"Farm to Fork" is just a misleading name not an actual practice…read more I've been buying from Farm To Fork meals in Miami, and while the food is convenient, I'm starting to wonder: how much of this is actually coming from a farm vs. a standard wholesaler? The name "Farm to Fork" implies a direct link to local agriculture, but I haven't seen any specific local farms named on their menus or website lately. When I asked in the store whether the ingredients are organic, they said that they're not. And then when I asked if it comes from a farm, they said yes and didn't elaborate about which farms when I asked. I pushed harder and also tried to get the phone number of the actual farms or facilities that produce or provide the ingredients. They couldn't tell me that either. When I called the customer service, they also gave me a generic response and couldn't point out to which farms they are actually referring, and which produce are being sourced from what farms. I already grilled up the Swift Memphis and Kansas City ribs which were spectacular and easy to oven bake in the bag pre-seasoned within 80 minutes, then slammed it on the grill to char the edges for another 5 minutes on each side. This store did have the Swift Whiskey Black Pepper baby back ribs but unfortunately, it was not a ready to bake in the bag version. All three rib slabs at different weights are only $3.50 per pound. This store seems well organized and the food labels are clearly readable. The staff was quick to assist me upon entry. Going back on this Saturday for a tasting of the curry chicken.

People that don't even like turkey commented on how juicy and delicious the flavor of the turkey was. For ten dollars we received turkey, four sides including stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy, green beans and mac and cheese; as well as spinach salad with Gorgonzola, craisins and caramelized pecans and all set up with chafing dishes and serving spoons! The food was delicious. The salad came with a home made dressing. It also came with rolls. The Mac and cheese was one of the best I've had. Definitely use yielding seed. You won't be disappointed. This was one of the best catering experiences I have had ever.

This place came highly recommend by co-workers but none had tried the vegetarian plan... I usually only eat animal protein 1-2x/week and the yielding seed didn't offer plan mixing (like Fresh Meal Plan does) so I opted to buy the more expensive plant based option. I was very excited, expecting high quality greens, fruits, grains etc... As seen pictured, this was a vegetarians worst nightmare. I won't post all the meals but it felt like a cruel joke. As a general comment for others- they ship the food without any ice packs, and delivery times vary which worries me the food sits out for a very long time. Lastly, I wrote an email expressing my disappointment with the meals (which absolutely do not meet nutritional needs for vegetarians) after being encouraged by my co-workers who have had a great experience with the traditional and paleo plans ... but no response. No apology or inquiry on what recommendations or changes could be made to improve the plan. I've heard the owner is extremely nice, professional and committed to the company so I hope drastic changes are made to the vegetarian option.

This may not work for everyone especially the delivery times. I live in the condo so I had to give them a FOB to enter the gate and the main door to my building. Otherwise, you will need to get up and buzz the driver in to deliver to your door unless you live in a house. The delivery times vary depending on the area. My delivery window was between 3am to 5am so there was no way that I would be disturbed during these hours so I let them borrow my extra FOB. After my subscription was over, they sent my FOB back the following day by FedEx. As far as the quality of the food, I was really surprised that I liked everything they delivered. I basically selected Paleo and I got different meals a day, breakfast, lunch and dinner. The portions were big too and I liked the fact that they came in microwavable and reusable containers. I just shoved my 3 meals for the day to my lunch bag and off I go to work. So convenient. My favorites were the Pecan Crusted Chicken, Turkey Meatballs, Honey Shrimp, Salmon, and Snapper. They were very tasty and filling. Price-wise, each meal costs about $11. They also have a web portal where you can customize your meals. I switched my last week to Keto and the meals excellent as well. I know there's an app too but I didn't use it. Overall I'm satisfied with the food and service especially my delivery driver. The food is delicious and so far has been very well-varied. Additionally, you can tell right away that the food is very clean, healthy, and made with great ingredients. I have yet to encounter a meal I don't like. Second, customer service. Their customer service team is very responsive to the emails I've sent them with various questions, and they are always helpful. For example, when I emailed them letting them know I didn't like mushrooms, they replied the same day saying they'd make a note to the kitchen and avoid sending me meals with mushrooms. Additionally, the delivery is usually at a consistent time, so you'll know more or less when your meals will arrive. Lastly, they are very considerate, this week, due to Hurricane Matthew, they knew they wouldn't be able to deliver on Thursday, so on Wednesday they left both Thursday and Friday's meals. Third, results. I started Paleo Crave because working out wasn't enough to lose all the weight I set out to lose, I needed to eat better. With Paleo Crave, I know I'm getting great food, and portion control without having to measure anything. After week 1, I had lost just over 10 pounds, and just over 2 inches off my belly. I've also lost another 4 pounds this week (week 2). Moreover, I can tell that I have more energy, I never get that bloated feeling after eating, and I have yet to feel hungry!
