I'm rating them a 4 star, they are normally a 5 star however today when I went it was 5:50pm(I understand they wanna go home) but the cashier guy was awesome, the other wipers were awesome, there was one employee(the only one)(just so happen to be the one wiping my car) was wearing his keys on his belt loop and it kept banging my new car. By the 3rd time it banged on my car, I had to get out and say something. When I brought it up to him, he acted like he didn't know what I was talking about(if I can hear the keys banging and scratching my car I'm pretty sure he can). Anyway another guy came over and asked what happened and I told him and he was nice enough to say sorry. I felt bad for saying something but was irritated afterward that he tried to deny it. read more

Awful wash. Left blobs of bird poo on doors and streaks on the outside. Did not wipe inside of door panels. Did not wipe out the cup holders or the dash. Just an overall piss poor job. A drive in the daily rain does a better job. read more

This place is terrible!! Second time I have come there and got the The Works and Vac package. Doesn't it come with a wipe down of the car? Twice now I had to ask the for a rag to wipe bird crap off my car. The boys out back are more interested in talking and hanging out than doing some hard work! Very good service! I got the full package. The guy who checked me into the wash was genuinely personable....the perfect person you would want selling your products. Don't waste your time here. Car is half washed and the air dryers don't even dry your car off. I had to go home and wipe my whole car down. There are way better car washes in Kaneohe. SKIP THIS ONE!! read more

The Service Department was very good and definitely took care of me. Darian and Alan were very professional, polite, and informative. Unfortunately some of the parts being used ended up being faulty. Luckily, Alan tested all of them to make sure I wouldn't drive away with bad parts. Ultimately I had to stay longer until a working part was used, but I was not charged for the extra labor costs. Additionally Alan made sure to periodically keep me informed of what was happening. My family will be regulars at Windward from now on! read more

Awesome as always! My 2nd time getting my oil changed.. No problem at all. Always drive my vehicle in, greeted, vehicle taken with no issues, we eat breakfast, they change my oil & clean my vehicle... And even clean my rims... Great job! read more

People there was friendly. Their waiting area was clean. They was a place to charge your cell, tablet, or whatever needed charging. And refreshments were provided. This is why I travel from Makiki to here to get my oil change done. read more

I wouldn't recommend this auto spa if you are anal about the way your car is cleaned. You pay extra for a tire package. with the tire package an attendant is supposed to go to each tire and clean all the break dust that is remaining on the wheel after the wash. Not the case. They will clean the drivers side ok but will skip the passenger side. I also pay extra to have the body of the car wiped down after the drive thru wash that also is done half ass there is always bird doo remaining water still on the doors hood roof and trunk. Don't get me started on the bumpers. They just all together skip those. So after paying extra for someone to take care of the extras the drive thru didn't get. You still have to go home and re wipe your car down and clean your wheels. Awesome!!!!! read more

If I had the option of no stars, this morning's phone call experience with Windward Auto Spa wouldn't even have one. This is the message I sent to Honda Windward and my sales person that I purchased my van from: I am sharing with you an unacceptable customer service customer experience that I just experienced with an employee at Windward Auto Spa. I called this morning, and he kept saying hello. On the first call, it appeared that he couldn't hear me and hung up. When I called back, I said hello and asked "Can you hear me?" after he kept saying hello impatiently. He finally said "barely", so I moved location asking him if that was better. He impatiently said "What can I help you with?". His tone was curt and angry. I asked again, can you hear me? He again said, but in an angrier tone, "What can I help you with?" I replied that he said he could barely hear me, so I wanted to know if it was okay now. Instead of answering my question to inform me that our line of communication was fine, he again repeated the question in an angry and curt voice. I felt that was unacceptable and told him never mind and hung up. I don't see why customers would want to go to use their service, aside from the free oil change that I have from purchasing my van from you. I would like recommendations for other service options, since this location has no class and does not even care about providing at least average customer service. I live in town but would drive to Kaneohe, because our sales person recommended it. However, if given a choice between driving to Kaneohe to receive bad customer service and staying in town to receive bad customer service, I would choose staying in town. read more

I bought a new Honda two weeks ago and I decided to purchase the Perma Plate coating which is sprayed onto the exterior and interior of the car. Hopefully this will keep the paint job looking good as well as the interior upholstery. My last car's exterior paint was so battered by the weather and sunlight. When you purchase this you have to go to Windward auto spa to have it applied. I had an appointment for 8 AM this morning and I arrived on time and the guys who work there were so friendly. From start to finish I had a good experience. They told me it would take two hours and I told them I would take a taxi to the mall to wait and instead they said they would drive me there which they did and then they picked me up after my car was done. Also it only took one and a half hours and I was done before I knew it. The driver Gavin was really nice as were the guys inside the office area where you check in and from all appearances it looks as if they did a good job. So I was so grateful that this was such a smooth and pleasant experience. Thanks to all the guys who work there. read more

I usually LOVE this place. Used to go there all the time for car washes and vacuum. Until what happened today, which will be the LAST time I go here. I went for my vacuum, and my brothers phone fell out of his pocket and under the chair. He figured It wasn't a big deal since we've never had anything stolen when we went there. We went back to the car about 10 minutes later and my brother went to grab his phone and surprise surprise, It wasn't there. We spent about 30 mins looking for It. The manager made the guys empty their pockets and nobody had It. We used find my iphone and It said the phone was still there even after we had gone home. Couple hours passed and my brother went back...and found his phone hidden in a bush outside of the auto spa. Im not trying to point fingers but I definitely think someone put It there hoping to go back later and take It home. Really sucks because I always had an amazing experience when I came here but I don't feel like I can trust people there anymore. Bummer. read more

Service was good, done pretty fast, oil change/rotation. What I didn't appreciate was the service tech who made it obvious he wasn't happy that I requested my tires be removed and installed without the impact wrenches. My rims are plastidipped until I can get them painted and I've heard other people say the impact guns can tear the plastidip off, resulting in re-work. My purchase was made within a two hour span. Mainly because of my own wondering around the lot. They had a great deal of inventory. I really was impressed with the cleanliness and relaxed atmosphere Windward Dodge/Chrysler/Jeep had in Kaneohe. I went to other dealerships but this one stood out from the rest. First off, Easy parking facility. There was overall space, parking available for customers, ease of direction to enter and leave the location. Secondly, Friendly vibe, no pushing of a sale, honest answers and a knowledge of the inventory that was on hand as well as what was due to arrive. Thirdly, the transaction itself from test driving my new Jeep, (which was a beautiful route), walking me through the features, reviewing my monthly payments, adding protection, adding maintenance coverage really gave me a peace of mind since I am always on the road by myself. Sean in Finance was so kind to review my purchase and my protection twice while I was there. In fact, I came back the next day because I couldn't remember my "3" coverages under the "Gold Package" Sean took the time out to review it over again without making me feel like a "problem customer." I was so relieved to know that I wasn't being pushed off after a sale. Quentin Holt (Team Leader) really is a team leader. He has a positive outlook and a team mindset. He was able to take care of my requests/wish list and he made sure my salesperson Ken was in the loop the whole time. Without Quentin I am sure I would have not purchased my 2014 Jeep Wrangler the same day I arrived. He is truly an asset to Windward Dodge/Chrysler Jeep.
