I had arranged for the suit to be picked up at a location in Florida because I was attending a wedding. Fast-forward to the day that I went to pick up my suit not only did they have the wrong shoes listed, but they did not add the tie that I had requested on the order form. Thankfully, at least the store had the right shoes. But we had to spend additional time picking out a new tie. After much back-and-forth, the location decided to give us the tie that we had selected for the inconvenience. What should have been a 20 minute visit to pick up a suit and tie turned into about an hour ordeal because things weren't written down properly and or missed.

We had gone to another shop and when we came to this store we were immediately impressed with their tie and tuxedo selection. We were able to try on tuxes and find the styles that we wanted. Ed was able to spend a lot of time with us. We chose the style we wanted and decided on having each of our groomsmen wear a different tie color. The only difficulty came when our groomsmen waited until the last minute to get measured for their tuxedos, but blame should go to our wedding party and not the shop. My sister wanted to be dressed like everyone else in the wedding in a tuxedo and they were able fulfill her request without any issues. Most people cannot say that they have a two year relationship with their tuxedo rental company but that's what happened to us. We first went into their store in early March 2020. After the pandemic hit we were forced to delay our wedding twice. Ed and everyone at Gentlemen's Quarters Formalwear were easy to work and communicate with. Phones, voicemails, and emails were answered timely. Both times we had to postpone our wedding, our arrangements and deposits were honored and shifted to our new date. The manager explained to me that they she was hiring a lot of new people and also that the person I was dealing with May have not known or been fully trained...really you put people on the floor to deal with people's money who are not trained? They also don't tell you when they ship something to you UPS takes the first half of shipping the order then the USPS takes the actual finally delivery (and we all the know the US postal Service is so spot on) so my order took about 7 days get to me...so much for 3-5.... I love my leggings but the service at this location is some of the worst.

I found Zeglio by accident years ago when I needed to get a cheap tuxedo altered for my sister's wedding. When I walked in, I was quickly greeted by Richard. He happily suggested a nearby place for alterations, but before I left, he put one of Zeglio's bespoke jackets on me to show me the difference in fit. When I left that day, I knew I wanted to have my wedding tuxedo created by these people. When that day finally came, I called Zeglio's Lakeview location to begin the process. My call was warmly answered by Richard and the experience began. Richard is an incredibly talented and knowledgeable designer. During the design portion, he was informative, patient, and considerate, which made the whole experience really enjoyable. I did my fitting and alterations at Zeglio's store in Loop. The place is super slick inside and the tailors really make you feel important: from the professionalism all the way to the small details most people would overlook, but makes a HUGE difference (suggesting I have the length of one of my shirt sleeves shorter than the other so my watch can be visible or altering the length of my pants so my socks show when I'm sitting down). Just an amazing attention to detail! My tuxedo only required a few minor adjustments. When I finally put everything on I was shocked at how flawless everything felt--I've never worn anything that has fit me so perfectly. This tuxedo made my wedding experience so much better. I wasn't nervous because I knew I looked good! It's amazing how your confidence is affected by the clothing you wear in a situation.
