    Chicken Caesar Wrap

Place wasn't too bad for a Friday night. Have been here a few times. Sometimes they have live music and sometimes a DJ spins the tunes. Sports bar with beer on tap. Can get a bit rowdy, so if that not your scene, I'd recommend to go earlier than later. Typical bar food, nothing too crazy. The wings were the best thing we got. Server was friendly and observant.

Duke's Brewhouse, another local place to spend good times with family and friends! We loved the relaxed atmosphere! Their brew selection is okay; they do not brew on site. There is great service by the lonely bartender; she was great but can use some help. We noticed, the same on the dining floor; some tables had been left with customer's leftovers for sometime. We had chicken wings, onion rings and beer while we watched football game in one of the many TV screens that surround the space. Overall, a good place to enjoy sports, casual food and beer.

I'd give it a five. Great service, hot and tasty food. Onion rings were flaky and not like the original style. Hands down, the beer was the coldest I've ever had. I had some cold beers around town but this one was next to ice! 25 wings with cheese fries was great. We only had typical bars food but I'd say what we had was great.

Wing menu with various different sauces

The food is tasty, and the service was excellent for takeout (Hanna) and dine-in (Sierra) service. I can't give 5 stars just yet, but I'm still a fan of Duke's. Let me tell you why. Most places that serve wings include celery and/or carrots with your wing order. Duke's charges you an extra 69¢. I'd think they would include that since they charge $13.99 for 12. Yes, I have to be nit-picky since there are so many restaurants in the area that specialize in wings. This was the first thing out of my husband's mouth when I delivered him the wings last night, and I have to agree. With all of that said, I liked everything that I've ordered. The first visit was a takeout order for my mother. I shared some of the wings with her and they were super tasty. We picked the garlic buffalo on naked wings. I think we liked that one the best. We also had the Sharpshooter Shrimp which were breaded and tasty. A little larger than other places and they still had the tails on them. The boom boom sauce was average. Our second visit was just as great. I decided to try the Spiked Strawberry Lemonade which is on their specialty drink menu. It was very good. A nice natural strawberry taste which I'm guessing is from the muddled Plant City strawberries. I'd love to see a strawberry mojito on this menu one day. That would be even better. The fresh strawberry on the rim of the glass was a nice touch. Yes, they have more than just beer. They have many craft beers on tap. A list of them would be helpful for future visits. We also got the corn nuggets as an appetizer. These were served piping hot and were delicious little sweet corn bites. I'd order them again. We also split an order of 12 wings with 2 different sauces. The garlic parmesan didn't really taste like anything, but the wings were crispy and good. The other half were done in Duke's Way which is their Duke's blackened seasoning rub with a medium heat level. This was really, really good. It was spicy and delicious. Not spicy hot, but had a good amount of heat that I was able to tolerate. I saved some for my husband and got him a takeout order of breaded wings with their Nuclear wing sauce. He liked them but said that they weren't as hot as the ones he's had a Buffalo Wild Wings (whatever their highest level is). He did like the taste of the Duke's blackened rub as well. I would definitely go back for future visits. We've already been twice since they opened. The service was excellent each time. They greet you as soon as you enter, and it's service with a smile. I guess you can say Duke's has gone corporate. They started in Plant City and now have a corporate office in Lakeland. They've opened other locations in Florida and are still growing. I like the honky tonk vibe, and they have live music on the weekends. The Daisy Duke outfits that the staff wear are cute. Everyone is super friendly. I'm glad to see a local brewhouse expand to the Brandon area. I've seen many restaurants come and go in their current location (Lumsden and Kings). Hopefully this one will stay.

You can't beat good service and great value. It's always a winning combination. I'll be back again.

Someone call Gordan Ramsay cause this place needs help. Kitchen knightmares, 24 hours to Hell and back... New managment, I dont know... I never Yelp on the first visit however; Duke must be joking... Boss Hog is turning over in his grave right now.. Im going to make this short. 1) rotten garnish in our moscow mule. 2) burnt nachos. Yes i said burnt nachos, who burns nachos. 3) burnt, dry out chicken wing. 4) over seasoned dry rug lemon pepper wings. 5) never recieved the Alysium space dust beer I ordered. 6) i actually witness the table beside me complaining about ther food and even witnessed a couple walking out before they ordered because no one came out to serve them. And the big lucky 7) is.... the annoying clunking sound of those stupid boots the waitress ware and the horrible sleezy outfits, Yuk...some of those girls got to be like 16- 17 years old.. I may return in a few months however; i dont think this place will still be open. And hopefully they hire older girls to work there. Good luck Dukes i really mean it...

Food was above average bar-type offerings. Waitress was quick and friendly. Ambience was a little loud but expected for type of place.

One thing I really enjoyed about the tacos was the inclusion of guacamole with chips instead of chips only. I really think that was a unique touch for a casual restaurant that I really appreciated. Which I ended up having to wait 10mins as it was not ready. I think asked the host for a drink due to my inconvenience and having to wait (which I feel was not a big ask) she responded and said she can't. So I asked for a manager whom I spoke with Marcel and MICHAEL the on duty managers who then said my food just came up but this regarded the drink that I asked for. As a person in customer service especially corporate this was very unprofessional and their was not one once of empathy towards me and not to mention the attitude the girl had towards me from the time I walked to the host stand. So I got my food finally 17 minutes later and they forgot my jalapeño that came with my order haven't waited so long you would of thought they would had double checked the order before brining it to me. Not the case. So I the get all the way home ready to eat my food to see that all three of my tacos were extremely brunt at this point I am furious having drove all the way back home and to now have to drive and waste unnecessary gas that I should not have had to is beyond ridiculous. I get there speak with both of the guys and tell them this is unbelievable and unacceptable and I clearly wanted a refund. From start to finish this experience got worse and worse. I told MICHAEL the issue and both of the had no regards to how unhappy I was have not type of empathy and made me feel even worse as a customer. I really feel like the kitchen people were trying to be funny with my order. Even with me face to face and expressing to them both the lack of empathy they had towards me and my inconvenience they still gave none. So he went processed the refund and then wants to come back and give me the receipt and a free chips and salsa like the fact that asked for a measly drink from hump that thy could not even accommodate me is diabolical and to think after how I was treated that I would even want to support this business absolutely not. I literally was just telling my cousin how good they were and not I and forced to banned them completely due to the lack of customer service. As a major corporation you would think they would make things right for the customer so that it would not escalate to this measure but sadly this is the route I have to go to. In order to be seen and heard. This company handled this situation so distasteful. The restaurant literally flipped the issue so they made themselves look as if they did nothing wrong. As a company there was no accountability from upper management on how they restaurant made me feel they did nothing to show any type of empathy and accused me of things that I did not do this is beyond baffling I expected way more from a big named company like themselves. I respectfully will never go to this location. I do feel like they played victim, and they basically made me feel like my concerns were not heard and they had done no wrong when in fact there really was. Please be aware if you choose to spend your money here at this location. I highly recommend not going to this location awful customer service and management! I posted the conversation to show how the restaurant location completely made up lies and deception to make them look like they did no wrong and that I was the "aggressor" when in fact I was not and they choose to treat me racially per the hostess in the front and so management can think that they did no wrong which is crazy for a company.

This time I was in here for the shepherd's pie. From being here before, I'd seen someone else order it and noticed it comes in a mini cast iron; he serving option alone is already promising. The shepherd's pie is absolutely delicious, no notes. The mash on top was broiled with just enough crisp, so smooth and creamy underneath. The ground meat below was cooked hot with smoke, and every bite was hearty and rich, with noticeable touches of herb. I don't like peas, so the shepherd's pie here coming with carrots instead makes it even better for me, and the crispy shallots on top give an occasional crunch. So far I've tried three dishes here, and I've been happy with all of them. These dishes are the kind I'd come back for, but this really solidifies the impression that most, if not all, of the menu would be worth trying. Pair that with the friendly, attentive staff and the relaxing atmosphere, and this is for sure a top pick.
