Well I am in Spanish Fork Utah, there is a lack of options here i typically do not go to any business that has a 2 star rating, but I needed a place playing the Saints Bill's game. I was reluctant but upon arrival the staff was on top of it, the place is very inviting and the food is good. I do not get why they have a 2 star. I happily give them a 5 star, and would recommend any business traveler like me to disregard the 2 star and give them a try. read more

My wife and I showed up to discover a very busy Wednesday evening complete with free bingo night. We were seated immediately and served by a very attentive young lady named Mikki. As it was our 1st time at Wing Nutz she explained the menu and we both ordered the mixed bone in and bone out chicken with different sauces which were really good. The service and food were great. We even won some small items playing bingo. The crowd, mostly 20-30 year olds were fun to be around (less than half my age). We will certainly be back. read more

Normally, I would pay 20-30% tips for good service. But getting to go orders now includes a "surcharge" of 20%. I know I know, others are doing it as well. But it's ridiculous. I pay tips because I want to incentivize good service. This does nothing for that. Apparently it's a money grab at wingnutz because they feel entitled to your money. The first issue when we arrived was the A/C was on full blast. Our server stated she knew it was extremely cold but they weren't allowed to touch the thermostat. We were so cold we asked to sit outside where is was 80 degrees. The table outside was metal and burning hot to the touch and filthy. Shortly after we moved, another group came outside because of the cold temperature. Their "boneless" wings were undercooked pieces of chicken breast. They were pink and in some places red inside. The buffalo chips had absolutely no flavor. The wings were over done and dry, then smothered in sauce. Food was awful, the bathroom was disgusting and covered in graffiti carved in the walls. I do not recommend anyone try this place. I should have read the reviews before we sat down. Don't waste your money at Wing Nutz. read more

I don't understand some people's infatuation with Wing Nuts to me their wings are never crispy and the sauce flavors leave much to be desired. We came in for a relatives birthday and wish i would have ordered a small amount of wings, nothing was very flavorful or very warm for that matter. Also, tried their Pork Wings these were okay but not worth my return. Service was sub par as well from ordering drinks to trying to get refills I feel he must have been new as he wasn't quite sure which sauce was which even as he just brought them to us. We've been going to WingNutz for years at many other locations. We were excited to finally have this location closer to where we live. However, this location is terrible. The staff isn't very friendly, and for a place that is in a VERY family populated area, the seating is extremely limited. The first time we went, we were told we couldn't sit where we wanted due to it being behind the alcohol line. Ok, fine. We've been there since and sat at multiple tables including the ones RIGHT NEXT to the sign that large sign that says "must be 21 years old past this point" and then there's a good 5'+ until the bar. We've sat at these tables before. Tonight, going in all other tables were taken and we went to move ya les together so we could all sit together. Nope. Not happening. We were told we couldn't sit there and had to move - to where?! There wasn't another table available to seat 6 people. I showed that we were clearly behind the restricted area but the gal was adamant that we couldn't sit there. You lost a $100+ ticket tonight and we won't be back. We'll drive to Provo where we are welcome to sit anywhere we want. read more

My husband and I went here to have supper in St George Wingnutz. I asked the waitress if we still had to pay the buddy beer charge since we were buying food. I told her that I was not paying 2.00 extra. My husband decided to buy a beer and I told him we weren't paying extra 2.00. I politely said no we will have water. She said that they get a lot of flack for the 2,00 charge and I told her that is not her fault. The waitress left and mumbling under her breath. Next thing a new waitress came, and she said we were rude. There is no way I would be rude to someone. All because I would not pay the extra the extra 2.00. She told us everyone does it. I told her this is the only place that does this. Beware of the extra charge of 2.00 per drink. Also we ordered the large fries that was a joke. If i could leave 0 stars i would, i came there tonight and and got drinks and ordered food the food took over an hour, we told our server "Shelb" that we would pay for her drinks and we didn't want our food. Because it had still had not come. I handed her the card, i get my total and she charged me for all of the food i didn't even get! Absolutely horrible. My friends and I were hungover and excited to get some fried chicken tenders. We ordered chicken tender wraps. They were supposed to have fried chicken tenders, marinated tomatoes, cheese, and bbq sauce and ranch. All we got was a little bit of grilled chicken with ranch and so much lettuce. The fries were burnt and disgusting. Then we got "chicken tenders" and got over cooked grilled chicken. We couldn't even bite through. They say they have a lot of sauce options, but they all taste the same. The Mac and cheese was the best thing but it wasn't even good. It definitely came out of a bag. We've gone to Wing Nutz in other locations many times, so we were happy to see one come to the area. We've been coming to the Spanish Fork location since before their official opening -- I think it was the very first week -- and we've had nothing but positive experiences. All of the servers have been friendly and quick. They always check to see if we want more to eat, want another beverage, etc., but they're not pushy about it. Whereas some places practically push you out as soon as you look like you're done eating, these folks are fine if you take it easy and nibble on and off. When they're really busy they might be a little slower to have the food out, but that's to be expected and it's never been a significant delay. The baked wings are really good and they always come out hot and tasty! Haven't tried every flavor, because we keep coming back to a favorite or two, but eventually we'll try them all. The chips are good. They have a good selection of beer. We'll definitely keep coming back. read more

She came by the table when we had first arrived at the restaurant and grabbed our beer order, came back with the beers and I had told her we needed a little more time. She said no problem and said she'd be back to check on us. After that she took 2 other tables beer order and food order, passed us probably 4-5 times and totally ignored us. Tried getting her attention and she dodged us. After almost 45 minutes, she finally came to our table and I asked for the check. She came back with the check within 2 seconds and says "sorry your food isn't even ready yet." I was appalled at her response since she NEVER came back to take our order. Not my favorite location. The orem location is far better. We waited over 45 min to get our food when there were only 3 other tables In the entire restaurant. They had plenty of employees as we noticed them standing around chatting which their regulars. I guess you need to come here everyday to get good service. On a good note beer and food were fantastic once they finally came out. Update: Once server realized our ticket was not sent to the kitchen.... we got free chips and salsa. I called in an order to go. I was surprised to find they added an almost $3 surcharge for the two styrofoam containers. I called the complain and to ask to speak to the manager and they hung up on me. The french fries I received were burnt and cold and the wings were tough.
