I really like the location, that's definitely the best part. I had no idea there was a little charming area like that next to Hayward city Hall. Just a tip though if you're going over here, park in the parking garage across from city hall. Parking might other wise be hard to find. The wings were about average for a wing place, however the place where they messed up is the Chili Garlic wings. Their Chili Garlic wings are literally only just wings with Sambal Sauce, you know that generic Asian Chili paste that's in a container at the table of any place that serves soup of some kind. That's all it was; it was even spicier than the habenero wings which were rated 3/3 on the spicy scale. The Chili Garlic were 1/3 and the Habenero were 3/3 and the Chili Garlic were way spicier, I don't even know how that happens. The wings are also on the small side which is disappointing but the saving grace here is the prices. $7.95 for a wing combo with fries and a drink? I ordered the #3, it is a 3 piece chicken tenders combo with fries a a medium drink. It costs about $6.90 for the combo. They also feature special order of fries. The chicken tenders are really good and are all white meat chicken breast, yet they don't taste too salty compared to Wingstop. Food is 4/5. It's cheaper and worth your money. Cleanliness and organization is 5. Ambiance is 3/5. The restroom is out of order at that time. read more

The wings are just okay. I got a 10 wing combo, which included fries, a drink with unlimited self-served refills, and an unlimited amount of dipping sauces. They were slightly overcooked, but the garlic parm seasoning made up for it. The fries tasted like regular restaurant fries with a little but of sugar on top and the ranch and bleu cheese dipping sauces tasted like the dressing you put on salads. I'd still pay the extra three dollars for Wingstop for their fries and the thick bleu cheese and ranch. Since the place is still pretty new, I haven't lost hope yet. It had no apparent garlic flavor, and the parm cheese was toasted to a point where all of it's cheesy goodness turned overly smokey and bland. However, the BBQ and Lemon Pepper went fast. Each were tangy, juicy, and flavorful. Fights broke out over the last pieces, seriously. WF won us over with these two Now maybe I've been too accustomed to spicy food now, but I really expected more from the Habanero flavored wings. Imagine sriracha sauce, but toned down a few shades of spiciness and then add a bit more sour flavor. Now that's pretty weak, right? Total disgrace to the name "Habanero". The flavor is really just nothing special. The ambiance was kinda campy, but the service was great. I liked the folks who work there, especially the young lady working the register that night. She took lots of photos for us, and made it feel like a photoshoot =P. The wings came fast and hot too. Good stuff overall for the hospitality. Great place to come drink and eat with your friends. First time coming. I read a few bad reviews but I don't let that stop me every time. I ordered the 10 piece jumbo wings combo, did half original spicy half cajun, regular fries and a drink. If I could have I would have taken advantage of the $1 beers all day, but I was on call for work. The waitress told us that some people don't like the cajun and offered us a taste of the sauce. I liked it so I went for it. The wings were a little on the greasy side, the cajun more than the spicy. The fries were good. Free ice cream was nice. And the waitress and cashier were super friendly. So: 3 stars for the wings 4 stars for the fries 5 stars for the $1 beer all day and free ice cream 5 stars for the service and cleanliness I'd go back. Great service! Just the friendliest when I am there. (I chose this place over the nearby Wingstop...) I have specialty fries once in a while, and it's hit or miss for disappointment. Sweet potato fries are much better with their honey mustard or ranch. One whole box of lemon pepper, with the spicy BBQ and carribean jerk sharing the second box. Since I'm checking this place out for the first time I don't care how many pieces I get for each flavor. Though if I'm to return, I would probably ask them to give more of my most wanted flavors. Got the order to go. Opened the box after I got home, they were still crispy! I love this place. My friends and I were looking around when it started raining when we were walking around. We stopped to try to glance at the menu and then a worker came out and handed us a menu. I shared with a friend the 15 piece combo which includes a choice of 3 flavors for the wings, fries, 2 bottomless soda or milkshakes, and unlimited dipping sauces of ranch and bleu cheese. For this particular combo, the customer has the option to upgrade their fries to specialty fries that have toppings on them. There are a whole list of flavors and after much thought, we upgraded our fries to specialty "rock 'n roll" fries for a small price. The rock 'n roll fries were to die for! They were my favorite part of the meal. The fries were topped with plenty of delicious chili and melted cheese, leaving no fry left topping-less! As for the wings, we chose to try the Chili Garlic, Lemon Pepper, and Garlic Parmesan. The Chili Garlic was practically the same as the Asian style chili garlic paste you can buy at Asian supermarkets. Although, this flavor was not a favorite of mine, I thought it was a clever thought to put this beloved sauce on deep fried chicken wings! The Lemon Pepper and Garlic Parmesan were super tasty especially when dipped in the ranch and bleu cheese. You get a lot of food for the amount you pay. My friend and I had so much leftovers to take home. I highly recommend this place and am looking forward to going back for more. I went with Lemon Pepper and Mild Spicy and upgraded my regular fries to their Cajun Fries. Also, if you check in on yelp, you get 10% off your bill.
