Also, let go of your separation anxiety with all this huge printed merchandising materials, some of which have been there from the start! Then there are standee signs that list other order options. They make the place look cheap and dated. Worse, they're confusing and an eyeful. One sign featured all the Korean chicken variants while another tucked away somewhere reveals you can get the lemon pepper and other interesting sauces and toppings. Put it this way, if the Restaurant Makeover show and Chef Gordon Ramsay came over, they would change 2 things: simplify the menu and add some pop to the interior.
