I contacted the restaurant to report the issue, expecting accountability and at least a willingness to investigate. Instead, I was met with a defensive and dismissive attitude. They attempted to justify it by calling it a cinnamon stick, which is simply not credible--I am familiar with cinnamon and this was clearly not that. Food quality is not just about taste--hygiene and safety are non-negotiable. The restaurant's failure to take responsibility and their disrespectful, evasive response are deeply concerning. This experience reflects a serious lapse in both food handling standards and customer service. I will not be returning. Customers should be extremely cautious when ordering from this place.
