Cute little place with a lot down at the corner, some parking behind and some street parking. There are a good amount of options especially considering that they are also Peruvian fusion. The broth of the pho was flavorful and there was a good amount of meat in the bowl. I would have liked the meat in general to be more tender. It is interesting that they give you hot sauce and pickled garlic in small containers instead of a communal one on the table but I guess it is more sanitary. I like that they give you iced tea. I've driven past this restaurant several times and always wondered if it was worth trying. Yesterday, a last-minute dinner plan with my girlfriends finally gave me the perfect excuse to find out--and I'm so glad I asked them if they would like to try this restaurant and they agreed. The restaurant itself is on the smaller side, so I highly recommend making a reservation, especially during lunch or dinner hours. The dining room was clean, cozy, and well-kept, creating a comfortable atmosphere without feeling cramped. One nice touch: as soon as we were seated, the staff served us this "colored water." My friend said she asked what it was, and they explained it was lemongrass tea. It was light, refreshing, not sweet and a thoughtful way to welcome guests. Everything we ordered was beautifully plated. You could tell they paid attention not only to flavor but also to presentation--each dish looked just as good as it tasted. Shrimp Toast Bun - A fantastic starter. Perfectly toasted with a satisfying crunch, while the ground shrimp filling remained soft, flavorful, well-seasoned, and a great starter. Spicy Sticky Chicken Wings - These definitely earned the word "spicy!" I have a pretty low tolerance for heat, so I found myself taking a sip of water after almost every bite. They were so crispy, juicy, and delicious and the sticky glaze had just the right balance of sweetness and spice. Even as someone who doesn't usually order spicy food, I'd absolutely get these again. Lomo Saltado - This was outstanding. The beef was incredibly tender, and every component worked together perfectly. The crispy potatoes soaked up the savory sauce without losing their texture, while the tomatoes and pickled onions added freshness and brightness. The fried egg on top was cooked perfectly with a rich, semi-runny yolk that brought everything together. My only wish is that they offered the option to substitute garlic noodles for rice. I think that combination would take this dish to another level. Pho Suon Khung (Dino Rib Pho) - This was easily the showstopper of the meal. The giant beef rib was unbelievably tender. The meat was pre-sliced and the was served on top of the bone so it literally is falling off the bone with barely any effort. The broth was rich, deeply flavorful, and comforting without being overly salty. It's the kind of bowl that makes you slow down and savor every bite. The service was warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from start to finish. Our dishes arrived at a comfortable pace, giving us plenty of time to enjoy each course without feeling rushed. The staff checked on us just enough to make sure we had everything we needed while still allowing us to catch up and enjoy our conversation. They also kept our complimentary lemongrass tea refilled throughout the meal, which was a thoughtful touch that we really appreciated. Between the delicious food, beautiful presentation, clean and inviting dining room, and attentive service, this turned out to be one of those hidden gems that exceeds expectations. Loved the Peru by way of Vietnam interpretation of lomo saltado with shaking beef flavors. I also enjoyed their take on shrimp toast, which uses steamed buns rather than white bread and features a delightful sesame seed crust and wasabi mayo dipping sauce. The tofu and the fresh avocado in the spring rolls was a nice counterpoint to the peanut sauce. The service was generous, attentive, and very accommodating of the toddler with us. It was so thoughtful of them to bring her a plastic cup of water with a lid and straw, plastic dishes, and a side of cucumber on the house when she decided that's what she liked most out of the spring rolls. We also received complimentary pandan tea, which was light and refreshing. While parking along Mission Blvd. may be scarce, there is parking in the lot for the adjacent park and behind the storefronts. Tried Superclub on a Thursday night and it was fairly quiet, likely because the restaurant is still so new. We were seated immediately and the service throughout the night was incredibly kind and attentive. We ordered the garlic cajun noodles with steak, garlic cajun noodles with shrimp, and the lomo saltado, and every single dish was immaculate. The flavors were perfectly balanced, everything tasted fresh, and you can really tell care went into the cooking. The portion sizes are also very generous, which made the experience even better. I was hesitant on writing any review despite the many things that came up with my interactions in booking this place for a birthday party, and in attempt to be positive. However, one month later, and speaking to others who attended the gathering, I am highly disappointed with my experience at SuperClub. Beginning with my initial communications to have a birthday there, they sent me a menu. The following day I came to try their food to assess the restaurant and food quality. The restaurant was slow, with a grand opening sign that was weathered by the sun and other outside elements. We sat down, had a few dishes, and was provided complimentary tea which was given to all customers. We also tried their vietnamese egg coffee. The sesame shrimp toast was a crunchy bread, filled with a shrimp paste. The Lomo Saltado was a vietnamese spin on the authentic Peruvian dish, stir fried beef over fries with rice and a sunny side up egg. Overall, food was decent - on the richer side, with lots of seasoning and dressing. Vietnamese egg coffee left a lot to be desired. If you are going for Vietnamese coffee, there are other better contenders - Phin Cafe, Tram Cream Coffee, etc. I asked to speak to the coordinator, regarding the party menu. They said it was an outdated menu, and working on a new menu. When I asked about the items and related prices, they were not able to provide new pricing, and asked that I tell them what items I'd be interested in ordering before providing pricing. That part was extremely frustrating - to determine what to order without having any prices. Their prices ended up being much higher than what this menu even shared. Then on the days following, the person I talked to originally converted all communications to the other manager. Things were consistently not transparent and I had to ask many questions. I didn't feel like they wanted to even answer questions, and there was inconsistencies between what we were told initially. In response to my friend's review (which I did not even knew she wrote until stumbling upon it by accident) that they provided a drawn layout to help visualize the setup, that was NOT something they went above and beyond to do. It was confusing to hear their explanation, so I had request them to grab a piece of paper and he did a very rough drawing for me. Fast forward to the day of, 15 minutes prior to the event, they are still setting up even though we were told everything would be set 30 minutes prior. Food was set up, and presented in catering trays. Everything was fine, however, the hospitality was quite lacking. It was as if they served the food, and now expected everyone to eat and leave, and started the timer. After speaking to many attendees, many people felt like they were being stared at uncomfortably and unwelcome. The cake table which they recommended to be in a certain spot and of smaller size- someone ran into the cake, and that was terrible. They make you sign this contract, but they are still a restaurant and not a venue we are renting out, so set up with basic tables is definitely expected for people to sit. Even regarding the manager's comments on providing the party with complimentary water and tea - they serve walk in customers with this - I'm not sure why a group accommodation would be any different (to even bring this up)? Not only were we charged high overtime fees, hospitality was highly lacking any warmth and I was super disappointed when multiple guests shared how uncomfortable they felt being starred by at staff. The restaurant was clearly slow throughout the whole time, and even after we left and were still outside, only one table was there. The manager's response in saying his customers were confused and left - if that was truly the case, good hospitality would proactively talk to these customers and make them feel welcome. I would not recommend this place for anything more than a pho and takeout establishment. read more

A modern style pho/Viet spot that took over a tea shop space in a retail area that has condo living up top. So the parking is mostly street parking. They said they are still in works to do some interior renovating, as it does still look pretty plain in there, to the point to where their pricing doesn't really match a nice sit-down resto experience...yet. Cajun Seafood Fried Rice ($24/3.5*) I got this for take-out once and it was a mixed bag for me. The rice is very heavy and pretty oily. The rice sticks in clumps so doesn't seem to get that wok tossing that a good fried rice should. Then it is totally saturated in a strong cajun flavor which I'm assuming is a cajun spiced butter that gets tossed in. The shrimps and calamari are kinda chewy and over cooked. There is also a whole battered soft shelled crab on top which totally redeemed the whole dish. The crab is super moist and juicy full of crab flavor. I ended up eating the rice part in 2-3 other meals cut with more plain white rice to offset the rich cajun seasoning. Hanoi Pho ($20/3.5*) Beef shank meat that I'm pretty sure comes from the simmering of the broth. But they slice that tender meat and saute it in oil infused with black garlic, before adding back to the bowl of broth. I didn't really get a fried/smoky taste that the menu says, but there is a dark oil slick in your bowl upon receiving. There is a noticeable 'other' flavor here than their other basic pho broth. It is very tasty but on this one out, I found that broth to be very salty. I only sipped less than half of the broth as I just couldn't take all that sodium, even having put the pickled garlic and squeezes of lemon in there. The shank pieces are in strips and are both tender yet with decent chew. I just hold the standard of this 'northern' style of pho to Pho Hanoi where they take a flap or flank steak, pound it then flash saute it before putting in the soup. That has a more steak characteristic, whereas the shank here is straight up stew meat. May be unfair to compare the 2 but I clearly prefer Pho Hanoi's version. Beef Tongue Pho (($23/5*) I tried this another time and it was amazing. Broth again a tad salty but much more in check. The beef tongue were sliced in thicker uniform slices and were so good and tender. I've never seen beef tongue offered for pho, so this was a must get and was rewarded handsomely that day. They also use ho fun noodles for their pho, which I like much more than thin vermicelli noodles. They also include a Chinese fried donut with each bowl, which also I've never seen for a Viet joint. Just found out it is pretty good dipped into the broth. So not sure how this place is going to pan out. Their pricing seems a bit high ($20 -$25/meal) in an area that needs to be discovered. Their challenge will be to capture the residents that live directly above them, but the bigger challenge will be to get other customers from other parts of town. They have good intentions, but as we all know that simply cannot be enough to survive in today's climate. They need to be consistent and persistent. I'd like for them to survive and evolve to where they can catch a rhythm. read more

This place is DELICIOUS!! We got the Meatballs Pho and Cajun Garlic Butter Udon with Ribeye. Both substantial portions! The broth was very flavorful and not watered down at all, meatballs tasty and juicy. The udon was the perfect chewy texture and overall a perfect spice level. The ribeye was cooked through and has the slightest sweetness to it that went perfect with the cajun spice. It was impressive how fast the food came out too! We ordered a Brisket Pho and a Dino-Rib Pho and even upgraded to the milk broth after the server told us it was their signature and only offered on the weekends. The dino rib meat was dry and didn't look freshly cooked. We also ordered a Lomo Saltado which I went against my better judgement to order in a restaurant that specializes more on Vietnamese food. Honestly it tasted more like a Shaking Beef dish. The sauce was on the sweeter side, the meat had zero seasoning and it was a bit chewy. I ended up spitting some of the pieces out. The Cajun Garlic Butter Noodles with Ribeye had pretty good flavored noodles. However, the Ribeye was also lacking in flavor and a bit chewy. The only thing that was good was the Shrimp Toast. It was actually the first item from our order that came out and was really good. It was also served fresh and hot. It led us to believe everything else was going to be just as good. Aside from the food taste and textures being mediocre, perhaps the most disappointing was the temperature. Other than the shrimp toast, everything came out lukewarm. It really emphasized the lackluster experience. At one point, we also saw someone come out of the kitchen and throw something in the microwave. Hopefully just something needed for the kitchen and not someone's meal, but at this point I wouldn't be surprised. I realIze the cost of everything is up these days. You can barely eat out for less than $20-$25 pp at a fast food restaurant now. But the pricing here definitely was not worth the value of the quality of the food. They had a sizzle reel playing in the restaurant about their story and how they grew from popups to their restaurant. My friends and I heard about SuperClub had opened in Hayward and wanted to try it out. I have been having their food at festivals throughout the Bay Area when they were vendors at the various events. I really enjoyed their food at the events and wanted to follow them on their next journey. My friends ordered the pho and I ordered the lomo saltado. In addition, we also shared the chicken wings, shrimp toast and some drinks. One of my friends who just moved from Vietnam to San Jose last year really enjoyed his pho and said it's one of the best he ever had. He told me that he cannot wait to come back to get the pho again. My lomo saltado was perfectly cooked and the fries were actually crispy even after 30 minutes of eating, the fries were still crispy and tasty! Great flavor and big portion too! I would totally get the lomo saltado again. My friends and I have had the chicken wings and shrimp toast at the festivals before, so having it at the restaurant brought back memories of those summer time vibes. There's street parking in front and a private lot across the smaller street (not the Main Street) from Paris baguette next door. The service is super friendly and attentive. Pho: On the weekends they have a unique "milky broth" that you can choose for the pho and it's pretty good! And serving every day is the Hanoi pho which was super flavorful. They serve a Chinese donut that you can dip in the pho broth and also provide homemade sriracha sauce and pickled garlic. If you want things like hoisin sauce or limes you can just ask them. The beef tongue is thick and tender. The pho noodles are fresh and silky. Definitely the best pho in the East Bay! So glad I don't have to drive all the way to San Jose for pho now. I'm writing this because I was appalled by the way this management and staff treated our party during my friends' daughter's birthday celebration yesterday. SúperClub markets itself as a modern, trendy Vietnamese spot, but the environment felt incredibly unprofessional and, frankly, like we were being bullied. The space is tiny and felt shoddily put together. They had three young staff members who lacked any basic hospitality skills. Throughout the event, they gave us literal death stares and were talking about us in Vietnamese. When we tried to be polite and said thank you on the way out, they completely ignored us. It was an incredibly uncomfortable and hostile vibe for a family celebration. Management was a nightmare. Despite the restaurant being completely DEAD (only two other parties there the whole time), they hit my friends with exorbitant extra fees for going over the "allotted time" with no prior warning. Their excuse of "lost profit" was laughable since the place was empty. It felt like a transparent and heartless cash grab. While the the food was mediocre at best, the drinks were a huge miss--either sickeningly sweet or totally flavorless. The vibe was so toxic and high and mighty that it left a bad taste in everyone's mouth. This place acts like they're above their customers, but they've managed to alienate their local community right out of the gate. If you want to feel welcomed and respected, especially for a special occasion, go elsewhere in Hayward. While Louis T. is busy listing 'complimentary shrimp toasts' and orange slices, he's ignoring the actual reality of the service. You had one staff member assigned to clear plates and keep the place tidy--he failed miserably. Tables remained cluttered and messy. The 'present' team you're bragging about spent more time giving us death stares than actually maintaining the space. You claim no drink package was ordered as if we didn't spend money. Multiple people in our party purchased additional drinks, bringing you extra business, yet the 'complimentary' water and tea you mentioned were so diluted they were basically tasteless. And just because a host is forced to settle a bill at the end of an overwhelming and uncomfortable event doesn't mean they were satisfied. It means they wanted to escape a hostile environment as quickly as possible. Again, the restaurant was dead. Two parties in several hours is not a 'full' restaurant. Charging a family exorbitant fees in an empty building while the staff talks behind their backs is predatory behavior, plain and simple. You can claim you stand by your 'care and effort,' but you can't 'care' your way out of lying about how empty the restaurant was or how unprofessional the staff acted. New place in SoHay, South Hayward. Still in soft opening stage! Great service, very attentive. Free pandan ice tea. We went as a group of 10, and they were able to accommodate us, and we were happy in the end. It was a hot day so we all opted out of their soup. We said we would all come back to try the soup next time. Hopefully, their renovation is all done when we come back since the current setup is what the previous place was, a boba place. We started with the shrimp toast, a fried mantou filled with shrimp paste and served with a side of wasabi sauce. The shrimp paste was a little dry, but the flavor was good. Next, we ordered the Cajun seafood fried rice. The presentation looked great, but it lacked flavor and very bland. It needed a little salt/soy or something and did not taste any Cajun seasoning at all. We also tried the rib-eye Cajun garlic butter udon. The rib-eye was tender and the garlic flavor definitely came through, but the Cajun seasoning was on the lighter side. Ordered all 3 of the appetizers and they were all yummy! Don't think i ever had avocado with my spring rolls, but nonetheless, it was delicious... the dipping sauce is not your typical peanut sauce, not quite sure what it is but it paired well with the spring rolls. The shrimp toast was amazing! Shrimp paste stuffed in a bao, then deep fried, paired with an aioli with a hint of cilantro and mint (i think), which paired well with toast. The fried wings were sweet, savory, spicy and slight tangy...came out hot and crispy, sauce was not too overwhelming. we ordered the ribeye with cajun udon, not too bad...ribeye was on the slimmer side, but the udon made up for it...it was garlicky and packed with the spicy cajun flavor, kind of like a combination of garlic noodle with the cajun spices, very flavorful. At Super Pho, I ordered the pho đặc biệt and my spouse had the pho with beef tongue in a milky broth. Pros: Both broths were rich and flavorful. The pho đặc biệt wasn't the traditional version--it didn't include tendon and tripe--but came with a huge rib on the bone, a generous portion of noodles, and a small piece of Chinese donut on the side. My husband really enjoyed his beef tongue pho, and the milky broth added great depth of flavor. Service was attentive as they refilled out the multiple times. Restaurant is contemporary, casual, and clean. Cons: Bowls are pricier than your typical pho spot. The milky broth is only served on weekends and cost extra. No condiments at the table--only a small container of hot sauce and pickled garlic were provided, so I had to ask for hoisin sauce. Parking can be tricky since it's attached to Sohay. I'd still return to try other items if I'm in the area. read more

Delicioso! Got the garlic butter udon noodles with tofu and everything from the flavor to the texture (of both the noods and the crispy tofu) was spot on. Got spicy shrimp with white rice and ... hooo boy, their spicy is actually *spicy*. So next time I'd probably go medium. Milk green tea was distinct and a little floral, sweet but not too sweet. I got mine to go and the food came in about 10 mins. It's a cute spot for a quick bite (not fancy, but that's not a bad thing) and the employees were polite. The ice tea they serve is a specialty from Vietnam and is really good. The macaroons looking dish has a greenish tint a mix of wasabi and mayo.The milky pho and beef special is a must try. It has rich thick soup similar to ramen but pho. The meat is super soft no bean sauce needed. read more

Definitely not your typical pho place. I was a little worried in the beginning since no one was there (maybe because we were there a little before 11:30??) Really enjoyed the food. The server was really nice and gave us some back stories about their dishes. We had the following: Shrimp toast - yum! Crunchy and filled of shrimp paste. I like it because it's not oily. I would suggest that you eat it with a fork. Chopsticks were too challenging. Hanoi Style Pho with milky soup (only served on the weekends). - really good. The beef is marinated and stir fried first to capture that wok aroma (as Uncle Roger says it "wok hay") then top it on the pho with milky soup. Beef is tender enough if you don't get parts of the tendon. Must add the pickled garlic, which refreshes your palate. Roasted Brisket pho with milky soup - definitely lighter in taste, compares to the Hanoi Style. Brisket is tender. The soup base has that umami to it. A little pricey, but overall really good. The owner told me that the Hanoi Style soup tastes different compared to the milky soup. So, guess what I'll be having next time? read more

Found Superclub in DoorDash and decided to go in person to try the Hanoi Milky style broth. They were doing a soft opening, the staff were all friendly and helpful and explained the menu to us. The milky broth was very unique and rich! 10/10 recommend. They also gave a really good side of pickled garlic and house made chili sauce. read more

We tried SúperClub during soft opening Dec 10th, 2025 after learning about it on IG and were pleased with the delicious Viet food! Definitely worth a visit for some quality and well-above average Northern VN style Phở in the bay area (including the South bay, but for sure in the East bay!) For appetizers, we tried the Shrimp Toast, which was unique but delicious and ingenious to pan-fry/toast traditionally steamed buns and have them stuffed with a balanced shrimp filling. The wasabi mayo dipping also elevated it. Main course, our group ordered the Phở Đặc Biệt (aka Pho King... it's so Phở-King big!), the Phở Tái Lăn Hanoi (Garlic beef stir fried pho), and the Phở Nạm (Brisket Pho). I couldn't finish the Pho King as that can easily be shared with 2 people. However the variety of beef cuts in there, especially the Dino-Rib, brisket and meatballs were of quality: tender and flavorful. The soup was well balanced with beefiness and herbs/scallion oil, making it hearty and satisfying. The brisket pho was a simpler portion-controlled option which is great if you are unsure what to try. The Garlic stir-fry beef pho was interesting as it incorporated more garlic flavor with even more tender beef. The Sriracha sauce is special and has a spicier and smokey flavor which works well with the beef slices. Additionally, they also provide pickled garlic slices, which is very authentically northern Vietnam and rare to find at any Pho restaurants in the states. It enhances the flavor of each bite. They served us some deliciously refreshing and unique Pandan iced tea to complement our meal. Service is outstanding and attentive in the cozy environment. Given that it's soft opening, they are still working on some ambiance but exceed in providing great food and service in their soft launch. I am particularly selective growing up trying many Pho places and homecookin' but would definitely come back to SuperClub and also try other items on their menu (and their Viet coffee)! read more
