I admit I was skeptical - so many sauces and some that seemed a bit odd. We tried three ... Manila Verde, Thai Red Chile, and Wingzville Hot. All of them were AMAZING, served on an even mix of drums and wings so there was plenty to eat without ordering a ton. We were only in town for three days, but made it our business to catch at least one meal here every day, get the Manila Verde, and then try another topping. Service was great. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the weather from a shaded breezy table. I only wish that this place would open a restaurant in Seattle. read more

We really enjoyed stopping in here. The buffalo cauliflower is a healthy alternative to the fried wings and very very good. Bob and I both had a burger and thoroughly enjoyed them. Last time I ate at wing man was about a month after it opened a few years ago. The wings were so under cooked we sent them back three times. So I stayed away. We decided to give it a second chance so we went back tonight. Good points: They wings were cooked well and pretty tasty so they have that dialed in. Our waitress was pretty nice so the service is good. But we never saw a single server smile the whole time we were there. Wierd but ok. Bad points: I had a chicken cesar salad... Another great stop Wingman in Walla Walla. Started with a flight of beer all of them were very good. Ordered the buffalo chicken quesadilla! Yummy!! We chose the spicy barbecue sauce, it's delicious! Homemade chow chow was tasty, guacamole was very good and sour cream to top them off. We Topped off our afternoon with a Cloud Chaser IPA, and No-Li wreaking ball stout. Not that many options available in WW. Choose Wingman if you'd prefer good wings that are overpriced, and service that is consistently atrocious. I've been here several times, and at first thought I'd caught someone on a bad night. Nope! Over a span of a couple years, it's just the way they train them, I guess. It is quite unfortunate that the only wing spot in town can't seem to offer decent wings. While the sauce and dry rub options are impressive, the chicken has been dry, overcooked, and lackluster every time I've been there. I expect a bit more for the price they're asking for. The bartender couldn't figure out what a Spanish coffee was (they brought my friend a regular coffee mug with just black coffee and rum) so I Googled what one is to to show them what my friend was actually wanting, and then the bartender re-made it for her, almost to perfection (except that it was now luke-warm because they used the same coffee - so as to not waste the rum). However; their Huckleberry beer was absolutely delicious right from the start! So were all the hot wing sauces I ordered to go with my Buffalo cauliflower florets. I got a peanutty one (Red Thai Curry), a rich cheesy one (parmesan garlic) and a spicy jalapeno (which was actually mango and habanero). My friend wanted jalapeno and onion Straws so she ate that while I devoured the cauliflower and we shared a really good bleu cheese burger, which I scooped my mushrooms off of and gave to her "Because I don't eat fungus". The service was very good and once the Spanish coffee was re-made to my friends liking, everything else came out fast, hot and delicious! The location of the restaurant is fantastic and we were able to watch the whole Christmas parade from our window seat (which we somehow managed to get even though we were walk-in's and the place was full. If you are visiting town for wine-tasting and get full up on cheese, crackers and nuts, come by here for dinner, for some real comfort food. read more

Tried this place out with a friend who was raving about their French dip and Chipotle burger. We each ordered one of them and opposite sides (fries and salad), then split it all to get a bit of everything. The sides were basic green salad, got it with balsamic vinegarette. The fries get cold quick, so don't save them till after the entree. French dip definitely held up to the praise it had been given, but the Chipotle burger while good is not as great as the ones at Marcy's a couple blocks down. But I'd definitely go back for another French dip! Total was ~$17 with tip, no drinks. read more

Loved the wings! There was a lot of meat on the wings on the bone. You can choose between bones or boneless. There are a lot of sauce options ranging from classic to creative( i.e. PB & J ). The teriyaki wings I ordered were flavorful and moist. They hype up their wing cooking process a lot in their menu, but they really taste great! Great craft beer selection too! read more

We were so excited to get a wing place in town...as they are hard to find around here. Unfortunately it's just not that good. The pros: clean restaurant, friendly staff and management who checks up on tables, not too pricey, interesting flavor combinations for wings The cons: the wings are VERY dry. The beer is overpriced. The other food besides wings isn't that great either. I wanted to love this place. Visiting Walla Walla for three days. Stopped here for a beer, food and watch the NCAA tournament. Sat at the bar for about 10 minutes without anyone acknowledging me. Two other customers came in and sat next to me. They were served right away. Obviously service here is very poor. Walked across the street to the Mill Creek Pub and was served right away. At well over a dollar a piece and no benefit to ordering more than two dozen, a group of hungry chicken addicts can rack up a bill that may lead to buyers remorse. That was one of the most disappointing meals I've had. Yelp gave it enough stars that it seemed like it should be great. We ordered onion rings, Coop Cobb Salad, and boneless wings with the mango habanero sauce. This place is awful. The only thing we even liked were the onion rings, but even they were awful after eating the other plates. The chicken on both plates was bland and tasted like it was microwaved. The mango habanero sauce was gooey and did not taste good with blue cheese dip, but of course the staff won't tell you that when you're ordering. After deciding we were done trying to eat this, I went to the restroom. When I got back, we still hadn't gotten our check. Then when my husband went to the restroom someone took all the dishes, and I said we were ready for our check. Still no one came. The place really wasn't that busy either. It was around 2:30 on a Sunday. When my husband came back and said, "Let's go," I really wanted to just leave. Instead, he found someone to bring us the check. We paid about $35 before tip. Upon pointing out these small issues the staff were rectified the issue(s) quickly and without fuss. Should this have been caught in the kitchen before being served, absolutely. However, no one is perfect -- I've been to Michelin star restaurants and had bad service. The question is what / how is the issue resolved. Wish I could give it a 5 star but the service wasn't the best, was seated right way 5 mins later given water 15 mins later they finally took our order, 10 mins later our food was delivered, after we were done eating we sat in awkwardness waiting for a box and the check for a good 20+ mins after our server finally came with our check it took him another 15 to come back and charge us. I would understand if they were busy but they obviously where over staffed since I would look in front of me and the servers were on their phones in my plain view or talking it up. We went here for a very late night dinner during the gentleman of the road concert tour. I am gluten intolerant, and Brandon was MORE than accommodating - Even though they had a limited menu. Said he would have the kitchen prepare the bun for me and make sure they knew it was okay and everything was set. For those looking for GF options it's great - although the bun was like eating a scone on a burger (sorry! Udi's makes a great commercial bun you guys can source from US foods or whomever) But it was cool it was made local. :) BESIDES that wee wee comment - the burger tasted amazing itself and the fries were PERFECTLY seasoned. I had a pineapple gin drink that tasted great. No complaints at all. The wings I heard from my party were great - not too fatty and the flavor of the buffalo sauce was good. They have graciously accepted, without complaint, all of the restrictions that have been imposed, embracing their role and responsibility in helping to keep our community safe. They have risen to the challenge of adapting their business model to expand take out options and to create a comfortable outdoor dining experience for those who just need an opportunity to escape the challenges of day to day living and eat out at a place that is guaranteed to lift their spirits. And the thing that I have admired the most, is simply the way that they faced all of these challenges with smiles on their faces. It can't be easy, but they go out of their way to make it look as if it is. At a baseball tourney in Walla Walla always get us excited....there are so many food and wine tasting options available. And during the summer, downtown Walla Walla is packed! We opted for the beer and chicken scene one night, it was a mistake. The open doors and large crowds fooled me for sure. Once in, we were seated right away and the server was polite enough, but she didn't seem to know the menu and didn't really have time to explain anything on the menu - disappointing. We ordered a few drinks those came right away....but we waited foreeeeevvvvver for our food. I opted for something a little different and ordered the Caramel Wasabi tenders and my partner had the Birdz Nest with the egg option. The chicken wings seemed over marinated with sauce...they seemed mushy not crispy. The Birdz Nest was a hot mess.....literally. Not sure about the presentation and apparently the wing sauce was so hot my guy couldn't eat the meal (and he likes hot!) I'd be willing to give this place another try, maybe they just had a busy off night when we were there. read more
