The wings were perfectly cooked and had just the right amount of sauce. They were also a good size, so you won't leave feeling hungry. Another standout dish at Wingman Birdz & Brewz is their burger. It's a classic burger with a juicy patty, fresh lettuce, tomato, and onion. The burger is served on a brioche bun that is soft and slightly sweet, adding a nice contrast to the savory burger. The burger also comes with a side of fries, which were crispy and perfectly seasoned. One of the highlights of my visit to Wingman Birdz & Brewz was the recently back on the menu Skinny dippers, their house-made chicken strips. These are not your ordinary chicken strips. They're made with a secret blend of spices that give them a unique and delicious flavor. The breading is also light and crispy, making these chicken strips some of the best I've ever had. They're perfect as an appetizer or as a main course. In addition to the great food, Wingman Birdz & Brewz also has a fantastic selection of beers on tap. They have a variety of local and regional brews, as well as some well-known favorites. The atmosphere is fun and lively, with plenty of TVs showing the latest sports games. It's the perfect spot to hang out with friends and enjoy some great food and drinks. Overall, I highly recommend Wingman Birdz & Brewz in Walla Walla. Mediocre food + Premium price = 1 Star. This place is such a shame, the atmosphere, the design of the place is stunning. The staff was pleasant, and my beer was good. But that's about all the good things I have to say about this place. A restaurants purpose is.. Well, food. Wingman's(s) couldn't do that. It was my first time in, we sit down, get a couple of beers, and order. I got wings, girlfriend got a wrap, I had actually made fun of her "who gets a wrap at a wing place". Her wrap was better then my wings. The wait was a little shy of an hour, which isn't too bad, if the food was good. It wasn't, the wings were dry, and I don't know how else to describe this, didn't taste very good. The wrap on them other hand was decent, but wasn't worth $12+, it's more a $7 wrap. The wings? I wouldn't have paid a dime for them. I don't mind paying a premium price when I get premium food. But I do mind paying a premium price for bad-mediocre food. read more

We had a rally great time here. This was recommended by a local from another bar we visited earlier in the day. After getting to our hotel and relaxing for a bit we went out in search of grub and stumbled upon this place that our new friend had described. We went in and the Service was good, the food was better and they did a nice job with the theme and color scheme/ambiance throughout. You could tell a lot of thought went into the flow. I honestly thought it was a franchise when I walked out. Many sauces and food items to choose from. Lots of beer on tap and a section of the beer list devoted to next up an special events. Staff is amazing. The owner is exceptionally nice. However, the food is sub-par. If I'm going to be spending that much on food (8.99 on four wings). I at least except a modest amount, let alone a quality higher than that of applebees. Our wings had little meat on was was left tasted like it was freezer burnt. Our salad was bad, lettuce was old as was redding. I want the best for this place, and I wish he stuck with his original plan. Sauces are okay at best. I am not impressed. Great new option for casual dining and watching spots in downtown Walla Walla. I've tried the wings a couple of times now. One time there were pretty dry, but the curry sauce on them was amazing. The PBNJ sauce was a delight as well. The swank looking bar has a couple of dozen NW beers on tap which was a nice touch. Biggest downside: the gluten free dessert. I ordered it by mistake and the bar that the ice cream was paired with was one of the more disgusting things I've ever had. Go for the gluten! read more

Their staff seems to be trying hard to turn it around. I wasn't thrilled with the choice to go here but felt optimistic especially cause I wasn't paying and honestly they wanted to use their gift card. The drinks were quick. The food was fast and everyone was smiling. Vast improvement from my last visit. Not sold 100%. But it's better than supporting Applebees . I came in sometime earlier this month and got the boneless chicken sandwich special with the Backyard BBQ sauce that the server recommended! Absolutely delicious and great value for the money. Their hand cut fries are some of the best in town, and they have a super tasty chili sugar rub if you like your fries a little sweeter! This place is definitely worth stopping in! read more

Over priced. Rude managers. Won't allow a handicapped senior (my disabled sister) eat off the children's menu because of her age with out an extra outrageous charge. Charged me $8 extra on top of the regular meal charge for a peanut butter and jelly sandwich. Yes it's listed on the menu but it seems simply rude to bring up in front of out other guests. read more

The staff has become so cold and unapproachable. Where did your friendly waitstaff go. We used to have a good time in there. Different atmosphere since we were there last. The short one was pretty rude. bartender was annoyed at making drinks. Wings were small and ok tasting but expensive. Host was kind and helpful. Drinks were slow but good. read more

Closes after closes. Hires after hires. Losses after losses. How many employees do you have to go through to realize it's not the employees. Clean your management out and start over. They are not good enough to good working people. read more
