The firecracker wings had a hint of heat but also like a flavorful undertone of ranch seasoning, but still tasted like firecracker wings. The Tennessee whiskey was different, but those flavors came together so well with a hint of sweet and savory. The hot parm and the other wing flavors all were really good. The food came up super fast so I'm wondering if they were pre-fried and popped back in hot grease before serving.
