My friend and I have gone here a few times and have never had a good customer service experience. We are always 'helped' by the same snarky brunette girl and every time she is incredibly rude and I still do not understand how she still has a job. Any way's, yesterday we went in again as I had seen some cute things on the website and was hopefull that maybe we would finally have a positive shopping experience here. Wrong. Within a few minutes we were 'greeted' by the same rude employee we always see, I wish I could put my finger on what it is about her (I ended up purchasing something and on my receipt her associate number is 12070 and she was on register 3 at 7.01pm, not that I feel like anybody in this company will even care, but that's her information according to my receipt.) but she is always just so incredibly rude and honestly just comes across like somebody who thinks she is better then every single customer who walks into her store. She is condescending, stuck up and unprofessional. My friend was looking at a Kimono on the mannequin and she quickly walked over to her and said 'Nothing on the mannequins is for sale , they are all pinned on a certain way so if you were wanting to see this kimono its over there on a rack" before rudely pointing to where she could try to find the kimono. My friend apologized and the associate said 'It takes us a while to get everything to stay on the mannequins so we ask that people don't touch them.." From that point onwards it was downhill from there(as per usual). My friend had two things to try on and I had one, when a different associate who was a little bit nicer came to let us into the fitting room, she told us that we needed to leave our PURSES outside of the fitting room. Way to make somebody feel like you think we are planning to steal something. When we were done and came out of the fitting room, a different associate(an older lady, still as rude as the first associate) proceeded to completely pat down the kimono and make it obvious that she was checking to see if the censor was still there(in front of other girls waiting to try things on). I have never felt more offended or embarrassed in my life. When we got to the register the first associate who I mentioned(associate number 12070) was just as much of a snob as she always is. Honestly she is the main reason I will never shop at the Windsor again. I worked at this same mall in a different store and would have been fired immediately I treated people the way she does, and I find it really upsetting and pathetic that a store that has this many awful yelp reviews does not seem to care at all to look into the kind of associates they are currently employing. I make this assumption since the 'customer service' is exactly the same anytime you go in. I have never written a review like this and probably never will again it just really bothers me how these girls, more specifically the brunette associate whose details I have given act towards their customers. It never fails to amaze me when employees at places like this go out of their way to deliver great service. Last week, I went into the Roseville location to buy a dress for a wedding and couldn't decide which one I wanted. One of the girls working put a few dresses on hold for me so I could take the night to think about it and when I sent my best friend in to pick up the dress I had chosen the next day I thought I was all set. However my mood the next day was ruined when my friend bought home the wrong dress since it was final sale and couldn't take it back. When I called the store and explained the situation one of the managers Jordan made my DAY by letting me know that she understood my situation and was willing to let me exchange the dress for the one I wanted and even went and put it on hold for me until I could come in. The return policy at this store is fairly concrete and still this girl was willing to make an exception for me, just to make sure my day wasn't ruined. I will surely be coming back to this location the next time I am in need of a trip to Windsor. read more

The employees here are sweethearts and made my experience here great even while it was busy. I was looking for a dress for a wedding and every one of the girls was so helpful in making sure all of my needs were met. I believe I was helped by Jessica and Jordan and both of the girls went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. Jessica grabbed some shoes from the back for me, bringing me out a few options to try so I could find the right ones for my dress and even steamed the dress for me when I asked her to. All because I thought the front could be damaged. After steaming it, I was still worried about the front being loose and the straps being worn and Jordan even gave me a damage discount. As soon as I entered the store today, I was in awe of each and every one of the employees. The store was packed to the brim with shoppers, each with arms full of prom dresses, but there was never a moment where an employee was nowhere to be found. The hard work by these girls is admirable, as each of the employees was working hard, a smile on their faces despite the busy traffic. This is my first time shopping at this location but if the service is like this every time, it will be far from the last. Finally a store with employees that care about customer service. I was in last Saturday when this store was busy. All the employees were great. The line to try on was almost out the door but the girls kept it moving with a smile. The girl ringing me up kept a smile on the entire process and answered all of questions even with the line. I was shopping there and they insist on helping you pick out clothes but when they picked out something I didn't like, I couldn't even say "no" to them. They would just respond with "oh just try it". The bag full of loot cost less than $100. She paid less than $29 for suits that were originally priced at $120. So yeah, there is no cutting edge super modern fashion here. Even as an old guy I tell my wife that too much of the clothes look like grandma crap. But decent clothes at decent sale prices are here in big number. You just have to browse and pick judiciously.

They promised it would arrive in a week to a week and a half. 3/30: after hearing nothing , I went to their store to ask about the dress. They were unable to find that it was ever ordered. They let me know they would speak to their manager. They texted me the same day to let me know it would be in on Thursday (4/2). 4/3: on Friday I texted to find out if the dress had come in on Thursday. They assured me I could come pick it up later in the day. Then they sent a follow up text message saying that it wasn't in, but it would be there Monday (4/6) or Tuesday (4/7). 4/7: I texted to see what the status of the dress was. The owner called me and let me know that it would be in on Thursday. Prom is Saturday. I asked for a refund since prom is in a couple days and we have no dress, and that every other deadline had been missed. The owner refused saying she would only give me a refund if the dress did not get here in time for prom. She indicated that the prior dates I was given were by staff that did not have authority to give dates. She also indicated they did not give refunds, but I reminded her that she has my money and I have no dress. She still refused to refund me. I let her know I would call my bank to reverse the charges. She ended the call by telling me that she would reach out on Thursday to let me know I could pick up my dress. Update: 4/9: the owner texted me at 3:25pm letting me know the dress was available for pick up and offered to discount a third of the cost. I reiterated my request for a full refund since the transaction wasn't available to be completed until a day and a half before prom and in that time we had to get a new dress. I sent her a recap of the timeline and she responded saying "I completely understand and you're right, I would plead my case, but in the event to not further inconvenience you, we will just settle at a refund. Please provide the last four digits of the card used." I'm glad this is concluded and VERY glad to have my money back.
