    dried chicken sandwich
    Phil G.

Wow! 30 minutes to get a chicken sandwich and some tenders. Chicken sandwich looks like it been sitting around and they nuked it in microwave. Fries were super salty. Place was a mess. Don't look in the kitchen. Pass! Tip: Please call ahead! Feel bad for the staff. Some people not trained. Heard another employee calling another employee stupid. Watch another employee fill an order while the box the bags were in on top of a trash can. Who does this? I thought I was going to get a nice juice, fresh, and tasty chicken sandwich. Nope!

Way to crispy fries that you can't even taste flavor

Went for the first time with my daughter who LOVES wings. For 6 wings and a side a fries it took 30 minutes to make. There was only one other couple for dine in. They were fulfilling only online orders and not worrying about the people that were actually sitting down waiting. My daughter said the wings were only ok they only put a little sauce on the mild and the fries were too crispy to taste any flavors. The other couple you can tell were also getting impatient. Also all this and only one side of ranch no thank you. This place smelled funny also we wanted to leave. Will never go back again

This how our order was delivered ... Manager from the rittenhouse location responded with ... "well what would you like us to do about it"

Service is trash Management is trash... Don't waste your time with this place... too expensive for the shitty service ...

Wingstop that looks great(new)in a nice, upscale Queens Creek shopping center. Service by Manager Mason was excellent and prompt. My boneless chicken wings(large and plump)with a lot of meat were satisfying and tasty. Recommended for wing fans.

Super friendly and polite staff. 2nd best part is that it's clean. That kind of where the good ends., They offer a healthier option to traditionally fried chicken spots, but air frying just doesn't cut it. There is no crispiness to the chicken and don't get me started on the soggy tots. Literally the only thing that makes tots work is the crispness of them. I didn't finish my order and my kids refused to eat theirs. Not to add insult to injury but my dog wouldn't eat it either. I'm not trying to be mean. I just the honest truth. Wait... I stand corrected. There was one more good thing here. Their sauces actually worked. They had a like bbq and honey mustard mix that was great. Too bad it could save the chicken. Give me that sauce with Cane's or Popeyes any day. Sorry... it just wasn't good or close to it.

You can choose their custom creations or build your own pizza (which we did). As well, there are 3 different options of crust consistencies. For those that are gluten free, not to worry they have that as a choice and a cauliflower crust too! There's also some tasty looking pastas, salads & sandwiches. We started off with a few adult beverages & wings Did the two sauces (12 ct) buffalo bbq & buffalo garlic parmesan. So surprised by the taste of the buffalo garlic parmesan. Best one "flavor wise", we've had out thus far. Great wings! For our pizza again we did the build your own. Went with the thin crust topped with pepperoni, garlic and fresh basil. It came out piping hot, fresh and fantastic. The crust was amazing. Light & crispy and held up to those ingredients perfectly. The way that the pizza is presented and cut into those grids gives it a stylish dimension & easier to share amongst others. A genius creation to make it effortless to handle. Atmosphere was fun. Even had time for a karaoke tune! Our server was polite and always on top of things to make sure we were being well taken care of throughout our experience. Superb customer service! This location is a family operated business. You can feel the presence of that right when you walk thru the doors. Another pizza day at home and this time around we decided to try out Crusty Pizza. This place has been popping up on my Yelp feed over and over again, so we caved and gave it a shot. And why not? It had a plethora of glowing reviews. The order: 1 large specialty pie, 1 large pepperoni pie, and 1 small pepperoni and mushroom pie. This place is located on San Tan Blvd. One of the many sneaky spots on this road that looks seemingly dead, but if you are paying attention you immediately start noticing all the business along it. If you haven't driven down San Tan Blvd, I encourage you to do so. A lot of hidden gems there. We arrived at crusty's and were instantly greeted by the very helpful staff. The establishment was very clean, which is always a welcome sight. The prep area is very visible. They have a home made dough. Which was a good start. The I had one slice of each of the pies we ordered. The dough was cooked well. Crispy and fluffy all at once. It had a lil char on the crust but could have been a little more charred. I don't know about you, but there is something about those big black bubbles on the crust that really make it good. They don't bake their pies in a gas or brick oven pizza. They have one of those electric assembly line type ovens. The one you put the pizza in on one side and it rides the conveyor belt to the end which completes the cook. I really think this pizza would benefit a lot from a traditional over either gas or brick. Especially that crust. The toppings were fresh and very well distributed. Not too much and not too little. Just right. Goldie locks would love that. The one true disappointment here is the sauce. It's not a bad sauce, but it's not a good sauce either. In fact it just sauce. It had no flavor to it. I ate my first slice and oh maybe it this pie. I tried the next and then the next. Same results. Just no flavor to it. I would have said it was me. After all I'm on this high protein diet and it's altered my taste buds, but my wife unprompted turned to me said "this pizza isn't bad, but the sauce doesn't have any flavor". All in all Crusty is worth a try, but I encourage the owners to season their sauce a bit more. The sauce is soooo important to a good slice. Also... get an oven. Their prices are extremely reasonable boarding on generous. A small price hike would still be good pricing and allow you to get a real oven to cook your pies in.

From the moment you walk in, the customer service stands out. The people working there are always welcoming and inviting. You're greeted like a regular, even if it's your first time. That kind of warmth makes all the difference, especially after a long day out with the family. It's the perfect place to head after spending time at Pecan Lake Entertainment or Fat Cats. Instead of battling crowds and higher prices, you can come here, sit down comfortably, and enjoy a great meal at a much more reasonable price. Whether it's a family night out or a casual date night, it just fits. The food? Consistently good. We started with two bowls of clam chowder. They were decent -- I'm not sure if the to-go order affected the texture or temperature a bit -- but still enjoyable. Not the star of the night, but solid. The wings are always good, perfectly satisfying for a sports grill vibe. The pierogies were delicious and comforting. The Thai chicken salad was fresh and flavorful. But the standouts this visit were definitely the French dip -- absolutely amazing, tender and packed with flavor -- and the blackened chicken breast served with rice pilaf and broccoli almondine. Every bite of that plate was fantastic. Well seasoned, well cooked, and generous portions. They also have amazing weekly dinner specials, which makes it easy to keep coming back without breaking the budget. I'm already planning to come back for the Friday fish fry and to try the prime rib -- I've heard great things. This has become one of our go-to spots. It's reliable, comfortable, reasonably priced, and welcoming every single time.
