Pricing is reasonable for what you get, listed on the website. Also, they have sweet tea, which although is nothing like what you'd get in the South, you also wouldn't expect it to taste like Southern sweet tea. Just moved to the area, got Wing Zone delivered for us and our movers. They were here promptly and the food was great! We had boneless wings, cheeseburgers and grilled chicken sandwich. The ranch fries were Delish and the garlic parm sauce is yum too!!! They even accommodated a special 'mushrooms on burger' and it was great. In addition....they saw we were moving in and returned later with free Pepsi and sweet tea along with coupons for free wings. SO thoughtful and nice! Definitely ordering again soon! Has gone downhill over the years. The new menu for this location is disorganized: When I looked at it today, I no longer saw "buffalo shrimp' clearly listed as one of their staple items and assumed they didn't offer shrimp anymore. I ended up ordering food from some other place because of it. I later found 'fried shrimp' buried down in the 'sides' menu. I don't like that they are getting away from what made them famous - wings, tenders, and shrimp and trying to "branch out" with burgers and sandwiches: Normally a restaurant starts to go downhill when it starts to try to do too much. Also gone are the good value combos where you could get tenders + fries, wings +fries, or shrimp+fries at a reasonable price. We had the $20 Groupon which we paid $10 for. At that price I would say it was OK. The wings had plenty of meat and sauce, although they were greasier than I tend to like them. The sauce was just OK. Nothing too special, but to be fair we didn't order anything unusual. The regular buffalo was quite a bit less spicy than I have experienced at other restaurants. The honey q sauce was a decent barbecue sauce if a bit bland. If I try this place again I think I'll try different sauce flavors just to see if all the sauces are average or just the ones we tried. Don't risk delivery!! Order arrived without the SAUCE. Were told the sauce would be rushed right out, which was a blatant lie as it took an hour and 10 minutes to get it. I ordered a "Kickin' Ranch Sandwich" online, and it showed up without any ranch on it - or much else, for that matter. It was just chicken and cheese. I called them up, figuring this is something they'd want to know. First, they claimed that they couldn't find any record of my order. Let me start by saying that I'm a chicken wings connoisseur. My first experience with wingzone was a week ago when I ordered 30 wings for delivery. The delivery arrived after an hour and 40 minutes even though on the phone they said it should be 30 to 40 minutes max. I received a phone call later on to appologize about the delay and they offered me an extra 10 wings for my next order. The wings I ordered were so dry and very small to the point where you can just feel like it's all bone.. I made an assumption that maybe it was just due to the busy day and the delay and decided to give them another shot and take advantge of the 10 extra wings. I made another order today and it arrived on time but the wings were still of the same poor quality. Such a shame since you would assume that a place with the name "wing zone" would really know how to make their wings. I cannot make this up! The owner of this particular franchise store, Mitchko, is horrible when it comes to customer service. I ordered through Grubhub at 7:47pm and did not receive my food until 8:41 pm. Mind you I received a notice saying I would receive my food at 8:15pm, I only live 12 minutes away. When I called at 8:30pm, I was told the driver left at 8:16pm and would be there shortly by Aniya who was helpful and respectful. When I called back at 8:40pm, the franchise owner picks up and asks if I want to order, I told him I was calling because the hour wait is not what I expected, guess what he said? "You have to be patient like everyone else." I said excuse me? My food will be cold and I don't mind waiting for my food, but not an hour after I ordered considering what time I was told. "He told me I'm wasting time talking to him and if I want a refund give the food back to the driver otherwise I wait like everyone else." I told him he was being disrespectful. He said to me yelling, "You're disrespectful, you talk to me in a rude manner." I told him I'm the customer who paid for food and was promised a particular time, not estimated time and an apology would be good. He said, "No you can get off the phone now." At this point, I called Grubhub who talked to him, his statement to them was "I will give him his money back if he apologizes and returns the food himself." I was pissed by this point. I drove up to the shop to give him the food back UNEATEN, TOLD him to give me my money back and he said "No". I said a customer who supports your store should not be treated like this. He said "You do nothing for me!". I threatened to call the police, he yells at my girlfriend and then finally when she called Grubhub AFTER hanging up on them he cancels the order so that I can get my money back. We just ordered the 1/4 burgers for delivery. It was just OK. The bun overwhelmed the thin burger. The condiments, tomato, onions, and lettuce were in a separate container, I guess that's nice and eliminates getting soggy, but I didn't like to have build my burger when it arrived by opening up tiny packets of condiments and each burger was given one skimpy piece of lettuce. I had to add more from my fridge. The regular fries were good. I haven't tried the wings from there yet. And I prob shouldn't have rated a wing place on it's burgers, but they advertise the best burgers delivered which I don't agree with. read more

I tried Wingzone for the first time. The wings were super mediocre- of all the things I ordered, the wings were by far the worst. There wasn't much meat on the wings and they were the kind of wings that feel like they've been out for a good couple of days. One thing to note, I ordered the "hot" wings. I don't like my wings that hot so these were good on the hotness scale but for people who like HOT wings, I'd try the nuclear ones. I also ordered chicken fingers which were pretty good, and a caesar salad that like the wings, wasn't anything special. I'll probably order the chicken fingers again. The food at Wing Zone is consistently fresh and delicious. The only reason I'm not giving them 5 stars is because I would love to see them offer battered original wings on their menu. I got some cajun bbq chicken breast sandwich with wedges and for later I got 5 boneless thai chilli wings w/ fries. By the end of the day I will say what I ordered was SOOOOOO effin good EXCEPT their portions are LACKING...they give you nice size wings and a nice size sandwich and a tiny bit of fries ...... even tough the sandwich was amazing and so were the fries the for almost 9 bucks it's barely worth it. Yet they are good enough I'll order again and when I made my order the lady who took it was super nice and patient. And I got it through delivery. I'd range it between $ to $$. This is my first time writing a review on Yelp, but my experience was so bad, I felt compelled to. Judging from other reviews there's an issue with delivery, which wasn't a problem for me. Everything was accurate and the delivery was very prompt. My issue is with the food itself. It was awful! Our order included bone-in wings in Blackened Voodoo and Garlic Parm flavors. I was expecting the Blackened Voodoo to be their version of Wing Stop's Louisiana rub. It was not; it was really bland, and the wings were scrawny. I took one bite of the Garlic Parm and left the rest for my boyfriend who describes the flavor as "nothing that would make me want to take another bite." I also ordered fried pickles which were overcooked to a dark, almost burnt-looking color. The only redeeming part of the meal was the potato wedges, but you can get the same thing pretty much anywhere. Do yourself a favor: if you want wings, go to Wing Stop or some other place. read more
