The service here sucks! The food is great but my order has been lost 3 times now, wasting lots of time I didn't have because I was going there to get something to eat before practice. When I first arrived, I was taken back- the new store looks GREAT! First I ordered a side salad which was served with romaine lettuce rather than iceberg lettuce. Then I had the "shack-mac", a tasty corn dog and split a bunch of wings for my main course. I got two sauces, the first being "garlic hot" and the other "Sauce of the Month" which was green chili. Great Food, great location on west Greeley, excellent selection of beer. The burgers and corn dogs are very good too. If I could change something I would add table service instead of ordering at counter, and I would add something to absorb sound, it can be very loud. UPDATE: went back again to see if we could give it another shot....they DID IT AGAIN FOR THE 2ND TIME... my husband went in to pick up our order because when we arrived at the parking spot for them to bring out our food, They put us on hold ...and left us on hold...so he went in instead only for them to say they don't have our order and we must've called a different location..they didn't believe us at all..they just wanted us to leave even though WE PAID FOR THE FOOD and we had to bring in our phone with the previous call to their specific location that had 5 minutes on the call to prove to them we ordered food..even after that I don't think they believed us until my husband talked to a man and we told him our order and he found it under a different name!! Even though we CONFIRMED OUR CORRECT NAMES ON THE PHONE DOING THE ORDER!!! So pissed this has happened twice now!!!! DO BETTER!!! Just went to the west Greeley location, wont GO BACK! First of all they automatically add a tip if you use a credit card and the wings were so small I swear they came off a sparrow. Not the best wings anymore.. size of wings is always inconsistent, sometimes they are so small they are just skin and bone and some days they are big and slimy. Also used to be favorite place to get wings on Mondays as they were discounted! They used to be 30 cent wings Monday then it went to 40 then 50 now it's 60 cents on Monday's! Great wings, loved both the regular and the boneless. The sauces are awesome. Great location and a very friendly environment. The staff was very attentive. Wing Shack is our favorite stop in West Greeley for wings and cold beer. Great variety. Always accurate with our orders. Can be a little crowded after school events or when there is something going on at the baseball fields but still much better than other alternatives. read more

We love this place. Feed the entire family for about as reasonably as a crappy fast food joint. And the service is very friendly. My only gripe is that is the teriyaki sauce has been inconsistent in the past. One time the wings tasted super salty - almost inedible. read more

What a mess. My buddy was having a Super Bowl party and asked me to swing by and get the wings. We placed our order a week in advance and they gave us a time to come to pickup the wings. I arrived at my time and there was a huge line to pickup wings. I figured, that was to be expected since it was the Super Bowl. 30 minutes later, I made it through the line (20 minutes after my pickup time) and my wings were still not ready. There were lots of people in the same situation and some of them were pretty upset (10 minutes til game time). I finally got my wings about 10-15 minutes later (30+ minutes after my pickup time). The wings were not worth this kind of chaos. Why give a pickup time if your not even going to be close to meeting it. I won't be going back. read more

Just got takeout for school fundraiser. Food was awful, the wings were over cooked and greasy. The boneless buffalo chicken was coated in a disgusting gelatinous mess and soaked in Tabasco sauce. The "homemade" chips were so greasy the bag they were in was practically dripping wet! I will NEVER go back!!! read more

Tonight my boyfriend and I got a to go order from Wing Shack. Normally I love the customer service and food, but when we got our order home tonight we were very displeased. The snack boneless order was disappointing because the wings hardly had any sauce on them. The other order was a regular boneless, which was supposed to have 8-10 boneless wings. Well, I only got 6 boneless wings. They also were mostly dry with almost no sauce. Needless to say, the food at wing shack is pricey at times, but normally it's worth the extra cash. My dissatisfaction with this experience will probably make it a very long time before I eat there again. When you live on a budget and you decide to spoil yourself for a night, ever cent you spend matters. Believe it or not, being short 2 wings does matter, and it put a damper on my night. read more
