I've been wanting to try this location for a while. I've ordered from here twice. The wings were just okay and bit more expensive than other locations. Dropped in for an early dinner on a Wednesday! Pleasantly surprised is the best way to describe our experience! I ordered sweet chili fries and boneless wings and the wife got the sweet heat rub on her traditional wings. We also split the street corn which was pretty good. I feel bad for the staff that are actually working. They are so understaffed and getting yelled at by customers because they can't keep up. I've ordered from here before and the wings are good but I've been waiting 55 minutes for my order and still don't have it. One lady put a large order in for a party yesterday and when she asked about it, they hadn't even started it. I've seen multiple people waiting and a group of three trying to order just leave. Tried this for the first time today, been hearing a lot of buzz, they do have lots of items on the menu, and cool stuff, but the wings to me are no better than Wingstop or Buffalo Wild Wings, the fries were very good actually, not a fan of Pepsi products and that's all you get. Also prices are not very competitive, for what is basically the same quality as other places. It's good to have near Little Elm, but prices are hard to swallow. People working there were attentive and nice, service was quick during lunch time. read more

Food is great and we're regulars. However, we regularly spend $40-50 on wings only here and order 20+ pieces - never had an issue with the ratio of drums to flats till tonight. It was disheartening to drive 40 minutes round trip to pick up an order of 20 with only 3 total flats in it. Was also disheartening to call and be told "too bad" by whoever answered the phone. I was excited to try Wing Snob. I ordered food at 4:45pm for pickup at 6:30pm. Food wasn't ready until 6:45pm. So my initial excitement quickly diminished. Additionally when I walked in to pickup my order, there was no one at the counter. The counter lady was in back helping the kitchen. They did greet me promptly and nicely which was appreciated but it took several minutes before the lady came to the counter. That's when I found out my order not only wasn't ready, it appeared to not even be started as she took my ticket and then placed it in front of several others. As far as the food, it was okay. Not bad, not great. The wings were hot and were cooked perfectly, however the sauces had a weird taste. All in all, I might give it 1 more chance, but it likely won't be for a while. I decided to try a new wing spot and this location of wing snob was suggested. When I arrived it took a few mins for them to greet me but I'm patient. I placed my order and in about 12-15 mins I received my order. The fries: well seasoned, crispy and delicious. The lemon pepper: great flavor not too salty. Buffalo Lemon Pepper: perfect blend of flavors. Cons: 1. most of the tables weren't cleaned off when I when to sit down. 2. The temperature of the wings wasn't my preference. I like hot food and they wings were warm but not hot in regards to temperature but the fries were perfect. Would I go back - yes. Would I recommend - yes. read more

This was my first and probably my last time there and not because of my experience but there's not one close to where I live. I was disappointed they didn't have bone-in wings. I really hate when restaurants preprogram the tip . My sons came in today and the lowest on the tip machine was $8.00 . That is more than 20% of the tab! I don't mind tipping and usually teach my son to tip for a job that is well deserved . However , We waited for 30 minutes for 2 orders of wings.
