The largest one in our US of A is almost 18,000 sq ft in Union City in the San Francisco Bay area. I did not make it to the two on 57 th St in NYC and Rego Park in Queens. Upon entry the class, the organization, the gorgeous colors and the eye catching reusable shopping bags( just $2.25) to the left bring out the smile and the desire to spend some time and enjoy every aisle. Every possible household and gardening product, great selection of sauces, ramen, soups, holiday seasonal goodies! Bin the cashier was so kind. Great energy. I love the simple pricing charts with quality items from $2-$3-$4-$5. This is a fun store!

However I've noticed since I have had a baby and bring in a stroller, the employees follow me throughout the entire store. Last night was the third time this had happened and this was a bit out of control. I was in the back area and the mall associate literally stood next to my stroller the entire time. He literally could've just pushed it. I was on one end and he was at the handles. Just standing there. The entire time. He was pretending to take photos but it was obvious he was just following me. Everytime I moved or stopped. He moved and he stopped. This store must have a lot of theft which is sad. But as someone who used to make multiple purchases in this store - I will no longer be frequenting. I don't know what type of profiling this is. Strangely my other friend with a stroller wasn't being followed. Whether it's because I have a stroller and they think I'm going to dump things in there or what, I'm an adult. With money and a baby. The posted opening time was 10:00 a.m. I had just finished working an entire night shift, yet I still waited outside the locked store from 10:00 a.m. until after 11:00 a.m. No employee arrived to open the store, and there was no sign, explanation, update, or indication that anyone cared enough to inform the customers waiting outside. Leaving customers standing in front of a locked store for more than an hour during publicly posted business hours is unbelievably careless, incompetent, and unprofessional. This is supposed to be a premium luxury brand, but there was absolutely nothing premium about this experience. A company selling expensive jewelry should at least be capable of opening its store on time--or showing customers the basic courtesy of posting a notice when it cannot. I sacrificed sleep after a night shift and made a special trip because I wanted to buy my wife a meaningful anniversary gift. Instead, Swarovski completely wasted my time and turned what should have been an enjoyable occasion into an incredibly frustrating experience. The management of this location should be embarrassed. If employees cannot reliably show up and open the store during advertised hours, customers clearly cannot depend on this location. I will take my business somewhere that respects its customers and is actually capable of operating during its own posted hours. Absolutely unacceptable. Avoid this Swarovski location.
