house (original - 35+ yrs old) which led to replacing everything except for four windows in a room soon to undergo remodeling. The sales process was easy, clear, fair and 100% free of upselling. We had to wait for the glass to be made to measure - this happens in Ft Worth by the way - and installation was done over two long workdays. We replaced the back patio door with a slider and 24 windows. The crews were fast and respectful of our home. When one window pane was the wrong style, the company quickly put in an order to replace it. Swapping it out took 10 minutes (once the glass was complete and inspected). If you are thinking about windows or doors, give them a call. It's worth just talking about your needs and getting a quote because the price might pleasantly surprise you. The final product will definitely make you happy!!!

Phase two of our window installation project is now complete with the addition of seven more windows, and once again, Hugo and his team did an outstanding job. Austin followed up a few days later to handle some paint touch-ups, and Becca was exceptional, making sure we had all the warranty information and were completely satisfied with the work. We have one more phase left, which includes five more windows. We opted to complete our window project in phases, allowing us to pay as we go and avoid financing. (They do offer financing options if you want to go that route) After phase two was finished, Chris promptly sent over a revised estimate detailing the remaining work and reassured us to reach out whenever we're ready to proceed. This is what true customer service looks like--no high-pressure sales, just genuine people helping genuine people. It's a pleasure doing business with a company like this. Thank you, Chris and Becca, for everything. We'll be in touch as soon as our money tree sprouts another branch! Ronnie & Joe

We had an amazing experience with Chris and The Window Source. From the initial sales call to the installation, it was a flawless and smooth experience. The prices were competitive and fair, and the product is great! We had 11 windows replaced and it really made our house look amazing. I would highly recommend this company. They were the 4th company we checked and were the best!

Post winter update: in my review I mentioned I got these installed last April and that they got me through the summer and I would see how my first winter with them worked. While we, thankfully, had a much milder winter (anything is mild compared to winter 2022 lol!), we still had quite a few crazy cold snaps. Still just as pleased with the windows helping to keep my house nice and warm. Once I heated the house to where I wanted it, it stayed there. That's been the nicest thing between both heating and AC is that the system doesn't turn off and on near as much as with 60 year old windows. Still doing great almost right at the 1 year mark. My dad in Phoenix is so wishing this company was where he lived!

Just one of the 17 installed.

Sup fam? Yes this company is legit. I got quotes from a few companies and they all had decent reviews. Window source however was the best value. Another company quoted me the exact same windows for literally twice as much. NO JOKE! I verified with other company that it was the same exact window to make sure and it was. Obviously I went with Window source. They told me what to expect and didnt over promise. They called and were able to install all 17 of my windows a day earlier than expected. The guys cleaned up after themselves and took everything they came with. Trash and all. Very profesh! Super happy with my windows as well.

Could you replace three windows with a sliding door to create access to a pergola on my pool deck? Phil…

Hi Phil, thank you for reaching out to us. Before I can answer your question, I will need to see a picture of the windows to see if a header will need to be installed.

Do you replace just the glass in the window?

Hi there, sorry, we do not. Good luck with your project.

Do you do window inserts (removable, installed on inside, to improve insulation of old single pane windows)?

Hi Janey, we install full energy efficient replacement windows, not inserts. If you would like a proposal for replacement windows, we will be happy to come by and chat about your project. Should take about an hour or less.

Do you replace window screens? Our master bedroom window has no screen due to damage by window washer.

Hi Charles, thank you for reaching out to us. Unfortunately, we do not replace window screens. You can try Windscreen Products in Garland 214.321.6356. Good luck with your search.

Will they replace one pane in a double pane window, in a recently built manufactured home? It doesn’t matter if it fogs up occasionally. I’ve had it taped for 4 years, using transparent gorilla tape. The property manager now insists it be replaced.

Hi John, we do not repair windows or replace glass. You can try Honey Dudes - Steve Erickson is the owner. His number is (214) 282-8705. He only works in a certain area, please give him a call and let him know we sent you. Good luck with your… Read more

A Guest Bath Window With Charm, Class & Privacy…read more When I was making my initial drawings for New Moroxico, for the downstairs guest bathroom I sketched out a classic Tudor style window above a clawfoot tub. It had the quintessential diamond pattern of leaded glass on a window that was set into a stone wall and split vertically -- with two panels capable of opening outward like a French door. It was important to me that the window be functional as well as beautiful, providing my guests with the option of bathing with an open window, looking out onto the delightful fountains and luscious gardens beyond, should they be so inclined. Knowing what I know now about the City of Dallas and all its building and energy codes and environmental stipulations, it still shocks me to be be able to tell you that this is EXACTLY what I ended up achieving!! In the end (and with very little visual compromise, I might add), a gorgeous, functional, energy code approved, diamond-patterned Tudor style window now exists in my new home, looming stunningly over a huge copper tub. Of course, the city would have never approved a real stained glass window made in the traditional way, which is why we had to apply the specialty glass over a "proper" modern window-- one with energy efficient glass. Why I'm mentioning all of this is because if you are like me and nervous that doing a stained glass window this way won't look very good or won't look authentic, I am here to tell you that Jeff McMaster with Standout Glass is a skilled craftsman who does such expert work that you have absolutely nothing to worry about. My window looks every bit as charming and classy as the leaded glass windows of homes in my neighborhood that were built in the 1930s, and I have yet to encounter a single person who has questioned my window's authenticity or had anything other than praise for the finished result. There were many aspects of building New Moroxico that were extremely challenging and frustrating; but this wasn't one of them. Jeff came in and did his work quickly and perfectly, and for this reason he is someone I would gladly use again and someone who I would highly recommend to others. If you are interested in seeing more of New Moroxico-- including some of the more exasperating endeavors, lol-- please join me on Instagram @Ryan_Covington_photography or visit my website RyanCovingtonStudio.com or NewMoroxico.com

We brought a salvaged cut glass insert from a disassembled entrance door to them and they stabilized the entire insert so that we could use it as a standalone insert for an interior door. They removed the outer and inner panes of glass and prepared the cut glass portion to be used for a passage door that would see a lot of traffic. That required that the glass be stable. They accomplished that by releading the panel. They were kind and more than professional. The price was worth every dollar for the service they provided. We could not more highly recommend them.

After receiving glowing referrals from two of my friends on Woodruff windows we decided to have…read morethem installed by them instead of Window World who we originally were considering. We got quotes from other window installers as well and Woodruff was the only one that came close to matching Window Worlds mass production price There is also a big advantage of knowing who is exactly coming out to your house and Woodruff (family owned business) delivered on the personal connections aspect from top to bottom. What a difference it has made on our house's curb appeal. I chose the black frames outside with white interior and rectangle grids for the front of the house. Love it!!!! The whole process went very smooth. Dante (sales) came out to show us options and worked with us to get exactly what we were looking for. The day of install went very smooth. Getting windows can be a stressful process for some but they all made it come together seamless and even Jordan (owner) came by during the install and answered any questions we had. These pictures don't do it justice because we still are waiting on getting shutters on the right side so it matches the left side of house. Once they are in it will all look perfect! If looking for getting windows you can't go wrong by choosing Woodruff!

From the very beginning, the process felt easy. I reached out for a consultation and got a call back within about 10 minutes. The office team was incredibly friendly and flexible with scheduling. Our sales rep, John, was fantastic. He took the time to walk us through all our options, explain the installation process, and answer every question we had. Since this is such a big investment, we were nervous, but he made us feel confident in our decision (especially compared to Pella). Installation day went just as smoothly. The crew showed up right on time, was very respectful of our home (booties, cleaning as they worked), and did everything they could to minimize disruption. We have a cat, and they were so accommodating, working room by room so we could keep her calm and safe. Sky even brought her treats, which was such a thoughtful touch. They worked efficiently, were as quiet as possible, and cleaned up as much as you realistically can after a big job like this. We also appreciated that multiple team members stopped by throughout the day to check in and make sure we were happy. Overall, we felt really well taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend Woodruff!
