We got our order delivered and was missing our sauces, fries and extra veggies. We called and was asked to come pick up our missing items. After waiting for 20 mins on the phone, because they couldn't find our order, they finally agreed to remake the fries and said it would take another 25 mins since they "got lots of orders." I placed an order online and when I arrived to pick it up the person took my payment didn't even turn around and look at my order that was already on the shelf/rack waiting for me ( unbeknownst to me) and left the front counter. I visited this place again and there has been absolutely no improvement. Food was the same quality (with the exception of the celery being waterlogged and dripping water). The kids who run the place were generally friendly but more interested in hanging out with each other more so than delivering fast service, and keeping the facility clean. The tables were greasy, and the bathroom smelled even worse than I remember; I really suspect water in the walls and a serious mold issue. read more

I figured that was me and saw it was spelled wrong with a variation I never saw before (Coper). No biggie, but I get home and discover they gave me a side order of bone-in wings, not the more expensive and actual order of 5 tenders. The wings were too hot to eat as I can't eat hot, so I had my fries at least, right? Nope, cold and you can't nuke fries. I had to toss them. So, I wasted 17 bucks at this joint. So be aware that you need to open your bag and check for every single item to be in your order. When you pay for $60 of food and realize only $15 of it was given to you, it's frustrating. I used the online platform to order for delivery and although it can be a tad confusing to use it was a good way to order seamlessly. On this occasion I ordered a 10 piece wings combo with substitute Cajun corn for an up charge. Half Louisiana rub and half Parmesan garlic. The food was still hot and tasty when it arrived. Alrighty, just a follow-up on my previous review. I was contacted by Ariana (the lady that responded to my review) offering to redo my order to give them another chance. She gave me a phone number to text when I would be able to pick the order up and she would have it set up with the restaurant. I contacted her 2 or 3 weeks after leaving the initial review (I do not live in Queen Creek and with work and the holidays I wasn't able to sooner, but she assured me it was an OPEN ENDED offer). And low and behold it's been almost 2 weeks now and have yet to hear back from her, either on here of the number she provided me with. Just goes to show how awful this company is. New to the area and new to Wingstop in general and it was THE MOST wonderful experience thus far. The wings, their sauces and service were phenomenal! Gabbie was not only warm in her greeting over the phone, but very professional and just as warm in person when I came into the restaurant to pick up my food. A warm greeting, a professional demeanor and impeccably tasting and neatly packed food is missing in many fast food places...in THIS ONE...all the boxes were checked and I am so appreciative to Gabbie, Sam and the entire WingStop team at the Rittenhouse Rd location.
